 In addition to becoming Double Diamonds, the Daughery's served as leaders of the ILD system until Jack Daughery stepped down and passed leadership to David Humphery. They joined Amway in 1973 under the leadership of Ron Puryear and achieved Double Diamond status in 1995. The WWDB system used to be linked with them, but they eventually broke away to start their own support organisation.

Success Story

When the Daugherys first saw this company proposal, they had no idea what a fantastic future it would pave the way for them and their family. They merely saw it as an opportunity to maybe move ahead on their debt. At one point, Jack was the manager of a fresh produce warehouse, while Rita was a beauty salon owner and operator. 

“We were both used to putting in long hours,” Jack explains, “but through this business, we have also seen a great deal of personal growth.” Our daughter, Janet, had a better understanding of the baby-sitter than we did when we started our firm. 

Now that we're both working full time for our businesses, we can spend more time with our families while also assisting others in achieving their goals. In addition, Rita has witnessed her husband evolve into a powerful leader and an all-around excellent person.

The Daugherys' quality of living has significantly improved since becoming Double Diamonds. They and their three German Shepards currently reside in Spokane, Washington, in a 9,000-square-foot home with "all the built-in luxuries" on a seven-acre estate that they built themselves. Their residence is equipped with personal offices as well as a large conference room where they conduct business operations for their thriving global corporation.

Jack and Rita like driving their own cars and travelling in their 45-foot Featherlite bus, which they purchased for their wedding. They're always thinking about where they're going on their next vacation. Jack also owns three Harley-Davidson motorcycles, which he transports behind his bus in a bespoke trailer built just for the purpose. 

Jack organises a yearly motorcycle event in which as many as 50 men come together to travel designated routes and share their own personal experiences. ”Our business has provided us with the freedom to do what we want, when we want, and from anywhere we want. This is unquestionably the best way of living!”

Daugherty, Jack Amway, and Rita Amway are three people who have each had a great effect in the sectors of labor that they have chosen for themselves. Every single one of them has a motivating tale to tell, and the path that led them to achieve success is illustrative of the power of hard effort, persistence, and drive.

Daugherty shall serve as our point of departure. William "Bill" Daugherty is a former officer with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) who worked for the agency for more than 20 years. In 1963, he became a member of the CIA and was stationed in a number of different countries, including Mexico, Brazil, and Venezuela. He was instrumental in the resolution of the Cuban Missile Crisis and was also involved in the inquiry into the Watergate scandal. Now let's talk about Jack Amway. Jack Amway is one of the co-founders of Amway Corporation, which is a business that offers products related to health, beauty, and home care. Jack and his business partner Rich DeVos established the company in 1959, and since that time, it has expanded into a multinational organization that employs more than 20,000 people across the globe. Amway's rise to prominence as one of the world's most successful direct selling firms was largely due to Jack's savvy in business and his ability to effectively manage others.

And last but not least, we have Rita Amway, an artist as well as a philanthropist. Rita and her husband Alex Hillman established the Rita and Alex Hillman Foundation in order to provide financial assistance to a variety of charitable organizations that work toward advancing health and social justice. She is also a well-known and skilled artist who has shown her work in galleries all across the country in the United States. Rita's paintings are renowned for their vivid hues and daring compositions, and her artwork is largely influenced by the continents of Africa and Asia, where she has been.

The lives of Daugherty, Jack, and Rita Amway each have their own distinct narratives, but they all have one thing in common: a dedication to working one's hardest and accomplishing one's goals.  Amgad Ghabrial was born in England to parents who were originally from Egypt. His family eventually relocated to Australia, where he completed his dental training.

 After joining Amway in Australia in June 1988 with his wife Melissa, Amgad became the first partners of Crown Ambassadors Peter and Debbie Cox. Amgad and Melissa have been married for almost 30 years. 

They expanded swiftly and achieved Platinum status in 1989. They achieved the Ruby and Emerald levels in 1990 and 1992, respectively. 

They received their Diamond qualification in 1996, EDC qualification in 2005, Founders Diamond qualification in 2006, Founders Executive Diamond qualification in 2007 and Double Diamond qualification in 2008. Their company has grown to include operations in around ten overseas nations.

 They have two children: a daughter (born in 1994) and a son (born in 1997). (born 1996).

Amgad Ghabrial, a dentist by profession, retired at the age of 31 after establishing his Amway firm.

Australia's Gad and Melissa Ghabrial have two children.

Gad worked as a dentist, and Melissa worked as a travel consultant for the company. Their motivation for starting the firm was simple: they didn't want to miss out on the opportunity and simply wondered, "What if it works?" The influence and affiliation they have gotten from all of these great leaders along their journey has contributed significantly to their success, which they attribute in part to their incredible upline. 

