 True North was founded by Mark and Tammi Crawford in late 2006 or early 2007. In late 2006 or early 2007, True North amalgamated with TEAM. 

In the fall of 2007, TEAM separated itself from Quixtar, and they subsequently withdrew from their IBO-ship with the company.

In the 1970s, he is credited with designing the first flight simulator program, which was used to train pilots for commercial airlines. He is also a co-inventor of the term "flight simulator." Mark:

Mark is a well-known entrepreneur who, throughout the course of his career, has established a number of prosperous businesses on his own. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the United States, where he also received his birth certificate in 1964. After that, he went on to receive his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

MicroSolutions, a software company that Mark established in 1983 and went on to become very successful, was Mark's first venture into the business world. CompuServe paid a total of $6 million to acquire the company in 1990 after it had given software and hardware solutions to companies catering to the needs of smaller enterprises.

Tami:

 They put their whole heart and soul into their new enterprise, and the results far beyond their expectations; their two children can't recall a time when they didn't have both parents working full-time.

 Located near the Rocky Mountains, the Funks' Victorian-style home offers a spectacular view of the ski slopes that they adore. 

The Funks have three children. They devote their time and energy to issues in which they believe. 

Jake travelled to Moscow to attend the ceremonies marking the publication of the Bible in Russian.

The Blanchard's were Crown's located in Montreal Canada. They were one of the fastest North American IBO's to go into Diamond qualifying.

 In October 67 they proceeded through Diamond qualification and finished qualification in April 68 (16 months) (16 months). 

They broke a flurry of frontline silvers and went Crown in March 1980. 

(Note: In 1980, a Crown required just be a Diamond with an additional 14 frontline silvers. 

Today a Crown IBO demands 18 platinums or 22 FAA points.)

This was at a period when the Amway literature was only in English & the Blanchard's spoke French only. Andre also only has an elementary level education.

 Today he is fluent in English and can speak Spanish, Italian and Portugese.

There was no structure for the Blanchard's back when they were developing the business, They eventually connected in with the BWW organisation, yet in 2000 they quit Amway and are now pushing Morinda Bioactives (previously Tahatian Noni) (formerly Tahatian Noni)

 In 1974, the Schmidts established their Amway business in their home. 

They just made the decision to succeed right from the start. "We made the decision not to look back for a year," Bob explains.

 "We were aware that the business was successful for others, and we just wanted to make it successful for us as well. 

It was also decided that we would exhibit the business at least once a week, and this has remained our approach to this day."

They qualified as Silver Producers in February 1975, as Ruby Directs in April 1975, as Emeralds, Diamonds, and Double Diamonds in 1977, and as Triple Diamonds, Crowns, and Crown Ambassadors in 1981. 

They also qualified as Emeralds, Diamonds, and Double Diamonds in 1977. 

In recent years, they have divided their time between two homes in Canada and one in Phoenix, Arizona.

Schmidt, Bob & Joyce Amway

Martin, Wayne & Carol Amway

 Wayne worked as a dentist in his previous life. Originally from North Carolina, they have relocated to Texas to continue their work. Rick and Toni Fairchild have achieved the status of Diamond in their organisation. The Martins are the brightest diamonds in the crown of Bill and Peggy Britt's empire.

Their storey appeared to be the embodiment of the American Dream as shown in the movies. Following their graduation from the University of North Carolina Dental School, Wayne and Carol went on to establish a successful dental practise in Charlotte. Wayne's office had been in operation for 15 years, and Carol had worked as his dental hygienist for nine years, when Carol returned home to care for their three lovely children.

Wayne was the owner of three corporations, was on the board of directors of a bank, was a member of the vestry at their church, and was the Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). They lived in a dream home in rural North Carolina and drove high-end autos to and from work. There was one thing that was missing... SECURITY. Wayne would be out of business if he lost even one of the fingers on his right hand. As a result of his hectic schedule, he had ran out of time as well.

Their Lincoln broke down while they were returning home from the beach one Sunday afternoon. After several hours of sitting by the side of the road, a young motorist pulled over to offer assistance. Wayne and Carol were introduced to a business opportunity by the same young man two weeks later.

Wayne has been looking for a business opportunity that would allow him to make an additional $1000 per month for several years. Even after two failed franchise company endeavours and several failed single proprietorships, Wayne and Carol continued to ask themselves one basic question: 'What if it might work?' they wondered. They got to work right away, ecstatic about having more money, more time, and the opportunity to collaborate once more.

After nine months, they were able to produce Platinum, and after four and a half years, they qualified as Diamonds. Wayne retired from the dentistry practise after only seven years in the industry. They now reside in a 5,000-square-foot luxury home in affluent Keller, Texas, which is centrally positioned between Dallas and Fort Worth and has easy access to both cities. Their Rolls-Royce and Mercedes-Benz sedans are among their most prized possessions.

