On the surface, you will sense the kindness, generosity, and graciousness of Seung Ho and Hyun Ja Kim. Whatever your level of fluency in Korean, your company will be welcomed.
That message is brought to life in the smiles, handshakes, and dumpling scent that wafts from their kitchen.
The good will is not limited to guests only.
Anyone in Kim's life, whether it be a neighbour, friend, colleague, or employee, is treated as a part of the Kim family.
They sincerely adore people, says Jae Kim, Seung Ho and Hyun Ja's 25-year-old son.
For them, it is the most fulfilling thing in life to serve others.
They are in this industry to help as many other people as possible realise their ambitions.
The Kims are quite successful at their passion.
They've developed the largest Quixtar® chapter in North America, connecting Boston to Toronto to California.
Through tireless work ethic and the desire to help others, they have expanded their business to the Triple Diamond level.
Many people had a desire, but they forgot it because it seemed unachievable, explains Seung Ho. To assist them achieve their dreams, leaders should encourage and inspire others.
People can see that by looking at my life that 'I've been there, and you can too.'
“We tell individuals that this business is simple and we break it down step-by-step,” said Hyunja. To gain familiarity with the items, start using them, then share them with your friends and family, then go out and approach clients about the business potential.
One step at a time is the simplest way. We are always ready to assist our people.
IBOs frequently fund their first significant meeting expenditures because of the Kims' dedication to their downline.
They often go on speaking tours across the country to deliver speeches at gatherings organised by their downline and host free websites that provide essential business advice in Korean.
Jae is someone his parents have assisted a lot, particularly as an Independent Business Owner.
He was 9 when he started unpacking inventory at gatherings and 18 when he became an IBO, but it took a few years for him to really comprehend the possibilities before him.
Jae admits to struggling with usual teenage issues and failing to put parents' advice or time to good use.
My parents didn't pressure or lecture me, but they wanted me to really consider my future and the business.
That's not their style. They set a great example, doing the right thing, consistently.
Jae has recently become a partner in his parents' firm, and though some people might assume working with relatives is tough, he finds it quite natural.
He says, “I greatly admire my parents' wisdom.”
We talk and talk till we finish one other's sentences.
I prefer it this way because I believe communication is essential to our success.
Effective communication skills are crucial in all businesses, but teaching them is difficult.
Technical abilities can be learnt, but it is much more difficult to acquire soft skills.
Many factors helped to make these accomplished business people.
To conclude, Hyun-Ja and Jae credit Seung-Ho with being a capable leader, having a strong grasp of future-oriented ideas and effective strategic planning. His mastery of psychology and his techniques for promoting cooperation and smooth interpersonal relations has continually astonished them.
Seung Ho has many people skills because of his jovial nature.
He jokes with his family during the Achieve® photo session and tries to get piggyback rides on Jae while pretending to run off with construction signs.
The answer is simple, because Hyun Ja is undoubtedly the family's queen.
She is quite graceful, says Jae. "She is serene and gorgeous and exquisite, yet below it all, she is constantly working like a motorboat."
Hyun Ja's enormous energy is impossible to miss; she's constantly moving and tidying, always ready to provide refreshments or offer assistance.
Hands-on involvement is par for the course for Hyun Ja, selling things and IBO prospecting alike.
When she's on the road, Jae's mother is likely to jump at any chance to offer their business prospect.
She offered her number to an airport check-in employee, who was Korean, and she also sought out her flight seatmate, who was Korean.
Both became IBOs and friends of the Kims.
“My folks can accurately pick out visionaries,” Jae claims. Nothing is more intense than sitting with someone, staring into their eyes, and witnessing the dream burning inside them.
When seeking highly driven individuals, a pool of 10 instead of 100 will be considerably more useful.
For the family business, Jae feels finding the right individuals is key.
There's no way the Kims would do it. “Who has the best chance of dancing?” says Jae. If you like, we'll happily play the music for you.
a lengthy and winding road
Despite the apparent appearance of success, the Kims have faced many trials and tribulations on their way to prominence.
When the family first came from Korea, they lived in a small apartment in Flushing—and that was when they first spotted the business possibilities.
