Kevin graduated from West Point in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, which he continues to hold. Beth received her undergraduate degree in medical technology from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, and then went on to earn her Physicians Assistant certification from Duke University in 1990.

It was in October 1991 that we first saw the business proposal, which was about six months after Kevin returned from his service as a scout platoon leader with the 82nd Airborne Division during the Persian Gulf War.

Kevin became enthused about the prospect of starting his own business and earning $400 per month to pay off student loans and get himself out of financial trouble.

Beth recognised the opportunity to make a professional contribution while remaining a stay-at-home mom. The finest of both worlds in one package.

While building our company, we went Platinum our first year, then Ruby our second year, then Sapphire our third, and Emerald our fourth year of operation. Our debt had been paid off by the end of the third year, and we had accumulated over $100,000 in savings by the end of the fourth year.

In December 1995, Beth resigned from the practise of medicine; in early 1996, Kevin, who had gone into real estate after leaving the military, retired from the practise of real estate.

Many thanks to everyone at Diamond, especially to our "Rich Dads" Rocky Covington and Paul Miller, for their contributions.

Thank you to the entire Britt team. Thank you, Bill and Peggy Britt, for creating a system that has provided us with years of freedom – at least so far – and has enabled us to provide our children, Samuel David and Rebekah Juline, with a family life that we could only have dreamed of before. And... THE BEST IS STILL TO COME!!

  • Kevin - Aeronautical Engineering, West Point, Captain of the 82nd Airborne Division in 1987.
  • Beth is a Duke University-trained physician assistant who works in the field of family medicine.

In addition to our busy careers, one of our motivations for creating a business was to pay off $37,000.00 in Student Loan obligations. We've developed our company to assist us in achieving our goals of debt elimination and working for ourselves as much as possible.

We have been able to raise a family as a couple and have enjoyed setting and achieving our financial aspirations together.

We have two children, Sam, who is six, and Rebekah, who is four. Our long-term objectives include continuing to assist others in achieving financial independence, increasing our charitable contributions, assisting our families, and raising our children stress-free.

We like the freedom and ability to expand at our own speed that this business provides. You can achieve any goal you set your mind to if you are ready to put in the effort. Even better, you can learn from some of the world's most successful business people. Thank you to Bill Britt, Paul Miller, Rocky Covington, and the rest of our business mentors for their guidance. God's Blessings!

Since October of 1991, I have worked as an independent business owner, first with Amway and later with Quixtar. Because of the nature of our firm, it has been our principal source of income since 1995.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, my wife is a graduate of the Physician Assistant (PA) programme at Duke University, and we have two young children. Lie, cheat, or steal are all prohibited at West Point, and those who do so will not be tolerated by others around them.

In this day and age, it is difficult to find firms and organisations that are willing to live up to those high expectations. Experiences with Amway and afterwards with Quixtar have been fantastic over my nearly 15 years in the business world.

They have left a lasting impression on me! They always seem to make promises they can't keep and then give more than they promised. It is even aggravating at times that they will not allow us to file for additional compensation. Our income has consistently exceeded the amount of time we were permitted to display.

The things they provide are of high quality and are covered by a money-back guarantee. Aside from a business opportunity and the ability to earn more money than we ever imagined, we have been blessed with a lot more than we expected.

We have discovered our life's purpose: to be of service to others.

Disputes & Controversies are a part of everyday life.

Skaggs is suing the company.

In July 2007, International Business Solutions, Inc., a company operated by Emeralds Henry and Sue Skaggs, filed a lawsuit against Bill and Peggy Britt, Paul and Leslie Miller, Rocky Covington, Kevin and Beth Bell, and Britt WorldWide, among others. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

According to the lawsuit, the Skaggs, having developed a software system to allow for direct order fulfilment of BSM to their downline, received approval from Britt to continue the development of the software programme with the goal of eventually rolling it out to the entire BWW organisation, according to the lawsuit.

During this period, the Skaggs claim that they were responsible for the majority of the development costs.

According to the lawsuit, Bill Britt terminated the partnership agreement in 2005. When questioned about their upline, the Skaggs state that they were "de-edified." Breach of contract, racketeering, and intentional interference with commercial relations [1] are among the allegations in the lawsuit.

When the plaintiffs filed their complaint, the defendants claimed that no contract had been entered into and challenged the lawsuit on a variety of legal grounds. [2]

Weir, Doug & Amie Amway

Diamond has the following qualifications: (2001)

  • Diamond of the Founders (2003)
  • Diamond in the Executive Sphere (2020)

A Case Study in Success

The Weirs relocated to North Carolina after graduating from Michigan State University with management degrees with the hopes of pursuing careers in purchasing and thereby climbing the corporate ladder to prosperity, but they were unsuccessful.

