In 1980, Dallas and Betty Beaird received their qualification as Crown Ambassadors. When he was 21, Dallas obtained his general contractors' licence and started his own construction company, which he sold before joining Amway. By the age of 19, he had also obtained his FAA pilot's licence. Wayne Beaird, Dallas's brother, is a Crown Independent Business Owner.
The Beairds had their best month in business in 1979 when they broke four downline crowns! featuring David and Nadia Comyns, the Australian Crown IBOs. Japan is home to big groups of people who work for them. Simon & Julia Yu recently broke a record for the largest diamond ever discovered in the United States.
In addition to a home in West Covina, California, they have a large number of horses at their Riverside, California ranch as well as several dozen additional horses at their Missouri farm. Aside from that, they also raise cattle there. They are the parents of three children, with their daughter Laurie serving as their business manager at the moment.\