Today, they have a large number of Emeralds and Diamonds in their downline all over the world, and they are in high demand as international speakers. Since the birth of their children, Brittany, now 13 years old, and Jake, now 11 years old, they have had the opportunity of being full-time parents, something they do not take for granted. 

They may travel extensively, drive high-end automobiles, and live in a luxurious waterfront property with a jetski and boat, but being completely free and in control of their lives is the ultimate prize for which they strive. “We enjoy our lives, and with God's grace, we have the ability to have a beneficial impact on the lives of others. 

That is the pinnacle of success!" It is clear that Gad and Melissa are passionate about what they do, as seen by their observation that "With Jim and Nancy at the helm leading us all, the future has never looked better." “Eighteen years later, we still feel like we are just getting started.”

We arrived in Germany in 1989 with our five tiny children from Takmak, Kyrgyzstan, and began a new life here in Germany. We had just recently moved into our new home and were in desperate need of money, therefore we hoped to make between 500 and 1000 DM. We were on the lookout for an opportunity to be free and self-sufficient. When we were given the opportunity to join the Amway organisation, we jumped at the chance.

Having a Diamond business has long been a dream of ours. Today, we have one and are living the life of our common dream. Because of our Amway business, we have more time to spend with our family and are confident that it is the route to a better life filled with happiness, freedom, success, and financial independence.

Currently, we are expanding our international Crown Ambassador business operations. We have a large number of friends in Germany, Finland, Greece, and the United States of America. We can imagine that with our assistance, they will all work together to create the Diamond and even higher. Our major ambition for the future is to provide a chance for freedom to a large number of people in Russia and other eastern countries in the near future. However, our greatest hope is that each of our five children, along with their families, will have their own Diamond business.

I was born in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, and raised in Jaipur, Rajasthan. My parents are devout Christians who are also well-known public figures. They uphold extremely high spiritual standards and travel the country preaching to people. I am the only son of my parents and have been greatly inspired by the glory of joyful thoughts that my parents have preached to me.

My previous employment was in the traditional business sector, which I continued to do while studying. After only a short period of time, I was married to Sandhya, a lovely young lady. Sarvgaya and Sarvdharshi are the names of our two children.

My eyes were filled with visions of doing something extraordinary with my life when I was introduced to a great opportunity of this universe - the Amway business opportunity: a par excellence, a road map to success where one can touch the lives of many people and uplift them towards success on the path laid out by patience, integrity, dedication to one's goals, honesty and work ethics, and a strong sense of accomplishment.

When I worked in traditional business, my existence was like to that of a prisoner. I was always plagued by an unseen sense of unease, anxiety, and a great deal of unethical rivalry. As a result of the many ups and downs in my business, I finally realised that life is a never-ending process in which one must control a great deal in order to achieve better results. I came to the realisation that this unethical employment contributes directly to the accumulation of bad karma and the progression of our lives towards a poor conclusion.

Despite the fact that I first saw the Amway business plan in 1998, I was suspicious of it at the time. After some time had passed, I had the opportunity to attend a large conference where I learned about Amway's ambitious plans for India. My business was up and running in no time at all, and I qualified for Silver level recognition within a short period of time as a result of my efforts. After then, I didn't look back and steadily progressed to greater and higher degrees of recognition.

I owe my accomplishments to my adversities, the tremendous support of my downlines along my path, and the excellent mentorship provided by my uplines. However, I think that God's blessings are there in every successful trip, as He determines your destiny and directs you down the route to achieving it. The higher pin, such as EDC, is not an easy task, and it is not a business that makes rapid money. In fact, it is a pure and ethical business that requires sacrifice. We cannot compare the Amway opportunity with any other traditional enterprises in which one must work really hard with little possibility for rest and pleasure. It is a continual process in which one must work consistently and in a monotonous manner, while dealing with a great deal of insecurities, obstacles, stress, and competitiveness, among other things. Traditional business is defined by a different word in the dictionary, and it should be used to condemn, scorn, and criticise; nevertheless, in Amway, we learn to love, help, and grow. It is a one-of-a-kind enterprise in which one can leave a legacy not just for one's family but also for the greater good. I gained a greater understanding of what life is and what the purpose of life is by participating in this platform. I learned that we are not born to fulfil our personal desires, but rather to strive to be a better human being and to contribute to the betterment of humanity. Amway business creates real people in all aspects of their lives: spiritually, morally, and socially. The various facets of life are enjoyable to me and my family. Because spirituality is inborn in me and always entices me as a result of my family heritage, I am very well aware of karmas, the eternity of the soul, salvation, inner illumination, God's carnation and re-carnation, and many other spiritual concepts. As a result, I am very clear about what I want to do in life. However, my prior career was unable to satisfy my thoughts and desires, but now I have the opportunity to live a life of meaning.

