A Case Study in Success

Kevin graduated from West Point in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, which he continues to hold. Beth received her undergraduate degree in medical technology from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, and then went on to earn her Physicians Assistant certification from Duke University in 1990.
It was in October 1991 that we first saw the business proposal, which was about six months after Kevin returned from his service as a scout platoon leader with the 82nd Airborne Division during the Persian Gulf War.
Kevin became enthused about the prospect of starting his own business and earning $400 per month to pay off student loans and get himself out of financial trouble.
Beth recognised the opportunity to make a professional contribution while remaining a stay-at-home mom. The finest of both worlds in one package.
While building our company, we went Platinum our first year, then Ruby our second year, then Sapphire our third, and Emerald our fourth year of operation. Our debt had been paid off by the end of the third year, and we had accumulated over $100,000 in savings by the end of the fourth year.
In December 1995, Beth resigned from the practise of medicine; in early 1996, Kevin, who had gone into real estate after leaving the military, retired from the practise of real estate.
Many thanks to everyone at Diamond, especially to our "Rich Dads" Rocky Covington and Paul Miller, for their contributions.
Thank you to the entire Britt team. Thank you, Bill and Peggy Britt, for creating a system that has provided us with years of freedom – at least so far – and has enabled us to provide our children, Samuel David and Rebekah Juline, with a family life that we could only have dreamed of before. And... THE BEST IS STILL TO COME!!

- Kevin - Aeronautical Engineering, West Point, Captain of the 82nd Airborne Division in 1987.
- Beth is a Duke University-trained physician assistant who works in the field of family medicine.
In addition to our busy careers, one of our motivations for creating a business was to pay off $37,000.00 in Student Loan obligations. We've developed our company to assist us in achieving our goals of debt elimination and working for ourselves as much as possible.
We have been able to raise a family as a couple and have enjoyed setting and achieving our financial aspirations together.
We have two children, Sam, who is six, and Rebekah, who is four. Our long-term objectives include continuing to assist others in achieving financial independence, increasing our charitable contributions, assisting our families, and raising our children stress-free.
We like the freedom and ability to expand at our own speed that this business provides. You can achieve any goal you set your mind to if you are ready to put in the effort. Even better, you can learn from some of the world's most successful business people. Thank you to Bill Britt, Paul Miller, Rocky Covington, and the rest of our business mentors for their guidance. God's Blessings!

Since October of 1991, I have worked as an independent business owner, first with Amway and later with Quixtar. Because of the nature of our firm, it has been our principal source of income since 1995.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, my wife is a graduate of the Physician Assistant (PA) programme at Duke University, and we have two young children. Lie, cheat, or steal are all prohibited at West Point, and those who do so will not be tolerated by others around them.
In this day and age, it is difficult to find firms and organisations that are willing to live up to those high expectations. Experiences with Amway and afterwards with Quixtar have been fantastic over my nearly 15 years in the business world.
They have left a lasting impression on me! They always seem to make promises they can't keep and then give more than they promised. It is even aggravating at times that they will not allow us to file for additional compensation. Our income has consistently exceeded the amount of time we were permitted to display.
The things they provide are of high quality and are covered by a money-back guarantee. Aside from a business opportunity and the ability to earn more money than we ever imagined, we have been blessed with a lot more than we expected.
We have discovered our life's purpose: to be of service to others.
Disputes & Controversies are a part of everyday life.
Skaggs is suing the company.
In July 2007, International Business Solutions, Inc., a company operated by Emeralds Henry and Sue Skaggs, filed a lawsuit against Bill and Peggy Britt, Paul and Leslie Miller, Rocky Covington, Kevin and Beth Bell, and Britt WorldWide, among others. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
According to the lawsuit, the Skaggs, having developed a software system to allow for direct order fulfilment of BSM to their downline, received approval from Britt to continue the development of the software programme with the goal of eventually rolling it out to the entire BWW organisation, according to the lawsuit.
During this period, the Skaggs claim that they were responsible for the majority of the development costs.
According to the lawsuit, Bill Britt terminated the partnership agreement in 2005. When questioned about their upline, the Skaggs state that they were "de-edified." Breach of contract, racketeering, and intentional interference with commercial relations [1] are among the allegations in the lawsuit.
When the plaintiffs filed their complaint, the defendants claimed that no contract had been entered into and challenged the lawsuit on a variety of legal grounds. [2]