Seung Ho was unable to work, recovering from a devastating stroke that robbed half of his body of normal function.
Although Hyun-Ja recognised the promise the business had for their future, Seung-Ho was reluctant. With her positive attitude and positivity, Hyun Ja finally won him over.
The Kims had early troubles, being new to America, and with learning English.
They joined together and surrounded themselves with a talented team, which included proficient English speakers, worked hard to grasp the (Quixtar IBO Compensation) Plan and the products, and never lost faith, even when success appeared impossible.
The company attributes its success to exclusive items and strong support from the Corporation.
“The products have no equal,” adds Hyun Ja. “They're easy to share with others.”
People like XS™ Energy Drinks, Artistry® skin care and cosmetics, and Nutrilite® supplements.
The Kims like the Corporation's increased Korean language support, including a sales advisor who's proficient in Korean.
multicultural, cross-generational
The Kims have no wish to limit their business to only Korean race.
They have a fast-growing Hispanic downline, and are happy to take new members from all around the world.
Kim descendants embrace IBOs of any age, especially those under 25. Jae's increased involvement in the firm has aided the diversity of their group across cultures and age groupings.
“Jae really enjoys connecting with a wide range of people,” says Hyunja. “No matter how different they may seem, he finds a way to connect with everybody.”
It is also crucial to teach kids that they, too, can build the business, and show the elder generation that the firm can easily be passed on to the next generation.
“This business is extremely important,” adds Seung Ho. It's one of the main perks that the business offers.
All their doubts have been put to rest by their son's dedication, enthusiasm, and people skills.
Hyun Ja has greatly exceeded our expectations, he says. He's consistently committed and passionate in all he does. There is no doubt that he will raise our family business to new heights in the future.
Foo Howe Kean and Shu Chen, founders of Crador Global, started the company in 2008.
Crador is one of the most powerful and largest Amway groups in the world, with more than 800 diamonds and more than 30 Crown Ambassadors and Founders Council Members, among other accomplishments.
Because the Crador ideology holds that every human being is unique and exceptional, sub-groups such as Network J&J, CA Success Associates, 3S Global Network, and Galaxy Success Networking have sprung up under the Crador umbrella to serve that idea.
Despite the fact that these sub-groups work separately, they do come together once a year for a Family Reunion to share their experiences.
Crador Global has grown to include operations in a number of countries.
Crador Global held a rally in Bangkok, Thailand, in November 2006, with more than 15k 21 percent and above members and more than 30k 12 percent and above members in attendance.
Crador Global celebrated its 30th anniversary in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in October of that same year. More than 10,000 members with a 12 percent or higher participation rate were in attendance.

(Amway Australia) because Magazine article, March 2007
Peter and Debbie Cox are the first couple in Australia to have achieved four pin levels in one year.
At Bobbin Head Marina Café, Peter Cox tells us that "we're not your average Crown Ambassadors".
Sporting a slicked back mullet, shorts, and thongs, and speaking in a relaxed manner, it's impossible to tell that Joe and Debbie have just made AMWAY® history.
In one year, the couple defied all rationality and was elevated to the Founders Double Diamond, Triple, Crown, and Crown Ambassador tiers in only twelve months.
It was the three-year goal of ours, and that we hadn't done it previously.
Crown Ambassador in 2006 was made possible because to Jim and Nancy Dornan's global vision and their dedicated, devoted global leadership team.
The family's new Mustang 4600 Sports Cruiser, suitably named Dreamer II, is located a short walk away from where they are sitting. They rewarded themselves once they qualified as New Crown Ambassadors.
Her interest is sailing, which offers family time and provides leadership skills in a serene setting. Also, they had a new CLS63 AMG delivered.
To emerge from a questionable history, the only option was to dream large. In her teens, Debbie was dealing with teenage troubles and was in with the wrong crowd.
At 15, she had hit rock bottom. She confirms in her autobiography that these events were a watershed in her life. Her life was heading in either one of two directions:
down or up. So she did. At a young age, Debbie became self-sufficient and demonstrated signs of her perseverance and resolve, which would later lead her and Peter to becoming Royal Ambassadors.
