Before joining the business, he was preached the principle "Study well, Get Good Marks and Get Good Job" is the only way to get better lifestyle. After his graduation, he completed his diploma in Civil Engineering and became a Civil Engineer. Later getting into the business, they learned that "If the dream is big enough current facts do not count for much."
It was highly complicated before the business. They had no money, no time to spend with the family. They were doing the same thing every day and expecting different result. When he became Founder's Emerald on 2002, Rajesh Kumar Rathore, quit his job and started building Amway Business. He learnt in the business that "No challenge is permanent and affects our entire life. We learnt to fix the problem & not blame others for it. "
