Les and Mira first became acquainted with the company while working as hotel proprietors in the Australian Alps. In addition to running successful enterprises, they wished to spend more quality time with their family, particularly with their daughter Bianca.

In preparation for the market's inauguration, Les and Mira returned to Poland and have since been based in Warsaw.
