Peskops, Ingrid Amway

 Success Story (Australia) (Australia)

source: Amway Australia, Because October 2007\sDiamond IBO Ingrid Peskops illustrates that you can achieve anything - no matter what your circumstances – with belief and a lot of heart.

“It’s been a while,” Ingrid Peskops says as she squeezes her foot into a hard riding boot that has stiffened with time. She struggles, but she finally puts her foot in.

“Ever since I started this business I haven’t had much time on the farm,” she explains.

Ingrid grabs the other boot and goes through the same steps. After some yanking, the boot is on and she is ready to ride her first cutting horse in years.

She goes boldly across the Cooranbong farm she shares with her husband – not blinking twice at the scattered heaps of cow poo – and enters an arena where a herd lazily roams.

She mounts her horse and leads it towards the incognizant cows, then separates one from the rest.

As the lone cow tries to rejoin the herd, Ingrid loosens her hold on the reins and the horse automatically quashes the cow’s attempts to run by.

The horse’s movements are fast; Ingrid is assertively tugged in several directions.

The action goes on for a few minutes, until ultimately, Ingrid takes control of the reigns again and the cow is left to join the herd.

This is called cutting - an equine riding activity that has its roots in the cattle ranches of the American west.

Although Ingrid hasn’t done it in years, she rides like she never stopped.

It is only when she gets off the horse and gasps, “that was scary”, that you grasp what she was truly feeling. But Ingrid isn’t one to let potentially scary things stop her.

It didn’t stop her on her road to the Diamond pin, when, as she admits, there were plenty of factors that could have held her back.

First and foremost, she built the Amway company entirely on her own, as her husband, Irwin Kent, was already running his own engineering business at the time.

That was only five years ago, to be exact. Then there was the issue of her age.

She may have justified her decision by claiming that she was too old to start a new company.

Then there was the fact that she was a professional life coach at a time when there weren't many of them who were successful in their field.

Instead of allowing all of these obstacles to stand in her way, she realised that this business opportunity would allow her to achieve a new level of fulfilment in her life.

Ingrid has faced and conquered adversities throughout her life, which have helped to shape her into the strong, confident, and fearless woman that she is today.

Her family fled their home nation of Latvia during World War II when she was only a small child, and she has never returned.

In her description of how they were forced to leave, she jokes that it was "like something out of The Sound of Music."

They relocated to Bavaria for five years, but the Cold War frightened her parents, who decided to try to start a new life somewhere else in the world.

As a result, they embarked on a voyage across the world on a yacht with their 10-year-old daughter, Ingrid, and eventually arrived in Perth.

Ingrid did not know a single word of English when she first arrived in Australia, but that did not deter her from pursuing a career in education, eventually becoming an English teacher.

In a similar vein, when she first joined up to start the firm and was instructed to bring 20 prospects to a national conference, she just followed through.

It wasn't until later that she realised she had done something that not many other people had.

She was rewarded for her efforts with priority seating and the opportunity to meet her US based upline Crown Ambassadors, Jim and Nancy Dornan.

Nancy took one look at Ingrid and said to her, “You are my kind of woman.”

Ingrid became a Platinum member only 11 months after signing up. As she accelerated through the pins, the momentum carried her forward.

The previous year, she was the only IBO in Australia to qualify for the Emerald stretch, which resulted in a One-Time Cash Award of $75,000 dollars.

Following that success, it only seemed logical to continue her efforts toward Diamond, which she achieved in just five years after deciding to start her company from scratch.

The help and encouragement she has received from her upline Double Diamonds Norman and Glenda Leonard, as well as Jim and Nancy Dornan, has been priceless.

"I have the best mentors in the world, and I have the best business in the world," she says.

The life of a Sydney mother of three and proud grandmother of a very bright two-year-old kid just keeps getting better and better for her.

Both she and Irwin live on the northern beaches of Sydney, where they own two farms and are currently in the midst of building a third house on one of those sites.