Finally, I'd want to emphasise that there is no rocket science involved in starting a business; rather, there are simply a few fundamental guidelines that must be followed. The secret to success in this business is the duplication of manpower, which allows you to become a millionaire or a trillionaire. You simply must make a decision, carry out the bare minimum, adhere to the norms of behaviour, and have faith in yourself, your upline, your downline, and most importantly, God, since you and your faith in God constitute the majority. Create a business that you are passionate about.

Amway is, in my opinion, a God-like figure who not only assists me, but also assists many other regular people in living lives that are above and beyond.

When I started this business at 22, I had no idea how much impact it would have on the rest of my life. At this point in my life, I had already experienced financial delays and realized that even with a good job and a systems engineering degree, I could not afford the lifestyle that I wanted right now.

the midst of my uncertainty that caused me to think about my financial future, I learned the vision of this business and, although at the beginning I could not identify all the benefits of building Network Marketing, I understood only one thing that was important to me ... It used to be that the Nelsens had their own system, which was later combined with WWDB. He has one of the greatest downlines in WWDB, and according to an introduction by Bill Hawkins, he is the Vice Chairman of WWDB and would take over for Ron Puryear as Chairman of WWDB if the need arose. He has one of the largest downlines in WWDB, and he is the Vice Chairman of WWDB. They achieved Diamond status in 1979.

Biographical information: 1956 - 1995 In 1988, Ivan was forced to make a decision. On the contrary, there were an excessive number of obstacles. He was a hairdresser, and he and his wife, Millie, who was also a cosmetologist, ran their own hairdressing business. Also, they found a fitness center. This meant that they worked more than 100 hours a week.

Millie was diagnosed with cancer the following year and was given 18 months to live at the time of her diagnosis. She was unable to return to work as a result of the treatment, operation, and medications. Ivan liquidates his assets, including his gym and salon, and declares insolvency, losing all of him, including his cars, in the process.

Ivan was forced to make difficult decisions because he had three children to raise and a wife who was seriously ill. They had previously worked in the Amway business for four years, but had done so without the benefit of a formal training system. Next, Tony and Wilda Morales appeared, bringing with them an interactive distribution opportunity for their product.

How will Ivan and Millie stay alive? As Millie would say, "Ivan and I were able to defeat each other due to the incredible obstacles provided by the training system (books, cassettes, seminars and conventions). We have been able to overcome all the challenges that have happened to us as a result of the movies and other people in our lives Thank you.

They dedicated themselves to the company and worked hard to achieve success. He came to Diamond in just twenty-seven months after starting from scratch and working on his growth.

How do they manage to complete the task in such a short time? They are in a state of despair! Ivan responded with a smile, which was our last chance to make a good impression. We had worked for the past twelve years, and in reality, we had not achieved freedom, happiness or quality time with our children ... or even hope that something better would come in the future. When I told him the potential of this company, he exclaimed3: "Okay!" No obstacle will hinder us while we complete the task in question ... "

Ivan and Millie, along with their children and a large number of others, have dramatically improved their quality of life as a result of their association with the company. Millie was able to prolong her life thanks to her strong faith and positive attitude, and she was able to enjoy all the freedom and beauty that life has to offer.

Ivan died in August 1995 as a result of tragic circumstances, and Millie died the following August in the same circumstances.

Ivan and Millie have helped thousands of people around the world live more satisfying and prosperous lives.

Saya and Victor did not come from a senang keluarga, as some people believe. Having graduated from a high school with a low graduation rate after three years, I have continued to work in a variety of fields to support my family since the age of twelve. Saya is looking for opportunities to bring his ideas to fruition, but he has received feedback over the years that the results he has obtained have not been consistent with the business he has built.

If it were not for Perestroyka, the lives of Kharatin, Igor & Valeria would not have been much different from those of thousands of young people who had graduated from pedagogical institutes and started their careers as school teachers.

Disputes & Controversies

Trevor Chatham is said to have become engaged with another multi-level marketing company, Omegatrend, and his distributorship with Amway was terminated in July 2006 due to unapproved business methods. By 2008, he was a spokesperson for MonaVie.

Defamation lawsuits against Trevor Chatham were filed by Amway Australia, and in 2006, he was forced to cease openly criticising the company. 

He was found guilty of breaking this court order in 2008, and sentenced to prison.

Life is amusing in that it never turns out the way you want it to. Who would have thought that two well-educated individuals who had lived in the United States for a number of years would decide to abandon their comfortable lifestyle and return to India in order to start a soap manufacturing company? 

This storey is about two people who gave up a magnificent lifestyle and returned to their hometown to take advantage of one of the most significant opportunities of the twenty-first century. Meet Ashutosh and Ritu Rastogi, the Rastogi family.

