I was a Manager in the Punjab National Bank with 21 years of experience, and my wife Vanita Jain, who has a Masters in Sociology, was employed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. As a member of the international banking community, I dealt with large multinational exporters and importers who did business all over the world. I hold a number of academic degrees, including an M.SC., an LLB, a CAIIB, and a DIM, in addition to a private pilot's certificate. Perhaps as a result of my successful professional life, I was unable to consider the fantastic Amway possibility whenever it was presented to me. However, it was through the grace of God that I was invited to a seminar. The keynote address was delivered by a Canadian banker couple. Before the presentation, I had a slew of questions about Amway, but after hearing their excellent speech, I had no more questions about the company. I made the decision to start the Amway business on the spot, without consulting any of my close friends or family members.
I connected into the Britt method right away, and it actually assisted me in broadening my perspective on the Amway potential significantly. After that, there was no turning back. We changed our pins once a month and were Silver producers after nine months of hard work and dedication. In reality, we took the business quite seriously and worked to establish it as quickly as possible. We didn't approach the business as if it were a joke, as many people do, and as a result, we were able to achieve success. Despite the fact that we experienced many difficult periods in business, we maintained a strong determination to succeed and changed our pins on a regular basis because we believed that "bad times do not last, but tough people do." After reaching Platinum level, our way of life began to shift as well.

Originally from Hyderabad, my wife Sreeti is from Kolkata, and I am originally from that city as well. We met in college while studying B.A. at Hyderabad and quickly became friends and eventually life partners. Prior to joining the Amway firm, I was active in the poultry industry, and Sreeti was employed as a computer operator in a private organisation before joining the company. In 1998, my older brother Manipal and his wife Renuka Reddy introduced me to the Amway company. When my wife and I first viewed the company concept, we knew it was the proper decision for us to pursue this venture. What truly piqued our interest was the possibility that this business could provide us with financial flexibility, limitless time to spend with our family, and a rich legacy to pass on not only to our children but to future generations.
It was our goal to inform as many individuals as we possibly could about this business opportunity. It was important to us to find other dreamers who shared our passion because we had a desire in our hearts and the bravery to put in the effort to achieve it. My sister, Prabha, and I were born and raised in Ghaziabad. We come from a highly middle-class family in the United States. Both of our parents come from a teaching background and have been long-time family friends for many years. Despite the fact that it appears to be the case, we did not meet until we were actually engaged.
After completing my schooling at Ghaziabad, I was offered a position at REC, Kurukshtera, which is one of the country's best engineering colleges.
Following my B.Tech. from REC, I went on to complete an MBA at IMT Ghaziabad. With all of these degrees, I was able to secure excellent employment possibilities both in India and overseas.
However, I constantly felt underpaid and as if I were living in a state of severe uncertainty. Prabha, a postgraduate student, began to experience the same sensations. For the most part, life had devolved into some sort of formality that we would have to accept.
In May of 1998, the Amway business blew into our life like a breath of fresh air. Despite the fact that we began with a great deal of uncertainty - both about the business and ourselves - However, with the wonderful support system of BWW, where there is a continuous stream of positive vibes through Books, CDs, and function - we go from being NOBODY to being SOMEBODY in the business world.