The IBM Corporation in Raleigh, North Carolina, was the starting point for Doug's professional career, while Amie went to work for the Sara Lee Corporation in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Their initial excitement soon turned to disappointment when they realised that a job in corporate America meant having limited time for family, being dominated by a boss, and forty years of alarm clocks and traffic congestion. With the assistance of their business mentors, they set out to pursue a new dream of financial independence.

They launched their firm when they were 22 and 24 years old, both single and desirous of living the lifestyle of other business owners who were serious about their aspirations. Doug and Amie came to the conclusion that they should go for it. For a few short years, they worked hard, postponed gratification, and dedicated their spare time hours to assisting others in being financially independent so that they might become financially independent themselves. Doug and Amie were able to leave their corporate purchasing jobs as a result of their efforts, and they are now reaping the material benefits of their successful business.

In their black Cadillac Escalade, Amie can be seen zipping around town in her stylish Porsche 996 Cabriolet, while Doug prefers to maintain his business appointments in his black Porsche 911. In the course of their work, they have travelled to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, The Bahamas, and the British Virgin Islands, among other places.

The Weirs are now the proud parents of their daughter, Chrissa, and are in the process of building a three-level waterfront mansion in Mooresville, North Carolina. Life is wonderful for this pair, and as Doug points out, "we are only getting started."

Baker, Jake & Jackie Amway

Baker, Jake & Jackie Amway

According to Jackie, "when we started our firm, Jake was working as a manufacturing manager for an electronics company and I was working as a chemist for a pharmaceutical company." "The first obstacle we had to overcome was the necessity of working together. Our marriage was in shambles. For the first three months, I didn't do anything to help Jake expand his firm - that is, until I went to a weekend function and saw the big picture for the first time. Jake swiftly depleted his A and B lists (friends and family/acquaintances) of people he knew. Jake had to learn to meet people in order to develop his C-list (from which our entire organisation sprang),” Jackie adds. At the time, Jake's circle of influence consisted primarily of bikers and other less reputable "networkers."

"The books, cassettes, training sessions, and upline friendships provided us with the tools we needed to make a change. We gained the interpersonal skills essential to not only meet new people, but also to form friendships and to serve as role models for others. Our marriage has blossomed as a result of this process into a wonderful partnership built on mutual respect and admiration gained from witnessing each other overcome personal challenges. Our daughter, Elizabeth, was born when we were in the Ruby qualification stage, and our son, Luke, was born 11 months later, when we were in the Emerald qualification stage. They are heavily active in our company because they genuinely like the people that work here. They are familiar with all of our leaders and are truly delighted that we are assisting them in achieving economic independence!

The ability to resign my job in Emerald qualification allowed me to do so. When our upline, Jake, and our infants (who were all dressed in t-shirts that read "My Mommy's Free To Grow Up With Me!") arrived at my place of employment in a white limo with several hundred of our best friends, they helped to rescue me from the mediocrity of my previous existence. At Emerald, Jake was able to devote his full attention to the company's operations.

Continuing, Jackie says, "On the evening of September 13, 2003, we witnessed something that would change our lives and the lives of our children forever." "It took all of us working together to achieve a goal that required personal sacrifice from each of us." We had put in the foundation, and two years previously had made the decision we would get Diamond done. It required everyone of us to be more "selfless" and to take on greater responsibilities in order to succeed. And there we were, all of us... In front of some of the most successful individuals we have ever encountered, our upline Diamonds Larry and Pam Winters, Paul Miller, and Bill and Peggy Britt have their hands raised in victory. Jake and I are standing next to them. Those words of Larry's from so long ago came to me while we were standing there... The truth is that when the dream is big enough, the facts don't really matter. Who would have believed that a former biker, drug and alcohol addict, and child-refusal advocate would stand on a stage in front of a crowd of twenty-thousand people, raising the hands of his children in triumph? Who would have believed the tears of thankfulness streaming down this man's face, the praises offered to God, and the small kid looking up at his hero - his father – and saying, "I love you Daddy!" Thank God our upline believed. Thank you, God, for the BWW system, which provided us with the tools we needed for our personal development. We give thanks to God for His Mercy!"

Spencer, Jack & Magee Amway

Spencer, Jack & Magee Amway

During their undergraduate studies at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC in the mid 1960s, Jack and Magee became acquainted. After graduation, they married and relocated to Northern Virginia, where Jack worked as a high school biology teacher and basketball coach while Magee worked as a second grade teacher.

Jack had been taught that education was the key to financial security, so he went to night school for his master's degree, attending two nights a week for three years, earning his degree in three years. Because the financial advantage was insignificant, he decided to continue his studies toward a PhD.

By the early 1970s, the Spencers had three sons, and Magee decided to leave teaching in order to stay at home and raise his family. Even though he worked extremely hard and obtained numerous degrees, Jack was becoming increasingly upset since they were barely making ends meet. In 1975, when Jack and Magee came upon a business concept, they were ecstatic. It appeared to be a legitimate opportunity to make a few hundred dollars each month to augment Jack's teacher's compensation.