Wayne and Carol are regular travellers, both inside the United States and internationally. Wayne and Carol have two children. Wayne enjoys spending time in his rose gardens and on the golf course. Carol enjoys shopping in the upscale boutiques of Dallas as well as spending time with her grandchildren. It is important to them both to spend as much time as they can with each other, their daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. Their company continues to give the aforementioned 'pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. "

James, Ben & Margaret Ann Amway

 While serving as Secretary of Commerce for the state of Louisiana in the early 1980s, Ben James was charged with the obligation of creating jobs for the state's inhabitants. His extensive business experience made him an excellent candidate for this role.

Ben has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University, a law degree from Louisiana State University, and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. Ben's family also owned and controlled the state's largest construction company, and he currently serves on the boards of directors of Louisiana's largest bank and third-largest electric utility company, among other organisations. Although Louisiana had a period of economic duress in the early 1980s, a recession caused by the oil industry resulted in a downward spiral in the state's housing values.

In those days, Ben recalls, "our main lines of business were real estate development, oil and gas exploration, and banking." The Jameses, like many other citizens of Louisiana, found themselves in a state of severe financial distress. In 1989, Ben was looking for an answer when he came upon a business opportunity that piqued his interest.

It took some time and investigation to realise that the "necessary" dollars were available to ensure financial recovery, says Ben. "The magic of duplication and residual income was enticing, but it took a little time and investigation to realise that the "necessary" dollars were available to ensure financial recovery," says Ben. A trip to his first major business conference, as well as getting to know his upline, gave him the confidence he required.

In February 1995, the Jameses were promoted to the Diamond level. Ben and his wife, Margaret Ann, can now devote their time and energy to spending time with their seven grandchildren, knowing that their financial future is safe.

Margaret Ann is the daughter of the parish's five-term sheriff, who also happens to be her father's brother. She received her bachelor's degree in home economics and child development from Louisiana Tech University. 

It is clear that she has put her degree to good use by building a magnificent home for herself and her family. Beyond her volunteer work at her church, the hospital and nursing homes, her favourite hobby is spending time with her husband's and children's grandchildren.

"All of our grandchildren reside within four hours of Ruston, and we like hosting them when they come to see us. Children have always been welcome at our house, which has always had a pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and a trampoline for their amusement. 

The whole family comes to our house for Santa Claus every year "Margaret Ann adds to the conversation.

The James family's firm operates in practically every state as well as 16 countries. Ben says, "It's really exciting to be partners with so many leaders who, as they build their dreams, it counts for the whole team. 

Of all the businesses I have looked into as an entrepreneur and as Secretary of Commerce, there is not even a close runner-up to the multiple advantages of this business, especially the ability to offer economic opportunity to so many."

Hegde, Prakash & Smita Amway

 When Prakash and Smita Hegde immigrated to the United States from India, they expected to pursue separate careers; he worked as a software consultant, while she worked in homoeopathic medicine. However, their plans changed. 

The reason for choosing those occupations, according to Prakash, was that they were recommended to him by a friend. "However, something better came along after that."

They thought the AMWAYTM business was a fantastic potential from the moment they first heard about it. According to Prakash, “It was something I could do to help others while still staying out of a cubicle and earning some money.”

 Adding to Smita's praise, "I appreciated the fact that the couples collaborated as a team." “It appeared to be a pleasant setting to be in, and we were impressed with the merchandise as well.” When they received their first paycheck, they recall it as being extremely encouraging. 

As Prakash recounts, "we built a duplicate of it." “It wasn't a significant amount, but it came from our own efforts rather than those of others, and that really pumped us up.” The rejection aspect proved to be the most difficult obstacle for them to overcome. 

"We've now learned that not everyone is as ambitious as we are," says Prakash of the realisation. “We just concentrated on our objectives and didn't give a damn about those who said no.”

In reality, the "noes" helped them to become more mentally robust. They developed into strong leaders and self-assured entrepreneurs, and they set an excellent example for their children, Ronak, 12, and Sanya, 6. According to Smita, "They also learned to dream large." 

They learn that we are not only in the race but will finish it when they observe Mom and Dad not only seeking but also achieving their goals. 

It has been observed that we have failed and then gotten up and tried again,” adds Prakash. When they look back on their experience and reflect, they say they wish they had believed in themselves a bit more and connected with their mentors a little earlier. 

"We wouldn't have spent as much time attempting to persuade people to join us, but instead would have moved on more swiftly to find those who were already on board."

They also discovered that in order to get outcomes, it is necessary to concentrate on growing people who choose to follow you. « We make an effort to bring out the best in those around us and to serve others before we expect to see returns for ourselves, » Smita explains. 

"By assisting people in realising their aspirations and achieving their goals, we all prosper together." The couple also expresses their gratitude for the assistance provided by the company.

Ednaldo and Cristina Bispo were Amway of Brazil Diamantes in 2011, having qualified in June of that year. 