She is grateful that she was able to assist her parents in relocating from Perth, Australia, to Sydney, Australia.

Moreover, she attributes Nutriway supplements to enabling her father to survive his sickness for a longer period of time than projected by physicians, and she boasts that her mother is the healthiest person in the retirement community.

When it comes to Ingrid, all of the Artistry goods and Nutriway supplements have assisted her in appearing and feeling years younger than she did when she first started the firm.

She has a totally different life now than when she first came to the United States from Australia all those years ago.

“We all have circumstances, but as (inspirational author) James Allen once remarked, 'Circumstances don't make the man; they show the man.'" Ingrid agrees.

You will learn from this business that circumstances are made and that they happen to you, but that these circumstances have nothing to do with your destiny.

You have the option to do so if you so desire.” “Your own personality is absolutely flawless. Regardless of who you are or where you come from, it makes no difference.

What matters is what is on the inside of you.

It is what is in your heart that matters.”

Peskops, Ingrid Amway

Dr. Sangeeta & Shankar Devraj Amway

In addition to having a Doctorate in Music, Sangeeta is establishing this business on a part-time basis with the help of her entire family.

She expresses herself as follows: "According to our understanding, this notion refers to a business in which success may be reached through constant effort without compromising the principles of honesty and integrity.

While working to achieve success in this business, we have been able to make a positive difference in the lives of many other people, both within and beyond our organisation, by incorporating these values into our day-to-day operations.

As far as I'm concerned, the Direct Selling business is one that allows people to uncover their greatest potential and achieve enormous heights of success."

"We believe that there is no better chance than the direct selling industry to assist people in realising their dreams while upholding the fundamental human values such as freedom, harmony, and love," Sangeeta says.

Having a massive amount of organisation.

In addition, they have two diamonds from the front line in their group.

Fernández, Ana & Valdecantos, Pedro Amway

Law degree from the Complutense University at the age of 21. She has a master's degree in human nutrition from the University of Cádiz. She is the youngest of three brothers and the only woman so she always had to learn to fight to have her place. In 1981 she decided to start working and passed competitive examinations as an official of the INEM, a newly created body. She being assigned in January 1982, for a month to the city of Cádiz.

PEDRO: Oldest of six siblings. Since he was 17 years old, he has wanted to be an entrepreneur, wanting to create companies that were never constituted. In 1981 he approved the opposition of the INEM in Cádiz and in 1982 he met Ana.

BOTH: they introduce us, and from the next day we live together, a year later we get married. In 1983 we created our first company, a photographic studio. In 1985 we were broke and closed the studio, paying off debts for several more years. Pedro goes on to work in union functions, holding various positions in the union. Ana passes other examinations as a senior technician in the state administration, with a more decent salary. In February 1989 they explained the Amway sales and marketing plan to us, we were skeptical of it, believing that they had deceived our neighbor and sponsor.

After the first seminar, in April 1989, we made the decision to develop it to achieve in five years to be able to leave the union since he was working twelve hours a day. Our dream was to live together 24 hours a day. I left the job in six months, grading silver in December 1989, emerald in 1991, and diamond in April 1992.

In our opinion, Amway is the best business opportunity in the world. We cannot find anything that can be compared to achieve a balance between income and time of dedication. It is not affected by inflation and you earn more according to the number of people you help to improve their lives in every way. It is a family business, universal, without prejudice, and based on values and principles.

It is developed as a team and promotes freedom, respect for the environment and the protection of children around the world. Our gratitude to De Vos and Van Andel for creating Amway in 1959 (the year we were born), and our gratitude to Pilar and Miguel for supporting us with respect that first key year for any entrepreneur and for helping and advising us since then. Today we can say that we feel free.

Firdosh & Nilofer Sethna Amway

Firdosh and Nilofer Sethna are originally from Mumbai, India, and have lived in Toronto, Canada, for numerous years. They have two children and two grandchildren.

