Mark and Marina Kaplun were born and raised in the city of Novosibirsk. "Our parents not only gave us life, but have always been for us an example of family relationships, love, reliability, an example of an active life position." Mark's mother is an honored doctor - for about 40 years she worked as the chief physician of the hospital, and his father, an honored cultural worker, was the chief engineer of the Opera and Ballet Theater for many years. Marina's dad, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, has not been with us for 10 years, and her mother, a retired engineer, is the main assistant in raising grandchildren. Dina's daughter has already grown up, got married and works as a doctor - ophthalmologist. Her husband Eugene is also a doctor - surgeon - transplantologist. Son Sasha recently turned 14 years old, he goes to school, is engaged in English and taekwondo. After graduating from a technical university, Mark was engaged in scientific and teaching activities. The salary of a researcher did not allow him to have what he wanted, and together with his colleagues he organized a team that repaired roofs in the city of Novosibirsk for ten years. Then he defended his Ph.D. thesis, and at that time perestroika began in the country, which brought people completely new opportunities to realize themselves. “Even then I knew that in order to achieve something you need to: clearly understand what you want; look for ways to achieve - what, how and how much to do; make a decision and act - do not be afraid and do not stop until there is a result. Before starting her Amway business, Nataliya Yena explored a variety of traditional enterprises, including commerce, public catering, manufacturing, and tourism, but none of them provided her with the results she desired. The salesman Tony had many businesses and jobs under his belt, selling everything from automobiles to graduation caps and gowns, video accessories, and language courses from English to Spanish to public relations to name a few. It was in April of 1990 when Fernando, an intern auditor for a telecommunications company, and Rosie Fábregas, a physical therapist, were acquainted with the business of the Corporation through a mutual friend who had been studying with them in secondary school.

Fernando wished to have greater control over his time since, as he explained, he "worked long hours and spent little time with my family."

It was anticipated that he would retire on the first of July in the year 2020, and it would be only after that day that he would be able to devote more time to his family. As a result, Rosie realised that the business of the Corporation would be beneficial to their relationship because they would be spending the majority of their time together.

Since August 1993, the Fábregas have been solely responsible for the development of the Corporation's business. "We will continue and not rest until our friends achieve the wonderful lifestyle that this business provides: sharing with friends, travelling, taking advantage of the time available, and having the freedom to choose from a variety of options each day and to set their own schedule, but perhaps the most important thing is to learn to be a better human being."

 Tony and Mary Henderson are Triple Diamond New Zealanders who live on a 15-acre home in Auckland with their two children. They served as the executive directors of the ILD organisations in New Zealand and Australia, which merged with Network TwentyOne in 2004.

 Balakrisnan has been a factory manager for 28 years, during which time he has worked hard and sacrificed time with his family.

 Kisah Kejayaan

“Alang-alang mandi biar basah, alang-alang berdakwat biar hitam, alang-alang menyeluk pekasam, biar sampai ke pangkal lengan, alang-alang menyeluk pekasam, biar sampai ke pangkal lengan. From then, it's all downhill for Amway until it gets to Intan.” It's a collection of keramat kata-kata that I'm always laung-laungking in my head. If people from all walks of life can participate in this activity, why isn't it happening with me?

In my life for the past 7 1/2 years, I have been introduced to Amway by a person whom I had never heard of before. After a few attempts, saya has been successful in separating himself from Beliau; nevertheless, Beliau is no longer interested in joining forces with saya. It was on October 15, 1997 when my wife and I became part of the Amway family. Thank you very much to Pengedar Terus Zamrud Lee Kai Loong and Lam Kwai Lin for their patience and perseverance in assisting us. It has never occurred to me that our lives will begin to change as soon as tomorrow.

Latarbelakang
In the first instance, we predict that everything that happens will be a surprise. With eight buah kliniks and eight orphans waiting to be adopted, our daily lives have become increasingly complicated. However, one of the seminars that we attended in Ipoh caused us to lose our cool. We have developed relationships with a wide range of people from many walks of life. We are becoming increasingly certain that the perniagaan in question will be able to provide kebebasan from the segi masa, kewangan, and jaminan masa depan. We've created a keputusan to encourage people to engage in a business that is both profitable and sustainable in Amway because the days are getting shorter and the nights are getting darker. If the ruyung manakan is not properly addressed, it may result in sagunya.