My previous employment was with a pharmaceutical company, which prepared me for the Direct Selling industry. I am a mechanical engineer who has spent the last 17 years working for a variety of Fortune 500 businesses. Pragna, my wife is a stay-at-home mom. Prior to joining Amway in October 2000, I worked in the building materials industry. The pursuit of a high-quality living for myself and my family had always been a desire of mine. For this, I explored a variety of traditional enterprises, knowing that only a successful business could help me get closer to my goals. I started off in the transportation industry, then moved on to film production, and finally into the construction materials industry.
I was generating a nice income similar to that of an Emerald Income in the Amway business when I decided to join the company, but the project in which I was involved came to an abrupt halt, leaving me with a significant financial liability. I found myself at a fork in the road, unsure of what to do next. A former classmate introduced me to this amazing possibility at the time. I was thrilled to learn about it. I was intelligent enough to recognise the possibilities of this business and to think that it was the right business for me. I have embraced it ever since that realisation. My sponsor's involvement was limited to introducing me to the world of small company.
By the grace of God, I was linked to my uplines, who assisted me and convinced me that this was the opportunity I had been searching for. Since then, I haven't looked back and have continued to expand our company with enthusiasm. In addition to a bachelor's degree in science, Aniruddha holds a professional degree in accounting. He has been employed with the Department of Post, which is a Central Government enterprise, for the past 17 years. When we first discovered this business in 1996, I was working as an Engineering Manager for a developing silicon company, and my wife, Sheena, was working as an accountant for a private firm in California at the time. We made the decision to join the company right away since we were confident in its success. I work as an auditor in Salem, Tamil Nadu, and am also a tax practitioner, specialising in income tax and sales tax. My wife is a stay-at-home mom who also happens to have a Commerce degree. We were raised in a middle-class home with no special privileges. As a sideline to my accounting job, I was involved with five traditional enterprises after we were married. However, all of these ventures resulted in significant losses, worry, strain, and so on, making life extremely busy.
My loan was accruing interest at a rate of more than Rs.30, 000/- per month, which I was paying. We prayed to the Almighty for a brighter future for our children. In July 1999, God blessed me with this great AMWAY business. When I first saw the plan, I was a little taken aback, but then I got thrilled and started working on it right away. I assumed that everyone to whom I presented the proposal would be enthusiastic and eager to begin the business. However, the outcome was diametrically opposed to my expectations, and I was upset. During this time, my wonderful Uplines guided me to attend big seminars, weekly meetings, and to gain a thorough understanding of the company. After attending meetings, cassettes, and books, as well as receiving Uplines counselling and system support, I was able to advance to Silver in 5 months and then to Emerald in 2 years. Our achievement of Diamond status this year would not have been possible without the Britt system and its leaders.
We are grateful to BWW, our Uplines, and all of our developing downlines, all of whom genuinely care about us. We would also want to express our gratitude to our son, A. My profession is that of a traditional businessman, and my wife is that of a homemaker. We were both born into prosperous business families.
As a result of our successful traditional business, we enjoyed a comfortable lifestyle, but it did not last for long. My father's new business endeavour suffered enormous losses, and our family was forced to endure a period of financial hardship from 1982 until 1992. After 1992, things began to shift, and a new age began. Money was plentiful once more, but I had little spare time to spend with my family. Our numerous manufacturing enterprises experienced rapid growth, followed by a period of decline. Similarly, trading and marketing organisations have seen their markets shrink in recent years as a result of technological advancements and increased competition. I was wondering if my physical presence was always required to assist my company's operations. How do I know if something bad happens to me? What would be the ramifications of this for my family's future? Because I didn't want my children and future generations to go through what I had gone through during the crisis, I started a campaign.
Despite the fact that I was quite busy with my schedules, I was constantly plagued by a sense of insecurity and a guilt about not being able to devote enough time to my family. The Amway sales and marketing plan, along with its world-class FMCG items, opened my eyes and broadened my perspective. In 1998, I had confidence and believe in Amway because of its established history in various nations over 40 years (at the time). Furthermore, the Britt system, with its emphasis on family values, teamwork, self-development, and encouragement, ensured that we received the accolades that we deserved. We didn't have any of these in our old-school business.
Amway conducts its operations in an ethical manner. Amway's market is constantly expanding, as I witnessed. Contrary to what happened to conventional enterprises, this business has never experienced a downturn, even during periods of economic slowdown in all countries. I've always wanted to be of service to others, and the Amway business, which is a people's business, provided me with the opportunity to do so. We also enjoy travelling around the world, and when you stop to think about it, the money you earn is completely pointless if you don't have the time to take advantage of it. Considering all of these variables, we made the decision to act promptly.

We grew up in a relatively middle-class farmer family in a little village called Haruwal in the Punjabi district of Gurdaspur. Our parents were both farmers. After completing my secondary education, I went on to earn a postgraduate degree from Khalsa College in Amritsar. We were only half-heartedly supportive of the proposal since we were not ready to accept it at the moment. Furthermore, our relative was unable to pique our interest in visiting the company. Even now, we are baffled as to why we decided to reject the concept. Several months later, we were invited to another house gathering, where we were reintroduced to the project's goals and objectives. We were all really enthusiastic about this, and I couldn't sleep that night. Following that, we became members of the company, and now, we believe that Amway is THE BEST business on the earth. To be quite honest, I joined Amway just for the money, as I had no concept of what it meant to be secure at the time. Initially, we encountered a number of difficulties and obstacles, but we were unable to let them deter us. One of our biggest challenges was that our sponsor had no prior knowledge of the Amway business because he had only recently joined the company a few days before us. Our uplines were all from the United States. At first, there was no one to assist us or act as a mentor. When we reached the Ruby level, we were introduced to our uplines. Following that, we began to receive excellent coaching from our uplines.
Now I'm dedicating my time solely to growing my Amway business. My wife Randhir and I consider ourselves fortunate. Our children are learning the virtues that this business affords them, in addition to the money and attention that they receive. My daughter Ritu got married last year; she and her husband Mandeep are likewise very optimistic about the business and are fresh new gold producers. Ritu and Mandeep are the parents of two little children. In the course of this business, we have visited Bangkok, Singapore, South Africa, Bintan, and Pattaya, among other places. Amway pays for all of your expenditures on all of these trips, and you are treated as if you are royalty. This is their way of saying thank you for all of our efforts.