Even after Peter and Debbie met on Great Keppel Island in 1985, their relationship was still problematic.
Before starting AMWAY, they had $11 in the bank. On the outside, we both looked excellent as marketing managers and sales executives. We were unemployed.
We overspent our cash. We were stuck and going nowhere.
After running across an old colleague, a fellow distributor, Debbie was invited to get involved in the AMWAY business in October 1988.
Debbie instantly concluded that the car would provide the financial freedom they needed.
For three years, the pair worked exceedingly hard to grow their business, having full-time jobs throughout the day.
After 18 months and three years, Debbie and Peter went through the same pattern until they were both ready to retire.
Most people would have stopped, but the business-minded couple kept going.
Peter states that they demonstrated the sales and marketing plan 30 to 40 times per month to Diamond and still build their lifestyle.
They've crossed the world, setting up their firm in 26 different nations.
Even as Crown Ambassador, Peter and Debbie remain focused and setting new goals.
Peter explains, “Only one-on-one interactions promote connection and trust.
But people must also let themselves be led and teachable.”
Business success helps their personal life as well.
The tedious jobs are done for them, thanks to their financial position.
thus, so For Peter and Debbie, independence is what brings out the best in them.
Dane and Jarrod have been encouraged by their parents' successes.
Dane practises six times a week to prepare for a career in professional soccer, and Jarrod plays both soccer and rugby league.
They've allowed them to pursue other interests that include raising money for charity, coaching young athletes, and collecting and sharing ideas in the future.
They draw on their own marriage for help with struggling couples.
Success can be due to their honesty and because they also weathered their own tumultuous relationship.
Peter and Debbie's relationship has strengthened even further.
Even their backyard mosaic depicted their beautiful love storey, “This Is No Ordinary Love”.
Over the previous 19 years, their business has aided them in bettering themselves.
They will continue to do this. Peter says, “We want to be different individuals in a year.”
We must constantly grow, change, and challenge ourselves to be the best people we can be.
Gift from Jim and Nancy Dornan
When Peter and Debbie obtained Crown Ambassador Jim and Nancy Dornan dispatched US photographer Jerome Spivey to Australia.
This is a small subset of the 7,500 photos.
Both Cox and Debbie Amway are examples of individuals who have had a great impact in the business world, notably in the sector of direct selling. Amway, one of the world's largest and most successful direct selling companies, was started by Cox and Debbie Amway, who are also the company's namesakes.
1924 is the year that Cox Amway entered this world in Ada, Michigan. He received his degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan, which he attended after serving in the military during World War II. When Cox first started out in the workforce, he worked as a sales representative for Nutrilite, a company that specialized in the sale of nutritional supplements. Cox first made the acquaintance of Jay Van Andel, who would go on to become his lifetime business partner, through the course of his employment with Nutrilite.
In 1959, Cox and Van Andel laid the groundwork for what would later become Amway, which at the time was known as the American Way Association. In the beginning, the company only offered one product, which was a liquid organic cleaner that went by the name L.O.C. Amway's product portfolio has grown to encompass a wider variety of health, beauty, and domestic goods as the company has progressed over the years.
Debbie Amway, whose family name is DeVos, was born in the year 1958 in the city of Grand Rapids, which is located in the state of Michigan. She came from a privileged background and attended Calvin College, where she majored in teaching after growing up in an affluent household. Following her graduation from college, Debbie first pursued a career in education before deciding to become a full-time mother. In 1980, she tied the knot with Doug DeVos, who was the son of Richard DeVos, one of the co-founders of Amway.
In the 1980s, Debbie began her career with Amway as a sales representative for the company. This was the beginning of her involvement with Amway. She rapidly became one of Amway's most successful distributors and worked her way up through the ranks. Debbie and her husband Doug became part owners of the Orlando Magic, a professional basketball team, in 1993. The Magic compete in the NBA.
Since their wedding in 1986, Cox Amway and Debbie Amway have been happily married and have raised four children together. They have given away millions of dollars to a variety of causes over the course of their careers, including philanthropic endeavors related to education and healthcare.