I [Ritu] was born in New Delhi but went to the United States when I was four years old. I graduated with honours from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Ashutosh was born in Lucknow, India, and then travelled to Canada and the United States to complete his education. 

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur awarded him his B.Tech degree, followed by a Master's degree from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary. After several years of living and working in the United States, we both had a strong desire to return to our homeland. 

We were both aware that we wanted to return to India, but we were unsure whether or not we would be able to do so when the time came. We, like so many other NRIs who have found a comfortable life in their adopted nation, dreamed of making a difference and giving something back to the place where we were born. The difference is that we actually went through with it.

This company came into our lives in June of 1991, while we were still residing in Houston. Ashutosh was a Senior Project Manager for a world-renowned engineering company at the time of his death. After the birth of our first son, Eshan, I had recently left my job as a Management Consultant and was seeking for something to do from home. 

I came across this website. Even when working, I had the impression that I was being underpaid and overworked on occasion. Ideally, I wanted to locate a firm where I could work less hours and earn a greater income. We aspired to be the owners of our own company. However, after studying a large number of franchises and other small enterprises, we discovered that the start-up costs were quite high and the probability of failure was extremely high. 

On the other hand, the business appeared to be in ideal condition; neither the investment nor the risk component appeared to be significant. Ashutosh recognised the potential of the concept the moment he laid eyes on it; nevertheless, it took me a little longer to grasp the full scope of this wonderful business prospect. 

Briefly said, it was the ideal business, one that we could operate from the comfort of our own home during our leisure time. Further research into other traditional firms convinced me that there is no better business plan than the one that already exists: the business itself. That was exactly how our company got its start.


We developed a profitable firm in two years and learned the fundamentals of the industry from our mentors, the Crown Ambassadors of the World. In 1993, we returned to India and waited expectantly for Business to expand its operations into the Indian market. When the Indian market opened its doors in May 1998, Ashutosh and I re-started our company with a zealous commitment. 

Our dedication and never-say-die attitude are what have catapulted us to the Founders Diamond level of achievement. Of course, our children Eshan and Aman have served as sources of inspiration for us. As the owners of Founders Diamonds, we believe that our success is due to our commitment to a noble and honest business.

The rush of achievement outweighs any and all of the difficulties encountered along the way. It is true that achieving this level has been a tremendously rewarding experience, but what makes me more happy is the knowledge that we have been able to touch a million people through our great and honest enterprise. Myself and My Book Ashutosh Rastogi is an Indian businessman. Dr. Ashutosh Rastogi is a dynamic and highly qualified expert with a diverse range of experience. Formerly of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, he possesses a Masters degree in Applied Science from the University of Toronto, as well as a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, both in Canada. 

A decade-long professional career in the United States preceded his hiring by the Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL), where he established the Research and Technology Development Department and served as group leader of its Strategic Planning Group, among other responsibilities. 

He is a member of the Research Advisory Council of Engineers India Limited and the Research Council of the National Institute of Oceanography in Goa, both of which are professional affiliations. In addition, he has served as a member of the Tata Energy Research Institute, an advisor on the PEERS programme, an invited member of the Indian National Science Academy, a member of the Technical Group on Hydrocarbon Exploration for Petrotech 2001, the coordinator for the Joint Workshop on Gas Hydrates under the Indo-Russian Long Term Program, and the founder and technical committee member of the National Gas Hydrate Program. In his current position, Dr. Rastogi serves as Chairman and Managing Director of the Quest Group of Companies. During the past decade his aim has been to provide a holistic contribution to the development of the country so that there arises the ‘India of his dreams’ with new sources of energy, no unemployment, reform in agriculture and human resource development. 

The author of several patents, as well as numerous papers published in scientific journals and symposia, he is also the author of the bilingual book, The Foundations of Success: Human Relations, which was published in English and Spanish (Safalta ka Aadhaar: Lok Vyavhar).

 Ankur Gupta and Taru Gupta (Electrical Engineer & MBA, Bangalore)

Taru holds an MBA in Human Resources from IIT Delhi, while I graduated with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. 

I travelled to the United States, where a colleague informed me about this chance. Taru came to live with me after we were married in 2000. 

I had already established myself as a Gold Producer at the time of my marriage. Taru was employed by a renowned hotel group prior to her marriage, but she has now decided to devote her entire time to her new venture. 

We aim to be youthful, wealthy, and free, and we believe that the Direct Selling business opportunity is the only way for us to have a limitless amount of money and time to spend with one another.

We feel that the Direct Selling industry and BWW are working together to create a microcosm of a perfect environment in which to live, and that this is the most significant accomplishment of the company.