"We were both driven by a desire for a better life and the determination to make that life a reality. When you come from a middle-class family with limited educational opportunities, it's difficult to have great expectations for the future.

Moving to Canada seemed like an impossible goal, but I kept dreaming about it "Nilofer, who arrived in Toronto at a young age with only $300 and a big dream, describes his journey. After getting married to Firdosh, they began working together to build a brighter future for themselves and their children.

When Firdosh and Nilofer were introduced to the Amway business by their best friend, who happened to live in Michigan, Firdosh was working for a logistics company and Nilofer was working as a Corporate Travel Consultant, respectively.

When it came to their Sponsor, Nilofer and her team had three questions: "Are you doing it?," "Will you support us?," and "How much will it cost?"

she recalls. Nilofer and her team believed in the business and in their Sponsor, but were sceptical of Firdosh's commitment.

He had begun a number of projects but had abandoned them before they were completed. With the introduction of the Amway team and exposure to the core range of Amway products, their confidence began to grow, and they began to see Amway as a bridge from poverty to wealth, assisted by the BWW system, which they regarded as a powerful bridge from poverty to prosperity.

Firdosh and Nilofer were given a truly equal opportunity because of their faith, passion, and readiness to work. They were not constrained by what they lacked, such as a master's degree, financial resources, or company expertise. "This company provided us with all we expected and even more than we had hoped for."

Because of this business, both of them were able to generate additional income outside of their occupations, allowing them to one day leave their jobs and live a life that was meaningful to them.

Firdosh has been working full-time in the business for more than 15 years, and they have had the honour of serving both their parents in Toronto and Mumbai, both in terms of time and financial resources, respectively.

According to Firdosh, "Every year, we travel throughout North America as well as to a number of other destinations throughout the world, and we are able to provide financial support to our family and friends in need. In fact, many of our team members are more like family to us than they are to them."

Today, they have a global business with significant teams in nations such as Canada, the United States, India, the United Kingdom, and Australia, to mention a few.

According to Firdosh, "Don't let the short-term pleasures of life divert your attention away from your pursuit of long-term happiness and peace of mind. It is not just about dreaming large, but also about how long you are willing to keep dreaming big.

As Bill Britt has always said, if you get started, keep going, and don't give up, you will succeed."

Dr. Harleen & Sandeep Braich Amway

 Success Story

Both Harleen and Sandeep felt that their lives were suffocating under the weight of their responsibilities. They couldn't find time for themselves and were therefore on the lookout for more advantageous financial arrangements.

Despite the fact that they were realistic enough to recognise that life would never be a bed of roses, all they hoped for was more time for themselves and their family, as well as relief from some of their financial concerns and obligations.

A ray of hope came in the form of the Direct Selling company for them. And they realised that if they put in the necessary effort, their aspirations may become a reality.

They express gratitude to their parents, as well as to their uplines and downlines, for assisting them in the development of this firm.

They are now enjoying a life that is rich with opportunities that are one-of-a-kind. They are now looking forward to obtaining the Diamond level in the next years, if not sooner.

Melukote, Balakrishna & Anitha Amway

It is possible that Bala Melukote owes his life to his AMWAYTM firm, although this would be an exaggeration. However, it's possible that this isn't the case. Bala was involved in a tragic vehicle accident and had major brain injuries as he and Anitha were on their way to Emerald.

He and Anitha were both former speech pathologists. In Anitha's words, "the doctors told us they didn't think he would make it." “And if I did, I'd definitely end up as a vegetable,” Bala continues. He had been in a coma for over two weeks at the time.

“My physicians gave up on me since I was utterly nonresponsive,” Bala explains. The entire time, his upline Diamond accompanied him to the hospital, actively overseeing his care, continuing to converse with him even when he didn't react, and ensuring that only positive things were said about him by others.