We are removing nasihat from the penaja and becoming the primary distributor for all AMWAY products, including NUTRILITE. As a result, we are putting out our best effort to improve our products and to communicate with anybody who comes into contact with them. Making kaset, reading motivational books, and implementing the Amway programme have all become part of our daily routine. As part of our efforts to spread awareness of this opportunity to others, we have established a mingguan mesyuarat to which we invite all members of our organisation to contribute.

Cabaran Cabaran is abundant in supply. However, we classify it as a "batu loncatan" and believe that it will only serve to further complicate the situation. During the kejayaan's first hour, we also had a conversation with a number of people who shared their thoughts through comments and e-mails. To be sure, we have a strong and steadfast impian that is willing to go the extra mile to assist us in our efforts to bring this situation to a successful conclusion. The circumstances of this perniagaan, which can be shared with children, have made us more determined to succeed. In addition, the concept of assisting others in achieving their goals is something that we are passionate about at Amway. In the course of putting together this project, we hope to foster positive relationships with all involved, which will in turn help us to be more successful. Amway is not only a business opportunity, but it is also a means of bringing people together in a positive way.

When I was hired as a Platinum, Delima, and Mutiara security guard in the month of June 1998, I had no idea what was in store for me. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise since it allowed me to gain confidence and further develop my skills. Through Amway, we will be able to participate in conventions that will be held in Pulau Pinang, Brunei, Kuantan, and the Amway Kebangsaan Amway 2004, among other places. In addition, we have been invited to participate in Amway seminars around the world, including Korea, Las Vegas, Alaska, Melbourne, Africa, and Tokyo, all of which are sponsored by the company.

This year, we'll be heading to San Francisco for the first time. This is something that we had never experienced before in our lives up until this point in time. According to some, they do not have any spare time, but we are looking for any spare time that may be available in order to make the impian of our dreams a reality.

 The Opportunity to Build A Successful Life

In 1992, I was still a student when I decided to become a distributor for the company. The direct selling business was not something I was interested in at the time. Additionally, the manner in which some of my classmates advertised their direct selling firms turned me off. The only thing that mattered to me was doing well in my academics, landing a solid job after graduation, and realising my ambitions and goals. Thank you to Jeremy Tan, a classmate of mine, for introducing me to the AMWAYTM company for the first time. In the aftermath of our reunion event, he informed me of this business possibility. Apart from removing any lingering misgivings I had about the direct selling business, he instilled in me a strong belief in the genuine value of AMWAY when compared to other direct selling firms. I didn't have a second thought about signing up for the programme.

My first day as a Distributor was more than 20 years ago, and I still enjoy it. Throughout the years that I have spent concentrating on growing my company, many individuals have asked me, "Is it truly worth your effort?" I joined AMWAY in 1992, and less than a year later, I was invited to my first international seminar, and I purchased my first home with the company. After that, many more of my dreams came to fruition. As a result, my answer to the above question is a resounding "Yes." My only source of income is AMWAY, and yet this business has the ability to provide me with financial independence as well as the ultimate flexibility to live a successful life in all aspects.

Aside from the numerous opportunities to go to international seminars that broadened my perspective, I was able to fulfil one of my lifelong aspirations by returning to my old institution and pursuing more studies only for the sake of interest.

Apart from that, knowing that my company in Malaysia is on stable ground and having a trusted network of partners to whom I can assign work allows me to focus on expanding my company's international presence. It is definitely a wonderful experience to expand your business into the international market place.

Is it simple to be successful in AMWAY? I would suggest that you take a step back and consider the situation from a different perspective. Instead of assessing how easy or difficult the process of starting a business is, ask yourself this question: Is it worth your time and effort? The most difficult components of running a business, in my opinion, are the costs associated with production, administration, logistics, human resources, store leasing, furnishing, and storage, regardless of the line of business you pick. All of them will take a significant amount of money out of your investment. On the contrary, as an AMWAY business partner, it is your obligation to concentrate on sales and marketing activities. This is significantly less difficult to deal with than the issues you might encounter in a traditional company setting. As long as you put up sufficient work, your AMWAY business will prosper, and living a successful life on all levels will no longer be a pipe dream. It is in this regard that I consider the AMWAY company to be the most beneficial.