According to them, this business is genuinely unique since you can only achieve when you divert your gaze away from yourself and focus on helping someone else succeed. "There is nothing else that can compare." The year Jack quit from teaching, he focused his attention entirely on being a full-time husband and father. "I've been able to serve as a role model for my sons, demonstrating to them what can be accomplished through hard work and opportunity. This is the finest present I could ever give them, in my opinion."

The Spencers consider themselves fortunate to have accumulated all of the financial pleasures they have — a lovely home on five forested acres, luxury automobiles, and trips to the world's greatest resorts – but they believe that the intangible rewards are far more significant.

Today, we have fantastic companions with whom to share our dreams, a tremendous sense of serenity and security, and the awareness that we are contributing to the betterment of our fellow man with our life.

Spencer, Jack, and Magee are three famous figures in the world of business. They are recognized for their affiliation with Amway Corporation, which is a multi-level marketing firm that offers health, beauty, and home care goods. Spencer, Jack, and Magee are renowned for their association with Amway Corporation.

Their contributions have been essential to Amway's growth and success, and their stories give unique insights into entrepreneurship, leadership, and business strategy. Amway is a multi-level marketing company that was founded in 1982.

In 1959, Richard M. DeVos and Jay Van Andel established Amway as a direct sales company that specializes in the distribution of nutritional supplements.

The name of the company is a contraction of the phrase "American Way," and it reflects the founders' conviction in the strength of free capitalism as well as the American Dream. Amway flourished fast in the 1960s and 1970s, extending into international markets and diversifying its product offerings. However, it also faced criticism and legal challenges related to its business model and claims made by its distributors.

In the 1980s, Amway underwent a metamorphosis under the direction of three executives who became known as the "Three Js": Rich DeVos's son, Dick DeVos, and two men he brought in, Steve Van Andel (Jay's son) and Doug DeVos (Rich's other son). The company's operations were streamlined thanks to the efforts of the Three Js, and existing ties with distributors were strengthened, and new markets were entered.

They also launched new products and services, such as the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, which is a venue for both sporting events and live entertainment.

During this time period, Spencer, Jack, and Magee all became members of Amway and went on to play important roles in the company's growth. In 1982, Bill Spencer, a former executive of Ford Motor Company, became Amway's executive vice president and chief operational officer. Prior to this, he worked at Ford.

He was instrumental in Amway's move toward more cutting-edge business practices and led the company's entry into China, one of the most lucrative and lucrative markets in the world. Amway was able to weather the storm of legal battles and unfavorable publicity because to Spencer's leadership.

In 1986, Jim Payne, often known as Jack, became Amway's vice president of sales and marketing after joining the company. He had a plethora of experience in the fields of sales and customer relations, having previously worked in customer service and sales at Xerox and IBM.

Payne was instrumental in Amway's efforts to overhaul its distributor training programs, which placed an emphasis on personal growth and leadership abilities. Additionally, he was instrumental in the development of new product lines for Amway, including Nutrilite, Artistry, and eSpring, which were all launched during his tenure there.

In 1993, Dave Magee became Amway's Chief Financial Officer after joining the company. Prior to that, he held a position at Price Waterhouse, where he established a reputation as an expert in financial analysis and strategic planning.

Amway's financial procedures were simplified and streamlined with Magee's assistance when they implemented a new accounting system.

In addition to this, he was instrumental in the negotiations that led to Amway's joint venture with Nippon Life Insurance firm, which is the largest direct selling firm in Japan. This enabled Amway establish a presence in the Japanese market.

The leadership of Amway as well as the company's distributors acknowledged the significant contributions that Spencer, Jack, and Magee made to Amway's success. They were recognized with the "Founders Council" award in the year 1998.

This award is given to Amway leaders who exemplify the company's ideals and contribute to the growth and success of the business. Today, Amway is one of the most successful direct selling firms in the world. The company has operations in more than one hundred countries and territories, and it generates more than $8 billion in annual sales.

To summarize, Spencer, Jack, and Magee were all extremely important to the development and success of Amway. Their leadership, strategic vision, and business acumen were important in assisting Amway in overcoming problems and making the most of opportunities.

Their experiences can teach entrepreneurs, business leaders, and anyone else interested in the world of direct selling and multi-level marketing important lessons. [T]hese experiences offer valuable lessons.

A Case Study in Success

  • Taking advantage of possibilities and forming communities

When Double Diamond Joe Markiewicz gets out of his stylish automobile, equipped with an eye-catching "No Job" licence plate, he adds with a giggle, "a little bit of life happened this morning." With the exception of the crumpled rear bumper, the car appears sleek.

Joe was involved in a minor car accident on his way home from a meeting with the Achieve® Magazine crew on his way home.

