Eaton, Tracey & Kimberly Amway

Eaton, Tracey & Kimberly Amway

Tracey Eaton is an ex-NFL football player for the Atlanta Falcons. Tracey's wife is Kimberly who worked with him with in his stock brokerage business. Tracey and Kimberly are both retired from their jobs to be full time parents to their children. Tracey was introduced to the business by Brad Wolgamott. They qualified Q-12 in 2002, Sapphire and Emerald in 2003/04, Founders Emerald in 2005, and Diamond in 2006. Tracey and Kimberly Eaton have been described as the new era of business development leaders in the network marketing industry. Their style of leadership comes primarily from their athletic backgrounds. Their brand is one of relentless pursuit of excellence. While they have described themselves as grinders they also admit that the culture of the business opportunity was different when they achieved Diamond qualification than it is today. Through the mentorship of Brad & Julie Duncan and Leslie Wolgamott the Eatons have adopted the "new era" mentality that was developed by Dean and Marci Whalen. Tracey and Kimberly are said to be some of the most authentic and humble Diamonds in the world of Amway. They feel that the Amway business opportunity is the greatest opportunity that has ever been developed but that not everyone is qualified to build a business due to their life stance. Tracey and Kimberly have 8 platinum legs with Ruby side volume.

The Eaton's were WWDB Taste of Diamond winners in 2005.

He quit his full-time job to focus on the business, allowing Maithree to stay at home with their kid, Irusha. Maithree and Tissa also value the fact that they have been allowed to visit their homeland of Sri Lanka as frequently as they choose.

'If we were locked in ordinary employment, we wouldn't be able to see our families as frequently,' Tissa explains. 'I enjoy the time we get to spend together,' Maithree says.

She also appreciates working with folks who are really concerned about one another's well-being. 'When people need our support, we don't simply talk about it; we actually do it.'

Many of Tissa's friends are now involved in the firm, which gives him a great deal of happiness. 'They have the confidence to start their own firms because of our success,' he says.

Shah, Raj & Sangita Amway

 Story of Success

Raj and Sangita Shah both grew up in Gujarat, India, in working-class homes. Sangita arrived in the United States with her parents as a teenager in 1978. She went to Rutgers University after high school and received a degree in accounting and finance. Raj earned his master's degree in business in Baroda, India, then moved to the United States in December 1982 to pursue a second master's degree.

Story of Success

Raj and Sangita Shah both grew up in Gujarat, India, in working-class homes. Sangita arrived in the United States with her parents as a teenager in 1978. She went to Rutgers University after high school and received a degree in accounting and finance. Raj earned his master's degree in business in Baroda, India, then moved to Cleveland State University in December 1982 to pursue another master's degree in computer science.

Raj and Sangita met in the United States and married in October 1988 in New Jersey. Raj and Sangita were both working for the same company when Sangita's parents, Mahendra and Ranjan Soni, approached them about starting a business in 1990. Raj was a software engineer, and Sangita was an accountant. They had a good combined professional salary and all the benefits, but Raj despised the nine-to-five schedule.

Raj had always wanted to run his own company, be his own boss, and give his wife the option of being a full-time mother once they had children. They saw this company as a means of realising their ambitions. Raj and Sangita did not recognise the potential of this possibility for the first eight months of their business. They give thanks to God for Raj's upline, Kulin and Mina Desai, who pushed him to enrol in Britt school in May 1991. Raj learned the success principles taught by Bill Britt at Britt School. "This business went from our heads to our hearts, and we made the quality decision to build the firm," Raj says, citing this epiphany as well as meeting people from all walks of life who were successful. It wasn't easy being 600 miles away from their sponsor, but with the help of the Britt-Michigan team and upline support, they gradually began to flourish. "In this business, we took two decisions," Raj explains. "The first was to get started, and the second was to never quit." They were at the Platinum level when their first child was born in April 1992, and Sangita quit her job to be a full-time mom. Raj's seven-year career as a computer engineer came to an end in 1994. Raj and Sangita are grateful to Kanti and Lata Gala, their upline Diamonds, for believing in them and serving as role models. The Shahs are now full-time parents with three children, spending quality and quantity time with them. "Treat your business as if it were a multimillion-dollar business rather than a hundred-dollar business," Raj advises.

Zampa, Hank & Carol Amway

Zampa, Hank & Carol Amway

"We both went to the University of Hard Knocks," says the author.

"At the age of 13, Hank Zampa travelled to the United States from his home country of Malta, where he spoke no English.

The University of Hard Knocks, as Carol puts it, is "where we both went to school." They received accolades at the conclusion of their studies.

Hank graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering and went on to work as a design engineer at Ford Motor Company, as well as being a co-owner of a restaurant.

Carol worked as an executive secretary and was also the owner of a sewing company. Initially, they envisioned the business as a method to supplement their income in order to save money for a 30' yacht purchase.

They also saw it as a chance for both of them, as well as for their three sons, in the long term. Following the purchase of the boat, they went on to acquire a new home. They sent their sons to private schools, and today, their dream of starting a family

business has become a reality thanks to their efforts. "We instilled in our sons the belief that they can achieve anything in life if they are willing to put in the effort and demand the best of themselves.

They have all gained self-assurance and a high sense of self-worth.

