Notes:

I'm Guyana, South America. When my family first immigrated to America, they both had the same vision: a better future for their children.

Our voyage to Diamond started back from our initial function. I saw a dream; I saw successful retired individuals; and to our amazement, not 65. They had nice homes and cars, living very quiet, happy, contented, prosperous lives. This sparked a vision for us that we could also have that lifestyle for our family and children if they were ready to listen, learn and copy what they had done. So, I was quite excited!

Our local area had no BWW system, and nearest Open Meeting was over two hours away. But we made a promise to grow this firm, and we'd drive two hours each week to attend the meeting. We learned a lot, including starting our own gatherings. Our crew would come home for a PASE meeting every week. Sometimes only a couple would appear, but this made us stronger and more determined to make it succeed. Soon our business increased, making our home too tiny for PASE meetings. More and more people caught the DREAM and began establishing company with us. There were many hurdles along the way, of course, but when the DREAM is enormous enough, the facts don't count.

We've been Diamond for numerous reasons. First, my kids, Ananta and Anila, who never grumbled when we had to leave them with babysitters to exhibit the plan and attend meetings and functions. The second reason to go to Diamond was to recognise our great uplines throughout our trip for their help and support: our sponsors Khamta and Nadia Persaud, and our mentors Sanjiv and Shauna Sahay, Kumar and Anjali, Manipal and Renuka, Praveen and Madhu, Kanti and Lata, and Bill and Peggy Britt. Finally, we needed to pave the way for our great TEAM that God gifted us with, each and every one of them being so significant to us. They all believed in us, and Diamonds were undoubtedly a way to honour them. We know their time is coming soon, I'm devoted to assisting each go Diamond.

If I could advise our fellow IBOs, it would be to work hard, stay focused, stay consistent and persistent, and let no one steal your goal. We know the greatest is still to come, and unlimited rewards!

Evans, Stan & Ruth Amway

Evans, Stan & Ruth Amway

"I appreciate living in a town where my first name calls me."

"I used to sit on a haystack, stare up aircraft, and wonder who's flying in them," says Crown Direct Stan Evans.

Stan and Ruth resided in Nebraska, 30 miles distant from any town big enough to have even one stoplight. Ruth worked in Denver, "till this cowboy visited town."

Stan had no illusions about success price. "I stacked hay in the summer, pulled it in the fall barn, fed it to the cattle in the winter, and after it ran through the cattle, pulled it out and scattered it over the fields in the spring.

As a farmer, I realised that much depended on weather, prices and chance. The best you can do is work 12 hours a day."

Today Stan and Ruth run a continent-wide network. They now live in nearby Wray, Colorado, their son runs the ranch presently. Nobody's a stranger in this 2,000-old town.

It's their lifestyle. There's time for their grandchildren and a vast family of pals.

They are actively involved with their community, helping the city fund two million dollars so that Wray could have its own Physical Rehabilitation and Family Center.

Evans now travel to help associates build their businesses and explore the world. Ruth, who made everything she wore, now shops overseas.

Stan makes a stunning western figure in a tux on many important occasions.

But no place like home. "We needn't worry about too many stoplights," Stan quips.

"I appreciate living in a town where my first name calls me."

Stan and Ruth Evans are a well-known couple in the Amway business who have enjoyed a great deal of success over the course of their many years in the industry. They have been able to establish a robust network of Independent Business Owners (IBOs), who have been instrumental in assisting them in achieving financial independence and freedom.

Over forty years ago, Stan and Ruth made their first foray into the world of Amway business. They were initially interested in the company since it provided the possibility for them to develop a company while working independently from the comfort of their own homes. In addition, they were attracted to the high-quality items that Amway had to offer, and they recognized the opportunity for development and advancement in the business.

Stan and Ruth have established themselves as influential members of the Amway community throughout the course of their many years of service there. They are well-known for their commitment to assisting others in achieving success. They have a well-deserved reputation for being excellent mentors, and they have guided an untold number of people through the Amway opportunity to the point where they are financially independent.

They have placed a strong emphasis on developing strong relationships with both their clients and the members of their teams, which has been one of the primary reasons for their continued success. They are aware that the Amway business is founded on trust, and as a result, they have always prioritized meeting the requirements of both their clients and their team members. Because of this, they have been able to build a devoted following of customers and members of their staff who are committed to the company's progress.

Stan and Ruth are well-known for their shrewdness in the business world, in addition to the great leadership abilities they possess. They have a profound comprehension of the Amway business model, and because to their expertise, they have been able to construct a profitable and long-lasting enterprise over the course of the company's history. They have also been able to adjust to changes in the sector, and as a result, they have managed to stay at the forefront of both growth and innovation.

Stan and Ruth have been the subject of criticism over the years, despite their level of success. Some people believe that the Amway business model is a pyramid scheme, and they assert that it encourages unrealized expectations of one's level of financial success. Stan and Ruth have always been open and honest about the ways in which they conduct business, and they have made a concerted effort to ensure that their clients and team members have a solid understanding of the possible benefits and drawbacks associated with the Amway opportunity.

Stan and Ruth Evans have been recognized as top performers in the Amway network as a whole, and they have made major contributions to both the company and the industry as a whole. They have helped a great number of individuals and families achieve financial success, and in doing so, they have set an encouraging example for others to follow by virtue of the hard work, devotion, and commitment to excellence that they have displayed.