It definitely takes more than a little fender mishap to damper the Markiewicz family's upbeat outlook on the future. When Marybeth called to inform us that Joe had been involved in an accident and would be a bit late for the interview, their upbeat demeanour was clear.

“Everyone is in good health, and that is the most essential thing. It could have been a lot worse than it was! “It was Marybeth who said it,” she said. “Our main issue is that this car is intended to be a gift for Joe's mother, and we are concerned that she will not be pleased! ”

Joe actually ended up prospecting for the individual who was responsible for the accident, illustrating that the glass truly is half full if you are determined to see it that way.

“He inquired about my licence plate, and I provided him with some information about my company,” Joe explains. “He took my business card, and I'll follow up with him from there.” Taking advantage of any opportunity that comes your way and converting what could be a negative circumstance into something wonderful is what this industry is all about.”

Joe recalls honing his baseball talents while watching Hall of Famer Cal Ripken play third base while growing up in Rochester, New York, which is home to the Baltimore Orioles' minor league baseball club, the Rochester Red Wings.

Joe's childhood dream was to follow in his father's footsteps and make it to the major leagues. Joe, however, sustained a knee injury while playing baseball in college, where he was studying engineering, which prevented him from pursuing a professional baseball career.

“That accident ended up crushing my dream, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise,” Joe explains. “It set the wheels in action for me to finally come across this chance and refocus my aspirations on something that I was capable of achieving. But at the time, I had no idea that becoming hurt would turn out to be one of the nicest things that could have happened to me.”

Meet-up with Marybeth was another of the nicest things that ever happened to Joe in his life.

When Marybeth and Joe first met, she was in the process of completing her business degree. Both of their professional paths led them to North Carolina, where Joe began working his way up the corporate ladder at a major computer corporation. When a fellow engineer introduced Joe to the Quixtar IBO Compensation Plan, the pair recognised it as an opportunity to generate more money.

Despite the fact that we had excellent jobs that paid the bills, Marybeth recalls, "we knew we wanted more." The opportunity to trade a decent life for an even better one was what attracted us to this enterprise. And that is precisely how things have turned out. Every day, we are thankful that we took advantage of the chance that presented itself to us.”

Joe and Marybeth decided to leave their previous jobs in order to devote their time and energy to their Quixtar business venture.

While running Double Diamonds, the Markiewiczs discover that their priorities have shifted since they first started their company.

“Right now, this business is really about about what we can do to make this opportunity better for other people,” Joe explains. It's not nearly as much fun to do big things when we're the only ones doing it. We want to create an environment where people may feel confident in their ability to take risks and step outside of their comfort zones. We want them to not be afraid of making mistakes, but rather to learn how to overcome them and, in the end, to experience success for themselves.

“There are a million various reasons why people decide to establish a business,” Joe explains further. A small amount of extra money is desired by some people. Some people wish to make a lot of money. Others simply want to get away from the 9-to-5 grind and live a life in which they have complete control over their schedule, in which they can attend every one of their children's games or find time to go to the gym during the day.”

Despite their best efforts, the pair acknowledges that they have had to make adjustments in order to accommodate the aspirations and priorities of the next generation interested in entering the firm. When it comes to young people nowadays, they are frequently looking for something greater than money rewards and personal achievement.

“One of the most significant developments I've noticed in the sector in just the last few years is how much more people seem to be seeking community,” says Joe, who has worked in the industry for over a decade. “Young people nowadays have a strong desire to feel like they are part of something, as seen by their participation in online communities such as MySpace. Recognition, attention, and affirmation are in short supply among the general public. More than any other, we give a community that is more devoted, more supporting, and more positive.”

Another tendency that the pair observes is that the new IBOs are becoming younger and younger in age. It is clear that a large number of intelligent, diligent young people will face difficulties in securing solid, well-paying jobs once they graduate from college, says Marybeth. They will be able to take control of their destiny through this business, rather than having it controlled by someone else.

Joe also points out that the younger IBOs appear to be the most passionate and enthusiastic members of the group. “I believe they have a firm understanding of what they want and don't want in life. They are enthused about this business since they are the owners of something and have the ability to be self-sufficient. The importance of individuality and freedom is really essential to them.”

One of the keys to the Markiewicz family's success has been their ability to get young new IBOs off to a good start.

It was difficult for Joe and his team to get through their first year in company. "I never want to forget what it took for us to get over that year," Joe says. “There was a lot of anxiety and self-doubt, and there was just a lot of feeling. We have so many wonderful people who enter this business for the right reasons and who have tremendous talent, but who suffer because they do not receive the proper assistance. We want to be active and proactive in our engagement with IBOs at all levels of our company, and we want to do so at all times. We are disappointed in our people when they do not achieve, and we rejoice with them when they do succeed. We are entirely available to them, just as our upline is available to us.”

The Markiewiczs think that a significant part of their responsibility as upline is to assist people in developing confidence in themselves. In spite of disappointments and discouragement, they take pleasure in assisting members of their group in discovering and developing their latent gifts and abilities, as well as becoming the best they can be.