"We believe in the values that this company represents." Their group associates from Warsaw to Rio de Janeiro extend a warm welcome to the Zampas as they journey across the world with them.

Story

Brad and Leslie Wolgamott are members of the Double Diamonds organisation situated in Washington, DC. Over a period of several years, the couple made the decision to discontinue their marriage partnership.

With the help of World Wide Dream Builders, Leslie has continued to build and lead the company; however, Brad has now left the company and established his own training firm. Since Brad's departure,

Leslie has joined the WWDB Management Team and has made a significant contribution to the growth of the company in Canada, guiding several recent business builders to the Platinum, Ruby, Emerald, and even Diamond levels.

After initially being sponsored into Amway, Brad and Leslie opted to leave when their sponsors wanted to venture outside of the WWDB leadership. Brad Duncan encountered Brad Wolgamott at a gas station a few years later and exchanged phone numbers with him.

Brad Duncan stated over a cup of coffee that Brad Wolgamott was not cut out for this profession and that he lacked the necessary qualifications.

The challenge presented itself to Wolgamott, who went on to achieve Double Diamond status as a result of his efforts to establish himself.

Brad and Leslie received their Diamond certification in 1992, Executive Diamond certification in 1997, and Double Diamond certification in 1999.

Later, in 1999, the Wolgamotts entered into a contract with Quixtar.com, which enabled them to move their membership base to the World Wide Web.

This significant shift compelled them to research trends and participate in a completely new industry, complete with new prospects and businesses.

Because of his drive and passion in and outside of the workplace, Brad is now in high demand as a speaker and advisor across the world.

In the field of network marketing, and more specifically in the field of Amway company, Wilson, Don and Nancy are well-known figures as a pair. Their narrative is one of tenacity, tenacity, and resolve gained through hard effort. They have been able to achieve great success in the Amway industry, and as a result, they have been an inspiration to many people who aim to become financially independent via the use of network marketing.

Both Don Wilson and his wife Nancy Wilson were born in the 1940s in the United States of America. They first crossed paths in the early 1960s in Ohio, when they were both attending college. They had their first child not long after they tied the knot in 1964 and began raising a family. Don held down a job as a civil engineer, while Nancy stayed at home to raise the couple's three kids and provide for the family.

A mutual acquaintance introduced Don to the concept of network marketing in the late 1960s. The way the company did business piqued his interest, and he recognized a chance to pad his bank account. He initially worked for a company called Nutrilite, which would eventually merge with Amway and become known as Amway.

Don saw rapid success in the company, at which point he initiated the process of assembling a staff. However, given that his job as an engineer required him to travel quite a bit, he was unable to make as much headway as he had hoped. He was gone from the house quite a bit, which prevented him from devoting as much time as he would have liked to his network marketing company.

In 1973, Don took the choice to quit his work as an engineer in order to devote all of his time and energy to the Amway business. Because he was giving up a secure income in order to pursue a business that had no guarantees, this was a risky move on his part. Despite this, he was confident in the prospects presented by network marketing and willing to take the associated risks.

Around the same time, Nancy also joined the Amway business as an independent distributor. She had been Don's biggest cheerleader, but she had never fully participated in any of his business endeavors herself. However, when Don decided to quit his job, Nancy recognized an opportunity to collaborate with him in the development of their business.

Both Don and Nancy put in a lot of effort to grow their Amway business. They were resolute in their pursuit of monetary independence and the improvement of their family's standard of living. Along the road, they encountered numerous obstacles, such as rejections, disappointments, and criticism from individuals who did not believe in the business model of network marketing.

Don and Nancy did not give up despite the difficulties they faced. They proceeded to expand their team and mentor others in their downline while keeping a constant focus on the goals they had set for themselves. Because of all the effort they put in, they rose to the top of the Amway distribution company and became one of the top distributors.

Don and Nancy were able to realize their lifelong goals of achieving financial independence and living the ideal life because to the success they achieved in the Amway business. They embarked on a journey around the world, during which they met a great number of successful businesspeople and inspired a great number of people to follow their ambitions.

Don and Nancy are both successful authors and lecturers, in addition to their achievements in the Amway industry, which has brought them a lot of success. They have written a number of books about network marketing, some of which are titled "The Networker's Guide to Success" and "The 45-Second Presentation That Will Change Your Life." They have also given presentations at a variety of events and conferences, where they have shared their knowledge and experiences with the audience.

The story of Don and Nancy Wilson's accomplishments serves as an illustration of the significance of tenacity and effort in achieving one's goals. They have demonstrated that it is possible for anyone to become financially independent and live the life they have always dreamed of provided they put in the effort and are ready to take some risks. Their achievements in the field of network marketing will continue to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for others for many years to come.

Vest, Bob & Linda Amway

Vest, Bob & Linda Amway

Every year, the day after Christmas, we would leave our house and follow the sun."

As an engineer, Bob Vest tackled this venture with a pragmatic attitude: "It appeared like it was too wonderful to pass up.

" However, although his profession as a product development specialist for major firms provided a comfortable income for the family, he and his wife, Linda, felt "trapped."

"We came to the realisation that we had no real possibility for personal independence," he says. "While investigating this business, even though we were unaware of its true potential, we pondered the possibility that we might have missed out if we hadn't done so and it had actually worked.

You may argue that the initial motivation sprang from a fear of missing out. However, we soon discovered that there were financial alternatives.