His upline then told him, "Bala, I want you to open your eyes," which he did the next day. He managed to pull it off, almost miraculously. After spending two months in the hospital, Bala was subjected to numerous operations, including two brain surgery.

When Bala was recovering, Anitha's upline arranged for our local team to take care of the cooking and cleaning as well as grocery shopping as well as the kids. This substantially reduced her family's stress, according to Anitha.

“Thanks to their assistance, Bala was able to overcome all odds and return home walking and talking.” He and his wife, Anitha, are extremely grateful that they were able to grow their AMWAY business to the extent that they did before the disaster.

“We came to the realisation that if we wanted financial security, we would have to do things on our own,” Bala says of the realisation.

Despite the fact that it took them some time to get back on track during Bala's rehabilitation, they were eager to make it big once they did. According to Bala, “we think that when you start something, you should finish it properly.”

“As a result, we never stopped.” In retrospect, Bala believes that what happened to him was truly a blessing in disguise. “It revealed my true self to me, and it taught me that I did not want to give up what we had.

We were well aware that not everything goes as smoothly as planned. When faced with little problems, many people become demoralised and give up. However, we have only grown in strength.” He claims that their business has also taught them to put other people first.

“We were compelled to think about someone other than ourselves; assisting them in achieving their objectives was beneficial to us.” -

Melukote, Balakrishna & Anitha

Potts, Brian & Gillian Amway

Potts, Brian & Gillian

After a four-year period in which no Diamonds were achieved in Amway Australia, Brian and Gillian Potts achieved Diamond status in October 2002, after having started in November 1991.

(taking 11 years). They are a part of the McKenna Landing System.

AN INSPIRING SUCCESS STORY

Since 1991, Brian and Gillian have operated their own successful independent business.

Success has been well and truly worth the effort, as they immediately recognised the potential to produce a passive income for their family.

They had previously run their own construction company and whilst it produced a good income for them, it was very time consuming.

In the words of Brian, "I love this business; there are bright lights all over people's faces in this business."

Brian and Gillian agree with the words of Dexter Yager who said, "It is not doing what one likes; it is liking what one does."

The key to their success has been the Team Mak system and support through coaching and mentoring.

Brian, who readily admits that he prefers to do things his way, eventually discovered that the support system that was available to him didn't require any modification.

It is effective, and his family is now reaping the benefits.

“If you immerse yourself in the system, you can’t help but succeed. Gillian and I just love empowering people and helping them to achieve what they previously thought was impossible.

We are living proof that dreams can and do come true for everyone. The best part of all is that financial stress has been removed from our lives, it is a beautiful, peaceful feeling.” says Brian.

McKenna, Peter & Helen Amway

 Inception

  • February 1980

Qualifications

  • Diamond August 1990

Success Story

Peter and Helen McKenna were living in Melbourne, Victoria at the time of their entry into the Amway business in February 1980.

In August of 1990, they acquired the status of Diamond after ten years of hard work.

They live in Queensland and are the leaders of Team MAK, which consists of 13 Diamonds from all around Australia and New Zealand.

They are home to one of the most significant Amway organisations in the nation. They are the parents of two kids, who are both actively involved in the business.

Aside from that, Peter and Helen have an international business that has allowed them to become Emeralds in the United Kingdom. They also have a Diamond downline in the People's Republic of China.

As children, Peter and Helen were raised by parents who were self-employed and who urged them both to pursue a high-quality education in order to prepare them for the challenges that lay ahead.

In their twenties, they were well established in their respective professions of Air Traffic Control (Peter) and Education (Joanne) (Helen).

After meeting while travelling widely in their late twenties, they were married and proceeded to concentrate on their respective professions.

After a few of years of marriage, they began looking for business opportunities, mostly for Helen's benefit.

The development of the Amway business model was in its infancy in Australia at the time, but its potential intrigued both of these entrepreneurs.

During the first year of their partnership, they each took on additional career responsibilities and welcomed their first child.