It is quite easy to become critical of oneself and waste time comparing oneself to other people when things aren't going well for us, as Joe points out. “It is absolutely critical for folks to have a friend in their upline who they can turn to in situations like these. It's important to have someone who isn't too far into the woods to be able to see the trees and who can encourage and motivate you to continue on your path.”

According to Marybeth, "we always remark that people are simply better off working in the business than they are working elsewhere." You will always receive support and encouragement if you are a part of our company, even when things are not going precisely as you had hoped. A safety net of this calibre is difficult to come by.”

The Markiewiczs are committed to their family, despite the fact that they are focused on helping others in their business flourish. It is true that they are currently in the midst of their second year of homeschooling their three children: Jenna (11), Bradley (9), and Lindsey (8).

This private school has been established on the third floor of their home, which has a well-stocked library, the latest computers, and custom-built-in pine desks and shelving. Paintings by Markiewicz, poems, and science projects cover the walls of the gallery, including a model of the solar system, complete with Pluto peeled off the cardboard to reflect the recent announcement that the farthest planet is not actually a planet.

The children's heads are bent together over their studies as dappled fall sunlight pours through the windows. It's simple to see why Joe and Marybeth opted to create such a wonderful, focused environment for their children to learn.

“We pondered the possibility of homeschooling for a long time before making the decision,” explains Marybeth. It allows us to give the children a great deal of one-on-one attention, they can each learn at their own pace, and we can customise their calendar so that they may travel with us more often – which has resulted in some fantastic field trips.”

Joe and Marybeth combined a recent trip to Virginia with a visit to Jamestown, the site of America's first permanent English settlement. Another business conference was accompanied by a side trip to the historic Biltmore House, which is the largest private residence in the United States at 1,200 acres. In addition, the family visited Fort Macon, a North Carolina State Park that contains a coastal ecology as well as a Civil War fortification.

“We appreciate being able to take the kids with us when we travel and being able to expose them to a variety of experiences outside the classroom,” Marybeth explains.

Jenna, Bradley, and Lindsey are extremely well-rounded children, thanks to their participation in extracurricular sports such as baseball, softball, soccer, and swimming, as well as lessons outside the home such as Spanish and art.

The pair is actively interested in their children's activities, both inside and outside of the classroom. Joe coaches his son's travel baseball team, which has an arduous 80-game schedule per year. Their company, XSTM Energy Drinks, supports the team, which is named after Joe's son's favourite beverage.

As Joe puts it, "we don't actually have two lives: one at work and one at home." “Our business and family life are inextricably intertwined. Every game I go, I carry coolers of XS Energy Drinks with me, and the team sponsorship provides excellent exposure for the company. We have a sports nutrition line that is fundamental to our business, and sports are central to our lives, so everything is tied together.

Diamond Independent Business Owners Kankan and Samina Bhattacharyya

The FED experience was far superior to anything we could have dreamed it would be. We knew it was going to be amazing to be backstage with our heroes, all of our upline, the Britt Diamonds and above'who we had listened to on cassette, seen on stage, and adored and wished to be like since the beginning of our journey. But it was the warmth and welcome that they all extended to us that really took our breath away.' Every single one of them took the time to get to know us and talk to us. Kumar and Anjali touched our hearts by doing so many unexpected and wonderful things for us, making us feel extremely special. Getting to spend four weekends in a row with Bill and Peggy Britt was a dream come true. We returned energised, our dream grew, and we were more than ready to move forward and accomplish Bill's vision of making a difference in the world. The opportunity to lift Vishal and Sonika Jain's hands on the FED stage was the highlight of our tour; having them with us to experience the amazing moments, the emotion, and the excitement was the best of our tour. We are quite excited about the prospect of welcoming more members to Diamond Club in the coming years!! Shivaram and Anjali Kumar, Double Diamonds Kankan and Samina Bhattacharyya, and Double Diamonds Kankan and Samina Bhattacharyya are all true students of the Britt System. It was their persistence and focus that gained them Engineering and MBA degrees, as well as the opportunity to work as software professionals in this wonderful land of opportunity. With the same level of devotion, they have earned the moniker of 'NEW BRITAINS DIAMONDS." Rather than being just "new Diamonds," Sugeet and Kaajal Ajmani are Founders Diamonds with two Diamond legs: one consisting of Sugeet and Kaajal Ajmani and the other consisting of new Diamonds Vishal and Sonika Jain. Kankan and Samina were deeply inspired by the teachings of the Britt leaders, as well as the values and ideas that they stood for, when they attended their first FED. They are now both retired and spending their time with their two great sons, Ryan and Kevin.