Silver was achieved in June of 2010, Gold was achieved in August of 2010, Platino was achieved in November of 2010, Safira and Esmeralda were achieved in February of 2011, Esmeralda Fundador was achieved in June of 2011... and Diamonds were achieved in July of 2011.

 It took 15 months from Silver to Diamante! At the moment, they are no longer employed by Amway.

 In 1997, Webster and Veronica Masenya joined Amway and were qualified as Emeralds in July 2005 and Diamonds in 2006. In 2006, they were promoted to Platinum .[1]

A Case Study in Success

It is the compelling message of Webster and Veronica Masenya from Botswana that diamonds should be available to all. 

Website, who has been linked with academia and the University of Botswana for many years, with four degrees in economics and business, but he has learned that life is for living, and that it is more importantly, available to everyone.

Veronica used to teach during the day and work as a coordinator part-time for another educational institution during the evenings, in addition to her role as an International Business Officer (IBO).

 In her spare time, she was a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend, and a confidant to her friends and family. 

As she puts it, it only takes everything you've got and then some to succeed. 

When you consider how many individuals want to improve their circumstances, but are unwilling to change themselves, it is truly remarkable.

 She also offers highly practical advise to her fellow Amway travellers, including the following: 

assist others in understanding and living the products, don't assume that others are familiar with the products, maintain a cheerful attitude at all times, and positive results will always follow.

 Veronica believes that the power of the spoken word, the power of submission, and the power of unification may be used to create one's own reality.

 She believes that everyone has the ability to create their own world. 

There is nothing unique about our lives; we all go through the same experiences and there is always something new to learn and a new task to face. 

However, one of the most essential things to remember is that the opinion of others should never become your reality. 

You have complete control over only two aspects of your life: your ideas and your actions.

Because of our affiliation with Amway, we have reaped significant benefits. 

According to Webster, this is the one industry in which a rising tide lifts all boats at the same time. 

"Create your own reality. Each of us has the ability to govern our own ideas and behaviours. 

Don't allow others to influence you through negativity. 

Your dreams should be so large that the only way to attain them is to begin by bringing about true change within yourself."

What makes them so certain that it is suitable for everyone?

 What is the process of becoming a Diamond? The Masenyas are aware of this truth since they are living examples of it:

It is merely a matter of dealing with life's difficulties one at a time. 

Both Webster and Veronica's personal and professional life are clearly influenced by the power of love, as seen by the fact that they are married.

 The respect and admiration they have for one another, as well as the love they have for their five children, are evident in everything they say and do.

To each individual he meets, to each hand that he shakes, and to each contact that he makes, Webster's message is that he want to share his own success with everyone.

 Even though it may seem impossible, diamond is for everyone. If I can do it, so can you, no matter how absurd it may seem. 

Stay the course and believe in yourself; we are all winners. 

Yes, there are problems in every person's life and yes, he has experienced his share of pain, including the death of his father when he was just 16 years old and fighting a losing battle against cancer with his first wife.

 Additionally, he has gone down the path of over-extending himself psychologically, financially, and physically by running up to nine businesses at the same time, disregarding his family and most importantly, his own well-being and development.

The knowledge that has emerged as a result of this adversity is to live the process, comprehend it, and internalise it at every stage.

Make a fool of yourself and you'll be successful! 

You must have someone scoff at you, someone reject you, many shaking their heads at you and at the same time never give up on yourself and those in your team, never give up on reaching down and pulling others up, while following the cardinal rules of the business.

In their own right, Webster and Veronica joined Amway and followed their own paths to financial success. 

Individually, each of them is a success storey, but together they form a wonderful love storey: as a couple, as a team, as leaders and as mentors, and as a group of people .[1]

 In the following lines, we'd like to demonstrate how we went from being an employee to becoming the boss of our own firm. 

Friedi and Hannes Bauer, Friedi a bureaucrat in the touristic industry and Hannes a master of stonecutting as a studied profession, have been in business together for more than 20 years.

Hannes' primary ambition has always been to be self-sufficient. Because we were well aware of the fact that there are two distinct types of people. 

One of them goes in to do something, while the others sit around and wait for anything to occur.

 We made the decision to be part of the first group of people, but the path wasn't easy or straightforward.

 We only knew that we wouldn't work for anyone else for the rest of our lives. 

Because, as long as we are employees, we are subject to restrictions imposed by our superiors. For us, the value of this moment was far too high. 

We wanted to spend this time with our family and were not interested in selling our time to anyone else.

When we first learned about our business idea, we made a snap decision and realised that the path we were on was the one to a harmonious family, more spare time, financial success, personal development, independence, and autonomy. 

We were right. Today, we recall the period when we wanted to alter so many things, were full of enthusiasm, looked to the future with confidence, but were unable to find a workable solution since the necessary infrastructure was lacking. 

We are just as grateful today as we were the day we first learned about our company for having someone who cared about us and who, through our business plan, provided us with a fresh viewpoint.

It is totally up to you to decide whether or not to take action. Consider your current situation as well as your situation in five years.