Although they were overburdened, they were able to leverage their time and put in place a business foundation that would generate enough money in the second year to allow Helen to retire from her teaching position permanently.

Peter was able to retire from his air traffic control employment early, when he was 40 years old, and the family relocated from Melbourne to the Gold Coast, where they have lived for more than two decades.

A result of the consistent income their parents have received over the years, they have been able to raise their two sons in an environment where neither boy has had the opportunity to witness their parents working in a typical profession.

Besides travelling extensively both locally and internationally with their two children, Peter and Helen have a variety of real estate interests in the South East Queensland area from which they get additional income for their lifestyle.

The company's advise for individuals looking to the future is to "invest the time and effort necessary to thoroughly research this industry, and we hope that you will realise the full potential of the opportunity that Amway gives."

Peter and Helen Amway were a married pair who became well-known for their work in the field of psychedelic research, specifically in relation to the psychoactive chemical ayahuasca, which is derived from a plant. They were also close friends and collaborators of the late counterculture icon and famous ethnobotanist Terence McKenna. McKenna was known for his work in the field of ethnobotany.

Peter Amway was born in 1948 in the Netherlands, and he devoted a significant portion of his early life to investigating various spiritual practices and alternative methods of treatment. At the beginning of the 1970s, he developed an interest in ayahuasca and started making trips to South America to investigate the effects that the plant has on the human psyche. When he was on one of these journeys, he ran into Helen, who is also interested in ayahuasca research and is a fan of the plant.

Born in the United States in 1951, Helen Amway found herself originally drawn to the area of psychology. However, after experiencing the life-altering effects of ayahuasca, she shifted her focus to studying the plant and the possible therapeutic benefits it could provide.

After being married in 1981, the couple went on to make significant contributions to the field of ayahuasca study. In 2007, they established what is now known as the International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research, and Service (ICEERS), which is committed to fostering the responsible and environmentally responsible utilization of plant-based therapies such as ayahuasca.

The Amway family considered Terence McKenna, who passed away in the year 2000, to be a dear friend and a guiding figure. His work had a huge impact on the couple's investigation, and he was an open champion for the use of psychedelics as a vehicle for personal and spiritual growth.

The Amway family and Terence McKenna worked together on the book "The Invisible Landscape: Mind, Hallucinogens, and the I Ching" during the early 1990s. The book became a cult classic among followers of McKenna's work due to its examination of how psychedelics and ancient divination traditions overlap with one another.

The Amway family was also involved in a large number of research projects examining the possible medicinal uses of ayahuasca, particularly as a cure for addiction and depression. Their research indicated that the plant has the potential to be a useful instrument in assisting individuals in overcoming a variety of mental health difficulties.

However, the couple's work was not entirely free of criticism and debate. Others voiced concerns about the potential risks associated with the use of ayahuasca, while others accused them of promoting the use of illegal substances.

In spite of these obstacles, the Amway family has not wavered in their dedication to their work and has not stopped advocating for the prudent and environmentally friendly usage of medicines derived from plants. Their study continues to motivate a new generation of researchers and explorers who are looking into the possibility of using psychedelics for therapeutic purposes.

Story

Founders Peter and Lynne Maddison established the Amway Corporation in Melbourne, Australia, in the early 1980s.
Because there was no system in place at the time, they found it difficult to start the firm.

They hunted down their upline, Bert and Teri Gulick, and together with other leaders, they were essential in establishing the International Development Agency (IDA) in Australia.

It was in the early 1990s that they achieved diamond status, and it was during this time that they separated from IDA and formed Dreamchasers, their own fan support network.

Initially, they ran functions in both Australia and New Zealand until settling in Auckland, New Zealand, in the late 1990s. When they turned to diamonds, they already had the largest emerald network in the world.

The retention and renewal of IBOs was quite high at one point, and the organisation was one of the fastest growing in the industry.

They also got to know Victor, Jody, and Kathy, and began bringing them out to their activities once a year.