Although they have received several material rewards, what they appreciate most is the mentorship they have received from their upline, the friendships they have formed with other members of their team, and the fact that their business allows them to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Many of the IBO men and women on their team are no longer tied to their employment and are able to devote their time to more essential activities, such as raising children and leaving legacies. They are determined to becoming Crown Ambassadors and to playing a significant role in realising Bill and Peggy's ambition of filling coliseums all around the world.

Sugeet and Kaajal Ajmani, Executive Diamond Council This has been a great year for our company, and one of the most thrilling accomplishments has been the recognition of our upline, Kankan and Samina, as brand new Diamonds at the recent FED convention. What a fantastic achievement!! It is with great pleasure that we wish them well and look forward to spending a great deal of time together on beaches around the world. Congratulations to Kankan and Samina!

Scott, Judith Amway

Qualifications

  •  Diamond 2004
  •  Certifications Diamond 2004

It's true that the phrase 'Going Diamond is not about what you get, but about what you become through the process' have a special meaning for me. It is also rewarding since it provides hope and belief to others.'

She describes herself as the 'lady the Callender Team was seeking for,' which she finds amusing. A wonderful moment occurred on the FED stage in 2004 when Judith spoke as a new Diamond, sharing the stage with her sister Deborah and brother-in-law Orlando McKenzie, who were both speaking as New Diamonds at the time.

As Judith spoke about the dream, faith, thinking, and belief, the audience sat spellbound in the audience's seats. The Callender Team did, in fact, track down that very unique woman!

Ohri, Ajay & Alka Amway

Ajay and Alka Ohri Diamond International Business Organization

On the FED stage, when we were first introduced as new Diamonds, our sponsors, Kumar and Anjali, raised our hands in victory, making a dream come true for us. We were crying with happiness since we had worked tirelessly night after night in complete trust in order to reach this point.

It turned out to be even better than we had hoped. There we were, with our upline and other heroes in the business, people we had heard on tape and seen onstage and admired and wished to be like ever since we began our business. It was a magical moment. Everything about them was friendly and welcoming, which really blew us away. The two of them took the time to get to know us, and Kumar and Anjali touched our hearts in a variety of ways that we were completely unprepared to receive. It made us feel like we were someone really special!

The key to shaping our destiny can be summed up in one word: 'Action!' We just continued to put in the necessary effort to grow our company. There was nothing that could divert our attention, and we were extremely focused.

It was unquestionably worthwhile to start this company. We are on a mission and have a vision to assist others in reaching the Diamond level and higher levels of achievement.

Ajay is well-known to everyone! To find Ajay at any event, all you have to do is figure out who everyone else is looking for in order to complete the task at hand. His upline relies on him, and his crossline relies on him as well!

Alka, like her husband, works as a server in an establishment. She is usually giddy with enthusiasm and prefers to be in the thick of things when the action is taking place. They are a tremendous asset to the Diamond team when they work together. You can match their work ethic, but you will never be able to outwork them!

Ajay had been out of the workforce for approximately two years when he decided to go Diamond. Alka resigned from her banking position shortly after seeing the company.

As Ajay explains, "we had a fantastic appearance and smelt wonderful when we launched the firm, but we were broke and badly in debt!"

The business, the mentorship of our upline, and the training and support structure have enabled us to pay off our mortgage and car loans, and we are now debt-free! Alka continues.

Double Diamonds are Shivaram and Anjali Kumar, who are married to each other.

Ohri, Ajay, and Alka are not individuals but rather distinct entities that are connected to the multi-level marketing corporation known as Amway. Ohri, Ajay, and Alka are known as Ohri, Ajay, and Alka.

Amway is a firm that specializes in direct sales, and it was established in 1959 by Jay Van Andel and Rich DeVos. It conducts business in more than one hundred countries and territories and has more than three million independent distributors all over the world. The business provides customers with a wide selection of goods, such as dietary supplements for health and wellness, products for beauty and personal care, and goods for cleaning the home.

Ohri is short for the Nutrilite brand, which is a line of health and wellness products sold by Amway. These items include vitamins, minerals, and various kinds of dietary supplements. With more than 80 years of experience in the field of nutrition, Nutrilite is one of the most well-known companies in the world when it comes to the production of vitamin, mineral, and dietary supplements.

Ajay is a reference to Dick DeVos, the son of Rich DeVos, who served as President of Amway from 1993 until 2002. Rich DeVos was one of the co-founders of Amway. Amway's sales grew to nearly $6 billion while he was serving as CEO, thanks in large part to the expansion of the company's product ranges and distribution methods.

It is very possible that Alka refers to the Artistry brand of beauty and personal care items that are sold under the Amway umbrella. Artistry is currently ranked as one of the top five most successful prestige brands of facial skincare and color cosmetics in terms of global sales. Makeup, cleansers, moisturizers, and serums are just some of the products that can be purchased under this brand's umbrella.

