Ashok and Sreeti Reddy are a married couple (Traditional Business Owner & Employee, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh)
Originally from Hyderabad, my wife Sreeti is from Kolkata, and I am originally from that city as well. We met in college while studying B.A. at Hyderabad and quickly became friends and eventually life partners. Prior to joining the Amway firm, I was active in the poultry industry, and Sreeti was employed as a computer operator in a private organisation before joining the company. In 1998, my older brother Manipal and his wife Renuka Reddy introduced me to the Amway company. When my wife and I first viewed the company concept, we knew it was the proper decision for us to pursue this venture. What truly piqued our interest was the possibility that this business could provide us with financial flexibility, limitless time to spend with our family, and a rich legacy to pass on not only to our children but to future generations.
It was our goal to inform as many individuals as we possibly could about this business opportunity. It was important to us to find other dreamers who shared our passion because we had a desire in our hearts and the bravery to put in the effort to achieve it. We simply ignored the ones who said "NO" and continued on our journey. By the year 2000, we had achieved the Platinum level of achievement.
We were able to achieve the Diamond level in 2004 via the grace of God and the blessings of elders, as well as by adhering to the principles of the 9 Core Steps, 4 Basics, and 3 Cardinal Rules, and doing so consistently and persistently. By reaching this level, we were able to acquire the respect of all of the BWW leaders, who were among the people we admired the most.
Sreeti and I spend quality time with our two amazing sons, Vishwajeet and Aditya, while Diamond Directs. Currently, we are living a luxurious lifestyle that provides us with financial security and personal independence.