Cox and Debbie have been active in politics in addition to their work with the Amway company. In 1990, Cox made a bid for the office of governor of Michigan but was ultimately unsuccessful. On the other hand, Donald Trump, as president of the United States, named Debbie to the position of Secretary of Education in the United States in 2017.
Their record as businesspeople and philanthropists is a monument to the hard work, devotion, and passion to bettering the lives of others that Cox and Debbie Amway have shown throughout their lives. They have made an unmistakable impact on the corporate world, and they continue to motivate others to follow in their footsteps by leaving their own imprint.

Independent business owners have a selfless advocate on their side.
Rather than anything else, Walter Bass was initially drawn to the direct marketing business endeavour that Rich DeVos and Jay Van Andel proposed to him because of the unconstrained opportunities it offered.
While working with the American Way Association, Walter was also a strong advocate for unlimited opportunity, which he did so successfully (AWA).
Walter has been involved in the company for about ten years, long before the AWA was established. He was one of the very first Nutrilite Distributors to be sponsored by Ja-Ri Corporation, and he still works for the company today.
At the time, Ja-Ri consisted of two young men who operated out of the trunk of a car, selling Nutrilite products and pitching a huge idea to customers. Walter recognised the tremendous potential in their concept.
Walter worked closely with Jay and Rich as they grew Ja-Ri Corporation from a small regional company with a few hundred customers to a regional company with thousands of customers.
His early experiences solidified his conviction that unfettered opportunity was the most important factor in the company's success, which he shared with others.
Whenever circumstances threatened that chance, he banded together with Rich, Jay, and the other AWA founding members to write the first Sales and Marketing Plan, which ensured that there would be no restrictions on opportunity.
Walter served as President of the AWA (now known as the Independent Business Owners Association International) for all but one year of the organization's existence, from its creation in 1956 through its dissolution in 1976.
As a result of his leadership, the Association has embraced its charter to act as an advocate for small business owners.
The IBOA International was able to establish the extremely tight working connection with the Corporation in large part as a result of Walter's efforts, which continues to this day.
Awarded the privilege of serving as a founding member of its Presidents Cabinet in 1990, Walter's efforts were recognised by the Association. Walter passed away in 1993.
Walter Bass received his Emerald qualification in July 1985, and his achievement was recognised in the July 1986 Amagram.

That was something we didn't want to do. Many dentists have expressed an interest in becoming successful in this business, but we have never heard of a successful individual in this industry expressing an interest in becoming a dentist."
B.J. went on to establish a real estate company, which eventually expanded to 12 locations. “We've owned a number of businesses over the years, but none have compared to this unique opportunity.
The Barones provide financial assistance to a number of children in third-world nations, and Lucia volunteers as a counsellor at a local pro-life crisis pregnancy clinic.
According to her, the process of establishing the company has been particularly fulfilling because "the principles of achievement and positive self-image are both equally important in growing happy, confident children."
"It was the best decision we could have made!" – According to Shelly Ballestas, "I believe that establishing our company in the United States was the best decision we've ever made!"
Juanma had previously worked as a real estate agent before starting her own business. Shelly is continuing to work as a dentist, at least for the foreseeable future. "I joked with Shelly that I would retire her from that career once she achieved the status of Double Diamond."
"Shelly and I launched our Amway business in the United States to provide for our family (which includes Sebastian, 8, and Christian, 5)," he continues. "In Colombia, I had already established an Emerald business (prior to meeting Shelly). It is through that business (which is now at the Founders Emerald level) that I am able to assist my mother, who is our biggest supporter and is always there for us. It is my father (who died away four years ago) who is to thank for putting me on this path; he deserves all of my gratitude "he explains.
Juanma is appreciative for his father's example of leadership and guidance throughout his life. "The most important lesson I've learnt is that we are all capable of accomplishing everything we set our minds to," he states. With the use of business support tools and direction from our uplines, we can convert into achievers.
Shelly responds in the affirmative "That we are raising our children with these beliefs and ideas makes me happy. Even at such a young age, they recognise the need of authentic leadership."