In conclusion, Ohri, Ajay, and Alka all have connections to a number of different individuals and brands that are part of the Amway network. Amway is a multinational direct-selling firm that markets a variety of items across multiple industries, including those related to health and wellness, beauty, and personal care, amongst others.

Finally! The years, the learning, the tears, and the growth were all for this perfect moment. Being up on that stage, having our hands raised by our upline mentors, led to one resounding thought, "To GOD be the glory! We overcame and paid the price!" Coming back onstage to present Debbie's sister and brand-new, downline Diamond, Scott, Judith , to the Britt Team was a blessing well above our dreams!!!

Fratantuno, Al & Mary Anne Amway

Al and Mary Anne were both employed in the military industry at the time they came across the company idea.

Al was an electronic engineer who worked on cutting-edge electronic warfare devices for the United States military.

They worked on naval surface warships, and Mary Anne was involved in computer-aided naval ship design and construction.

When they first saw the company, they had no idea it would lead them to such a bright future.

According to Al and Mary Anne, "we remember the days when we didn't think we'd ever have a chance like this in life because our self-images were such that we believed everyone else would do better than us.

But this business is for everyone if you have a dream and are willing to put yourself out there," they say.

"We've been free for more than 25 years now," said the group. It's a fantastic way of life...... Financial rewards, beautiful friendships, free travels to exotic locations that most people can only dream about, the flexibility to live where we want, do what we want, and go where we want, and the absence of a supervisor to answer to are all benefits of working for yourself.

In a nutshell, we've decided to live life to the fullest rather than simply letting it pass us by,' Al explains.

In their words: "There is no doubt that this business is real and can work for anyone. Starting this business is a sensible move; it has always made a lot of sense, but it makes even more sense in today's financial climate of layoffs, pink slips, and pension uncertainty."

"Our founders, Bill and Peggy Britt, have a proven method that anyone can plug into to assist them in growing their business. Participate in our activities and come to us! "

Jim Amway, Floor Amway's son, was born in 1960, and he spent his childhood seeing his father turn Amway into a corporation with an international presence. Jim continued his education at Hope College in Holland, Michigan, majoring in business before eventually joining the family enterprise in the early 1980s. Jim moved through the ranks of the Amway Corporation quite swiftly and eventually became President in the year 1991.

In addition to being Jim Amway's wife, Margee Amway is also a highly successful businesswoman in her own right. They have always held the belief that success can be attained by anyone, provided that someone is prepared to put in the requisite amount of effort and to take the necessary risks.

Their capacity to adjust and become innovative in response to shifting conditions in the market has been an additional critical component in their achievement of success. The Amway family has always been quick to adopt new technology and business methods, and they have made use of these advancements in order to remain one step ahead of their rivals.

The Amway family has endured their fair share of difficulties and defeats over the course of their history. They have, however, always handled these challenges with a constructive attitude and a readiness to learn from their failures. They have never given up on achieving their goals. They have been able to triumph over even the most difficult obstacles and emerge victorious on the other side as a result of their resiliency and dogged resolve.

In addition to their achievements in the corporate world, the Amway family has a long history of involvement in charitable giving and volunteer work in the local community. Durso, Charlie & Ann Amway

In order to work in Manhattan, Charlie and Ann Durso commuted three hours every day for years. Manhattan is known as "the city that never sleeps.

" These days, in their tranquil Pennsylvania environment, Charlie and Ann reminisce about their younger days and cringe.

As Charlie points out, "there is no air conditioning on the subways." "In addition, there is no heat in the cold.

It's so crowded that you can't even get in the door. Graffiti can be found everywhere, and you'd witness at least two fights per week.

" Ann, in addition, says "You're literally putting your life in danger on the metro."

In Manhattan, Charlie observed people who were stressed out by their employment and who were suffering in quiet because of the pressures of business politics. Charlie was resentful of his accounting position.

"When I saw this business, I saw it as a vehicle, as a means of getting out of my situation," he explains. "I desired to be liberated.

" The Dursos, who met as kids while living in the same Brooklyn neighbourhood, no longer take the subway and instead prefer to walk.

Their time has been freed up so that they can spend more time with their sons Charlie Jr. and Danny, as well as with their daughter, Dayna.

Durso, Charlie & Ann
Ann quit her career as a travel agent in 1982 to establish a family with her husband.

Charlie resigned from his position in 1990. Ann has this to say about their company: "It's given me the best of both worlds in terms of flexibility.

It has allowed me to spend more time with my children while also pursuing a profession."

The Dursos are hoping that more people in their community will see and take advantage of the same opportunity as they did in 1981 when they first opened their doors for business.

In Charlie's opinion, "New York is a sleeping giant for this chance," and he believes this completely.

"There are more than 17 million people that live in the tri-state area that includes Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York City.

That has tremendous potential. We're educating individuals in New York about the true nature of this industry. -

They're starting to learn that there's more to life than riding the metro!"