Eventually, they became a part of MMP. People from Malaysia and Greece were now included in the group.

Their emphasis shifted from a networking strategy to a retailing approach, resulting in an increase in profit per independent business owner (IBO).

Nonetheless, due to other commercial ventures in which IBOs were involved and other concerns, Amway and the Maddisons decided to separate ways in 2004 and never re-established their relationship.

Despite the fact that they have no involvement in the Amway business at this time, their LOS continues to expand.

At the time of their separation from Amway, they had one frontline Double Diamond in Deane, Craig, and Anna, and one frontline diamond in Hudgell, Craig, and Jaynie.

They also had one frontline diamond in Deane, Craig, and Anna.

They have big organisations in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Greece, with a large number of Diamonds and dozens of Emeralds in their downline organisations.

If they were still actively participating with Amway, their current level of recognition would be Founders Executive Diamond, based on the FAA points they had accumulated.

She has been engaged with a number of different philanthropic organizations in the past, including the Grand Rapids Community Foundation and the Grand Rapids Art Museum, and she currently serves on the board of directors of the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Foundation.

Kingston, Geoff & Jenny amway

Kingston, Geoff & Jenny

Geoff and Jenny Kingston reside in the state of South Australia. They joined Amway in May 1988 and worked their way up to the Diamond level over a period of six years.

Those that sponsor them are Emerald IBOs Geoff & Wendy Etteridge, who are under the leadership of Diamonds Bill & Briony Smart.

They are a part of the McKenna Landing System.

A Case Study in Success

Geoff grew raised in the NSW city of Wagga Wagga before relocating to Adelaide to pursue a degree in accountancy and to pursue a professional football career.

He represented South Australia 15 times, was selected for the All-Australian Team, and was inducted into two Halls of Fame — one in his home state of South Australia and another in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales.

A successful author, he has a long and varied media career that includes work in newspapers, television, and radio, as well as travel the world to cover most of the world's major sporting events, including the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, Wimbledon, the Americas Cup, the Masters Golf Tournament, the US Open and British Open Golf, first class cricket, the Australian Open Tennis, and of course the Australian Football League (AFL).

Jenny comes from a different world and a different culture, having been born in Chennai, India, and having travelled widely around the Indian subcontinent with her family.

Due to the fact that her father was a doctor who also served as a Wing Commander in the Indian Air Force, she and her family were on the move almost continuously.

Jenny studied literature and political science at the University of Bangalore, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree.

In Adelaide, Geoff had been working in the media for 25 years and Jenny had been working as a teacher when they were approached about the business possibility there.

A tradesman who Geoff did not recognise described it to him on a dusty block of concrete that served as the foundation for an addition to their home.

Jenny was completely uninterested in the experiment, however Geoff was intrigued and thought, "What if it works?" With two children and a full-time job, as well as Geoff's shift work and frequent travel outside of Australia, "time" was a major concern. However, after nine months of starting, they had completely replaced Jenny's teaching income, and 24 months later, they had completely replaced Geoff's salary.

This provided them with the opportunity to make diverse decisions.

As Geoff explains, "The training and support structure helped us become more aware of our own potential."

In terms of personal growth and improvement, it gave us with the tools we needed — as individuals, as parents, and as friends.”

According to Geoff, it was one of those tools, Napoleon Hill's book "Think and Grow Rich," that was a crucial signpost to show him the way - an alternative path to attaining financial security and financial independence.

A tremendous influence on their lives has been exerted by the company.

During their lifetime, they have witnessed the development of a multi-billion dollar industry that has allowed them to travel the world – and to places that most people can only dream of visiting, including cities and countries such as Hawaiian Islands and New York, Paris and London, the Caribbean, Mauritius and the United States of America. They have also visited Disneyland in California and India

Being away from Macklin, the Harris' first grandchild, is even less appealing.