The mystery of how Amway knows they are VIPs continues to elude them, however. The boys always question her, "Mom, how do they know we're famous?" whenever they attend a corporate function when the red carpet is rolled out, she says, a chuckle in her voice.
While receiving VIP treatment at events and on work travels is enjoyable, Shelly points out that "it is not the toys and material things that are essential to me." We enjoy sharing our adventures as a family and knowing that we will have financial security in the future."
The same is true for Juanma, who adds, "Our mission now is to be an example to our children and to encourage others to believe in themselves and this opportunity."

In addition to this, he is an expert networker who has cultivated solid ties with people hailing from a diverse range of backgrounds. Another woman who has distinguished herself in her field and earned the title of Amway Diamond is Shelly Ballestas. The year 2005 marked the beginning of her journey with Amway, but she has her roots in the United States. Shelly's success in business can be due to her ability to connect with others and cultivate long-lasting relationships with them. She has a gift for putting people at ease and making them feel comfortable, which has earned her a reputation for having a warm and kind attitude.
Shelly is someone who has a deep-seated faith in the transformative potential of inward work and self-improvement. The Baker's are Double Diamonds who are linked with the World Wide Diamond Bureau. They began working with Amway in 1989 and qualified as Diamonds in 1993 before becoming Executive Diamonds in 1995.
Bob Wells is the Diamond in their immediate upline. It was possible for them to go Diamond because there are so many businesses within a thirty-minute driving radius of where they live in Corona, California.
Glen Baker previously worked in the insurance industry, and Joya Baker previously worked as a dental hygenist before joining the Quixtar team.
Baker, Glen, and Joya Amway are three people who have made substantial contributions to their respective disciplines during the course of their careers. Their labor and accomplishments are obviously remarkable, despite the fact that their names may not be familiar to the general public.
Glen Baker is a Canadian scientist and inventor who has focused his entire career on the creation of innovative technologies that have the potential to enhance the lives of other people. His work in the field of fluid dynamics, which is the study of how fluids like liquids and gases flow, is what brought him the most recognition. Baker has developed a number of cutting-edge technologies that make use of fluid dynamics to provide solutions to challenges in a variety of industries, including energy, transportation, and environmental management.
Baker is credited with developing a novel style of wind turbine that is capable of producing power from low-velocity winds. This is one of the most important achievements that Baker has made. The ability of conventional wind turbines to create power is dependent on the wind speed, which restricts their use in many different environments. However, because it operates on the principles of fluid dynamics, Baker's turbine is able to generate power even when the wind is blowing very slowly. This innovation has the potential to completely transform the wind energy business and make renewable energy sources more available to people in every region of the world.
A method for removing oil spills from marine environments is one of Baker's other significant contributions to the world of invention. His invention combines fluid dynamics and chemistry in order to convert oil into harmless chemicals that are then able to be extracted from water with relative ease. This technology has already been utilized successfully in multiple oil spill cleanup operations, and it has the potential to dramatically lessen the environmental impact of oil spills in the future. multiple oil spill cleanup operations have previously employed this technology successfully.

Children who, for whatever reason, do not have access to education, nutrition, or healthcare are the primary beneficiaries of this initiative. Its primary focus is on giving these essentials to these children.
In addition to the work that she does with children, Amway is also an outspoken supporter of the rights of women. She has worked to promote gender equality in many different ways, including offering resources and support for women who have experienced domestic violence or other forms of abuse, as well as encouraging businesses that are owned by women.
Amway is a firm believer in the need of preserving the natural world and has made efforts to encourage the use of clean, renewable energy sources and cut down on waste. Her humanitarian work has had a huge impact on communities all around the world, and she continues to serve as an example for people who strive to make a positive difference in the world by helping others.
Baker and Amway have collaborated on a number of projects during the course of their partnership, including efforts to better the environment and advance sustainable practices. Their work together has included the creation of environmentally friendly energy sources and the dissemination of information regarding environmentally responsible corporate procedures.
In summary, Baker, Glen, and Joya Amway are three people who have each made important contributions to the industries in which they have worked. Their efforts have had a good effect on individuals all across the world, and they continue to motivate others to effect change in the communities in which they live. Their commitment to innovation, social justice, and environmental sustainability serves as a useful reminder of the power that individual people have to make a positive impact on the world.