Durso, Charlie, and Ann Amway because there is no information that can be found in the public domain regarding these particular people. It is impossible to identify who they are or what their possible relationship to the Amway Corporation may be without having access to additional context or facts.

On the other hand, I am able to supply information regarding Amway itself. Jay Van Andel and Rich DeVos established Amway in 1959 in Ada, Michigan, as a direct selling enterprise that would eventually become an international conglomerate. Products for health, beauty, and the home are the key areas of concentration for this multinational corporation, which conducts business in more than one hundred nations and territories across the globe.

Direct selling is the foundation of Amway's business model, which entails independent distributors (often referred to as Amway Business Owners or ABOs) promoting and selling Amway's products directly to end users. Commissions and incentives are awarded to ABOs not only on the basis of their own sales volume but also on the basis of the sales volume of their downline, which is comprised of additional ABOs whom they have recruited and trained.

Amway has been the subject of debate and criticism over the course of its history, particularly in relation to its business operations and allegations that it operates as a pyramid scam. Nevertheless, the business maintains that it conducts its business in an ethical and legal manner, and it has made efforts to address concerns and improve transparency.

Amway is well-known not just for the items it sells and the business strategy it employs, but also for the charitable work it does. The objective of the Amway One by One Campaign for Children, which was initiated in 2003, is to enhance the quality of life of disadvantaged children all around the world by focusing on their education, health, and welfare.

In general, despite the fact that we are unable to provide specific information about Durso, Charlie, and Ann Amway, it is abundantly clear that they are affiliated with a company that has had a significant impact on the field of direct selling and has a long history of promoting health and wellness, business opportunity, and social responsibility. This is clear despite the fact that we are unable to provide such information.

Qualifications

  • Executive Diamond 1994

Rocky Covington is a BWW Executive Diamond who is linked with the organisation. He began working for Amway in 1977, earning the Diamond qualification in 1982 and the Executive Diamond qualification in 1994.

Rocky worked as a Vice President at a bank prior to joining Amway. Rocky was involved in a catastrophic car accident shortly after qualifying for the Diamond, in which he fractured one of his ankles.

Throughout the bulk of the experience, Paul remained by Rocky's bedside.

Rocky has two Diamonds on his frontline, as well as four Diamonds on his downline. They are as follows:
  • Charles & Martha Bradshaw - 1994 Diamond, BWW
  • Kevin & Beth Bell - 2003 Diamond, BWW
  • Burns, Jim & Karen, Diamond, BWW
  • Confere, Douglas, Diamond, BWW

Success Story

"During my time as a bank vice president, I had a lot of money under my control, but the most of it belonged to other people.

Not only that, but I didn't have control over my time. Today, I am able to create my own schedule and live a life that was before simply a fantasy."

Rocky had expressed an interest in coaching while still in his adolescence. "I chose to listen to people who told me that there was no money in teaching or coaching instead of doing what I liked," Rocky says.

Rocky was able to earn a degree in business banking thanks to a basketball scholarship, which led to his landing a position with a prominent bank in North Carolina.

Rocky began to reflect on his years spent working at the bank and having a good time with his pals when he turned 30 and discovered that he had little pride in his accomplishments at the time.

Despite the fact that his offices grew in size with each promotion, he felt as if the walls were closing in on him.

Rocky was introduced to the industry by an old high school classmate in 1977, and he has been involved ever since.

Rocky admits that he caved in to his friend's deluge of phone calls because "he was more persistent than I was stubborn," as he puts it himself.

Rocky soon came to see the programme as the opportunity to land the coaching job he'd always wanted.

According to Rocky, "this business offered me the opportunity to coach people not just in the principles of blocking and tackling, but also in the fundamentals of life."

Rocky is particularly pleased with himself for having built his company while still single.

According to him, "the majority of the people that establish this firm are couples." "However, it can be constructed by a single individual." And he has begun to construct it!

In Rocky's opinion, his success is due to his bulldog mentality. "Once bulldogs get their teeth into something, they aren't going to let go of it," Rocky explains.

"The same can be said for this company. Once you make the decision to pursue it, you must attack it with the tenacity of a bulldog."

Rocky now resides in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with his family. "I've always dreamed of having a house on the beach," Rocky says with a smile.

"When I was a kid, my father took me here, and I vowed to myself that I would live here one day."

Besides beaches in areas like Hawaii, Bermuda, Grand Cayman Islands, Virgin Islands and the Caribbean, Rocky also enjoys surfing in places like California, Florida, and New York.

But it is "being able to assist others in achieving their life goals and objectives" that he finds the most rewarding.

Disputes & Controversies

Skaggs Lawsuit

When questioned about their upline, the Skaggs state that they were "de-edified." Breach of contract, racketeering, and intentional interference with commercial relations  are among the allegations in the lawsuit.

When the plaintiffs filed their complaint, the defendants claimed that no contract had been entered into and challenged the lawsuit on a variety of legal grounds.