Their biggest fear is being away from their children, Kevin and Tamsine (Diamonds in the making) and Joanne and Ole, Macklin's parents.

Joanne spoils her firstborn, but Leonie's shopping sprees now include worldwide baby fashion retailers!

Basil and Leonie are dreaming. It was this vision that propelled them forward from London to Sydney, Singapore to New York, and throughout Australia and SA.

Leonie's passion is her company and she enjoys spending time with her family: her husband, children, and grandchildren.

She has utilised her business to reach out to others and assist them alter their lives, both economically and in terms of freedom to raise a family and live a good life.

One of the most inspiring aspects of his business and lifestyle is his commitment to share success and knowledge with everybody, regardless of ethnicity, education level, or religious orientation.

It doesn't matter who you are or what you can become to him or Leonie.

The Harrises are in love.

Their personalities naturally lead to leadership and sharing their accomplishment.

They realise the value of thinking big, working hard, and staying focused. Their point? Go for it, Diamond. [1]

Grace, Peter & Beth Amway

 Grace, Peter & Beth Amway

It was in May 1983 when Peter and Beth Grace launched their Amway business. They achieved Diamond status in 1992, after nine years of hard work.

They are a member of the McKenna LOS and reside in the city of Victoria. They are the proud parents of three beautiful children, Hayley, Thomas, and Nicholas.

Currently in her first year of university, Hayley is studying business, Tom is in year 10, and Nick is in year eight.

A Case Study in Success

Immediately following their marriage in 1982, Peter was employed as a plasterer in the construction sector, while Beth was employed as an accounts clerk with a prominent advertising agency.

Particularly striking to Peter was his realisation that some of his co-workers who had been in the industry for a longer period of time were not living any better lives than he was; they were simply older and doing the same job.

Pete returned to night school at that point, believing that increasing his degree would be the answer to their financial woes in the near future.

It was during that year 1983 that they were introduced to the sales and marketing plan, and Peter recognised the potential from the beginning.

Beth, while not dismissive, expressed some scepticism and expressed a willingness to "see how things go."

It didn't take long for Beth to become a member after she attended a few of the early events.

The fact that it took us seven months to register our first IBO proves that we were neither world-beaters or record-breakers.

Having attended a winter conference in the United States, we realised that we had what it takes, but that we just needed to get our act together.”

“We reached the 7500-point level in three years, and after five years, Beth decided to leave her job to be a full-time mother.”

Peter retired after eight years of service after they reached the Diamond level, when he was 32 years old! .

What a fantastic offer!! Working a little harder for 8 years to recoup 33 years of his working life, what a bargain!!”, exclaims Peter.

“We now have three children: Hayley (20), Tom (18), and Nick (16).

We adore owning a business that allows us to be full-time parents while still taking advantage of all the wonderful opportunities that time and money can give.

Because of this opportunity, we have been able to accomplish and experience things that we would never have been able to do or experience had we remained doing what we were doing.”

Amway Corporation is a multi-level marketing organization that specializes in the sale of health, beauty, and home care products. Grace Amway, Peter Amway, and Beth Amway are three individuals that are affiliated with the Amway Corporation. Grace Amway is married to Steve Van Andel, who is the son of Amway co-founder Jay Van Andel. Grace Amway is also an Amway co-founder. She has been active with the Grand Rapids Symphony, the Van Andel Institute, and the West Michigan Sports Commission, and she has been on the board of directors of the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Foundation at one point.

Rich DeVos, one of the company's co-founders, is the father of Amway's current CEO, Peter Amway. Peter, much like his father, has been involved in a variety of business endeavors, one of which being the ownership of the Orlando Magic basketball franchise, which competes in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Peter is also well-known for his work in the charitable sector, and over the course of his life, he has contributed millions of dollars to various charities. He has been active in groups such as the American Heart Association, the United Way of America, and the Boy Scouts of America.