"We expect to see and enjoy some of the most rapid growth Amway Global has ever had in North America in the coming couple of years," says Toby Ayers. "And we're right in the thick of it, thanks to our outstanding goods and strategic leadership."
He is a second-generation IBO, since both his parents are Diamonds, and he and his wife Mia recently abandoned their respective occupations (his in business development, hers as a fashion designer) in order to sell more and mentor “the future generation of entrepreneurs.”
Almost all of their staff is under the age of 28 and includes many individuals who, like Toby, regard this as a long-term business career and value the prospects it provides.
Mia considers her company to be "the greatest platform for making a difference in people's lives." Not only does she appreciate "creating shared experiences" with her team, but she also enjoys "having the freedom to choose how I want to spend each day with our two children, Grace and Faith," she explains.
She enjoys the quality of the Artistry® skin care and cosmetics range as well, having previously worked in the fashion industry. “We have the very best of the very best,” says the leader.
Toby and Mia attribute their current level of achievement to "the camaraderie and mentorship" of their Double Diamond mentors, who they say "have made all the difference."
“They are great people who advocate for servant leadership without an agenda,” he continues. It will be replicated downline and will generate an excellent growing environment if you model it from the beginning.
Asitabha was a pharmaceutical consultant for a well-known international pharmaceutical corporation. Before they even knew what this company might achieve for them, they decided to invest their time and money here. They were drawn to it because of its original concept and ideal ideology.
The Direct Selling business, a one-of-a-kind opportunity, has provided them with the keys to an attainable living style, a consistent source of income, a large number of friends, and a great deal of enjoyment. Aside from that, they have also learned to deal with obstacles as they have grown this company.
They now have a massive network that stretches across the entire country. It is through this business that they have been able to spend significant time with their children, Anirban and Angana, which has been their greatest achievement. Asitabha's desire is to touch millions of hearts through her business, whereas Sheta's dream is to make millions of women aware of their full potential through her organisation.
After graduating from university, Robert worked as an engineer and banker for a number of companies in Sydney before being employed by a well-known private bank in Indonesia.
Obtaining this position was a significant personal achievement for him and was something he had long desired.
His professional life progressed at a breakneck pace. His last post before resigning to devote his full time to his Amway business in 1994 was that of AVP.
He acknowledges that he had some reservations about his decision to start the Amway firm. But after attending a Network 21 gathering, everything began to change for him.
Now that he has a successful firm, he has established his legacy, but he believes that this is only the beginning.

Since Angkasa and Robert Amway are two separate entities, I will present information regarding each of them in their own respective sections.
The Indonesian airline industry is represented by Angkasa, the national association for the sector. It was created in 1973 with the purpose of fostering the expansion and advancement of the aviation sector in Indonesia. The group serves as a voice for the concerns of its more than 250 member airlines, which include significant air transport companies such as Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, and Citilink.
One of the primary goals of Angkasa is to collaborate with the Indonesian government and other regulatory organizations in order to foster an environment that is beneficial to the aviation sector in Indonesia. The association has been very helpful in negotiating with governmental authorities to decrease taxes and fees for airline companies, streamline regulatory procedures, and improve airport infrastructure. Additionally, Angkasa offers training and certification programs for airline personnel in order to enhance both the security of the industry as a whole and its overall productivity.
The expansion of the Indonesian aviation sector can be directly attributed to the contributions made by Angkasa. Consumers have benefited from enhanced connectivity as well as lower airfares as a direct result of the association's work over the past few decades in helping to establish a competitive market for airlines. As a result of Angkasa's efforts, Indonesia has become a significant aviation center in Southeast Asia, and the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta has become one of the busiest airports in the area.
On the other hand, Robert Amway is not a well-known figure in the aviation sector or, for that matter, any other industry. A search for "Robert Amway" does not return any results other than a few random social media pages. There are no trustworthy sources of information about him or his achievements that are found in the results of the search.
