 Ravi started his Amway career in 1982, when he was still a student at a local university. Despite his young age, he put in long hours, concentrated on the 3S, and was punctual in his attendance at meetings.

 In 2001, he earned the title of Diamond. However, he had more ambitious plans for the future of his company.

 Ravi first joined the Indian market in 1998 and has since expanded his company to an impressive scale in that country, according to his own estimation. 

According to him, the formula for success is the same everywhere - patience, tenacity, devotion, and a positive mindset are all necessary ingredients for success.

My family and I were farmers when I was born in Kalady, Kerala, to a middle-class family. Because of unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete my further education. Prior to working for Amway, I worked as a truck driver. 

The woman I married, Delfi, was born into a middle-class family in the town of Iringalakuda, and she also comes from a middle-class family. 

We have been blessed with a son, Snehil, who is currently in the 12th grade.

My next-door neighbour, an 18-year-old boy, was the one who introduced me to the Amway business. At first, I was really sceptical, and Delfi was equally uninterested in participating in this venture. 

After that, we went to some significant Amway and Teamone seminars, and it was then that I began to see the broad picture and realise the potential of this business. 

I started working with a strong sense of commitment. Initially, Delfi had a negative attitude about our business; but, after participating in special training programmes led by our mentors Sajeev Nair and Bindu, we were both able to modify our personalities and attitudes. 

Delfi had a significant shift in her attitude and was able to develop a powerful intellect. She saw that this was the perfect opportunity that had been created for us, and we began operating this business on a part-time basis. Later on, we gradually began to invest our time and energy into growing this company. 

We received a great deal of negative feedback from family and friends during the early stages of growing our Amway business, but we were able to keep ourselves on track because to the power of Teamone features and upline communication channels. 

Our unwavering faith in ourselves and in the Almighty enabled us to make significant progress toward our goal.

We remained focused on our goal, completely disregarding the obstacles that stood in our way. We have the ability to expand our operations throughout India. We recognise that the key to solving all of our difficulties lies in the way we conduct our business. 

We have entered a new world in which there is no strain at all. This genuine family-oriented business has not only provided us with financial security, but it has also transformed our personalities.

We launched our company in 2000 and qualified for silver the same year, Emerald the following year, and Diamond the following year. 

This accomplishment is the result of our tireless and constant efforts, as well as our determination and, above all, our strong belief. Having an Amway business has provided us with enormous rewards in the form of personality development, friendships, international travel, and, above all, the joy of being able to assist others in achieving their goals and dreams. 

We are constructing this firm as a way of life, and our entire family is involved in it as well. My brother is a gold producer, and my father has a stake in the company worth 21 percent.

My professional background is in business. I was very fed up with our traditional business since, in order to build our firm, I had to make sacrifices in terms of my time with my children and grandchildren. Aside from that, I was experiencing health issues as well.

 Khun Rachaya is a Thailand ABO with a double diamond in her ring. She received her bachelor's degree in education from Burapa University. Her very first employment was that of a teacher. Her mother, Ruby ABO: Mr. Thawatchai-Mrs. Benjaporn Thaikiew, encouraged her to get into the amway industry because Mrs. Benjaporn was a teacher at the school where she worked. Khun Rachaya didn't pay much attention to the business at the beginning of his career. The following day, she had the opportunity to learn about business plans, and it was via this that she first had an understanding of the amway business. She has no time when she first starts her amway business since she works seven days a week from seven a.m. to ten p.m., but she understands that amway business is a straightforward business. She has the freedom to work whenever she wants, wherever she is. Afterwards, she devoted the majority of her leisure time to expanding her amway business to the point where it had expanded to the point where it had become her primary source of income.

Khun Rachaya enjoys her Amway business because it allows her to be flexible and independent, and she enjoys being the boss of her own destiny. She even takes breaks from her business from time to time, yet she never runs out of money (Her business could stops but her income never stops). Her Amway business has provided her with the opportunity to assist others and make a difference in their life.

According to Khun Rachaya's philosophy, the key to running a successful business is to do the work that makes us joyful while still giving our absolute best. Patrick and Joyce Joe are the world's youngest Crown Ambassadors, having been appointed at the age of twenty-one. They started their business in Thailand in 2002 when they were 24 and 21 years old, and they made a profit of 3 percent in the first month and 21 percent in the second month, with their first leg breaking out in the third month. After three months, they were able to attain Ruby volume and break the second leg. The company had three qualifying legs after only four months in the business; in March 2003, only six months after joining, they gained Platinum status with six qualified groups and Pearl pins; and in April 2003, they achieved Ruby status. They were able to reach Emerald after 11 months and Diamond after 23 months of hard work. In 2006, they were awarded the Executive Diamond designation, and in 2007, they were awarded the Founders Diamond designation. They were awarded the status of Founders Executive Diamond in 2010, then Double Diamond in 2011 and Founders Double Diamond in 2012. In August 2011, they were awarded the status of Triple Diamonds. They were awarded the title of Crown in 2012 and the title of Crown Ambassador in 2013.

They began expanding their operations to the United States (including the United States of America and Canada) in September 2009, and were recognised as new Silvers in September 2009, new Platinum and Ruby in February 2010, new Founders Platinum Plus in August 2010, and Emerald in February 2011. They were also recognised as new Silvers in September 2009. They received the Founders Emerald and Diamond awards in August 2011.

It was in October 2008 that they began expanding their second business in the Philippines, and they were recognised as new Silvers in December 2008, new Pearl in February 2009, new Platinum in July 2009, Emerald in August 2009, and Founders Emerald in November 2010. In November 2010, they achieved the status of Founders Emerald.

Story

Kunchayangkul is a village in Chaweng. "Boong" or "Chris" (born April 11, 1978) and Piyanantawarin, Kannalin (also known as Boong or Chris). Pun or Pam (born December 7, 1983) is one of the best Amway young leaders that first introduced the Amway company to Gen Y individuals (young generation) in Thailand, earning the nickname "Pun" or "Pam." In 2014, they were crowned as the world's youngest Crown and FC Member, respectively.

Chris and Pam have both been involved in the Amway business since they were students at the university. While still in his second year of college, Chris began working in the business world and was certified as an Emerald in Amway by the time he graduated. Chris and Pam began doing business together in the year 2005 when they were Founders Diamonds, and they have quickly and decisively risen through the ranks to become the "World's Youngest Crown" in the last year and a half.

As leaders of their organisation, Chris and Pam follow a philosophy that is both honourable and respectful, stating that "Love, Knowledge, and Belief" are the three things that all outstanding leaders should give to their downlines.

They qualified for the GAR 100 in 2019.
Two persons who have been successful as a result of their involvement in the Amway business are Kunchayangkul, Chaweng Amway and Piyanantawarin, Kannalin Amway.