Amway is a well-known American multi-level marketing organization that was established in 1959 by Jay Van Andel and Richard DeVos. It is vital to mention that Amway was formed in the United States. On the other hand, there is no evidence to suggest that Robert Amway is affiliated in any way with this business.
In conclusion, Angkasa has made important contributions to the expansion and development of the Indonesian aviation industry; nevertheless, there is no trustworthy information accessible on Robert Amway.

Abraham Varghese and Delfi, a truck driver and a homemaker, respectively
My family and I were farmers when I was born in Kalady, Kerala, to a middle-class family. Because of unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete my further education. Prior to working for Amway, I worked as a truck driver. The woman I married, Delfi, was born into a middle-class family in the town of Iringalakuda, and she also comes from a middle-class family. We have been blessed with a son, Snehil, who is currently in the 12th grade.
My next-door neighbour, an 18-year-old boy, was the one who introduced me to the Amway business. At first, I was really sceptical, and Delfi was equally uninterested in participating in this venture.
After that, we went to some significant Amway and Teamone seminars, and it was then that I began to see the broad picture and realise the potential of this business.
I started working with a strong sense of commitment. Initially, Delfi had a negative attitude about our business; but, after participating in special training programmes led by our mentors Sajeev Nair and Bindu, we were both able to modify our personalities and attitudes.
Delfi had a significant shift in her attitude and was able to develop a powerful intellect. She saw that this was the perfect opportunity that had been created for us, and we began operating this business on a part-time basis. Later on, we gradually began to invest our time and energy into growing this company.
We received a great deal of negative feedback from family and friends during the early stages of growing our Amway business, but we were able to keep ourselves on track because to the power of Teamone features and upline communication channels. Our unwavering faith in ourselves and in the Almighty enabled us to make significant progress toward our goal.
We remained focused on our goal, completely disregarding the obstacles that stood in our way. We have the ability to expand our operations throughout India.
We recognise that the key to solving all of our difficulties lies in the way we conduct our business. We have entered a new world in which there is no strain at all. This genuine family-oriented business has not only provided us with financial security, but it has also transformed our personalities.
We launched our company in 2000 and qualified for silver the same year, Emerald the following year, and Diamond the following year.
This accomplishment is the result of our tireless and constant efforts, as well as our determination and, above all, our strong belief.
Having an Amway business has provided us with enormous rewards in the form of personality development, friendships, international travel, and, above all, the joy of being able to assist others in achieving their goals and dreams. We are constructing this firm as a way of life, and our entire family is involved in it as well.
My brother is a gold producer, and my father has a stake in the company worth 21 percent. We express our gratitude to Almighty for providing us with this excellent chance and for providing us with the necessary expertise to grasp and pursue this enterprise.
We'd also like to convey our heartfelt gratitude to our parents and the Teamone management team. We are also pleased with and like to thank our team on their achievements and consistency. In our line of work, love is essential.
A nice, cheerful attitude is required in order to love others without reservation.. Anyone can achieve success in this industry if they have a strong ambition, determination, dedication, and discipline.

Together, Abraham and Delfy have established an incredible network of Independent Business Owners (IBOs) within Amway, and the corporation has acknowledged them for their accomplishments as a result of their efforts.
Both Abraham Varghese and Delfy Abraham have been the target of criticism from individuals who believe the multi-level marketing industry is a pyramid scheme. Some people believe that the only Amway distributors that make big profits are the company's top distributors, while the bulk of IBOs struggle to make enough money to support themselves.
On the other hand, Abraham and Delfy have argued in favor of the Amway business model, praising it for the opportunity it affords individuals to attain monetary success as well as personal development.
In addition to Abraham and Delfy's achievements within the Amway organization, both are actively engaged in charitable endeavors. They have provided financial assistance to a variety of philanthropic organizations, including those whose primary concentration is on medical treatment and education. In summary, Abraham Varghese and Delfy Abraham are both effective Independent Business Owners (IBOs) working for the Amway Corporation.
They have accomplished the greatest levels of success within the organization and have developed an incredible network of independent business owners.

Over the years, the multi-level marketing sector has been the target of criticism. In addition to this, they are interested in charitable activities and have made major contributions to the community in which they live.