They are striving toward making a good influence on the areas in which they live as well as the globe as a whole through the philanthropic work that they do and their involvement in the Amway Corporation.

Chamberlain, Ian & Yvonne Amway

 Chamberlain, Ian & Yvonne

Ian and Yvonne were working very hard in numerous jobs simply to pay the bills about 30 years ago. “We were working nine jobs between us and it still wasn’t enough!” explains Yvonne.

They had three tiny children and could only hope this enterprise would work.

There wasn’t a pattern or a support system when they got started as the business was new in Australia.

This meant that even though they were able to build a respectable income, they still felt like they were self-employed rather than being business owners.

“The system produced an environment that allowed us to grow as humans.

We discovered that you could take control of your ideas and construct your own future.

It gave us an environment where we could associate with other successful people, become free ourselves and help others to do the same” explains Yvonne.

“Today we get an unbelievable sense of satisfaction knowing that we have an opportunity to contribute - a method for others to find their possibilities and to succeed.

We appreciate being able to suggest an atmosphere for growth, challenge, great personal benefits and the endless potential for everyone to fulfill their dreams”.

Ian says, “I believe it is the satisfaction of knowing that you can play a part in assisting others to achieve.

There is definitely a huge sense of fulfilment in assisting others”.

Ian and Yvonne see that this business opportunity has never been as great as it is today.

“Today’s kids have such a potential to make a difference in the world with our business’s unique combination of products, coaching, mentorship, proven training system, and use of modern communications technology”, adds Yvonne.

Ian says, “The potential of this business is significantly bigger than anything that has previously been done. It is easier to create this business today than ever before”.

The Amway Corporation is one of the most successful multi-level marketing (MLM) organizations in the world, and Ian and Yvonne Chamberlain are both successful Independent Business Owners (IBOs) inside the Amway organization.

The Chamberlain family is originally from the United Kingdom, and they became Amway distributors in the middle of the 1990s. They rapidly became some of the most successful distributors in the company and worked their way up through the ranks. In addition to his abilities as a leader, Ian is well-known for his competence in the areas of sales and marketing. In addition to serving as a mentor to a large number of Independent Business Owners (IBOs), he is responsible for the development of a large number of Amway's training and leadership programs. Yvonne has a strong reputation for her knowledge of beauty and skincare items, and she is credited with developing a number of Amway's most effective marketing methods for these categories of goods.

The Chamberlain family as a unit has established an excellent network of Independent Business Owners (IBOs) inside Amway, and the corporation has acknowledged them for their achievements. They have reached the pinnacle of success in the Amway business by earning the prestigious Founders Crown Ambassador honor. This award represents the highest level of accomplishment possible.

The Chamberlains, like other successful IBOs within Amway, have been subjected to criticism from individuals who regard the multi-level marketing industry as a pyramid scheme. Some people believe that the only Amway distributors that make big profits are the company's top distributors, while the bulk of IBOs struggle to make enough money to support themselves. The Chamberlains, on the other hand, have been vocal in their support of the Amway business model, believing that it paves the road for individuals to attain both financial success and personal development.

The Chamberlain family has achieved a great deal of success within Amway, and in addition to this, they are actively involved in charitable endeavors. They have provided financial assistance to a number of philanthropic groups, including those whose missions center on advancing educational opportunities, medical treatment, and social welfare. In addition, they have been honored and presented with a number of accolades due to the significant contributions they have made to the community in which they live.

Together, Ian and Yvonne have been married for more than 40 years, and they credit their success in Amway to their ability to work together and have a common goal. They have reiterated numerous times the significance of establishing objectives and creating a game plan in order to achieve success in the Amway industry.

To summarize, Ian and Yvonne Chamberlain are both successful Independent Business Owners (IBOs) working for the Amway Corporation. They have accomplished the greatest levels of success within the organization and have developed an incredible network of independent business owners. They have defended the Amway business model and its capacity to create possibilities for individuals to achieve financial success and personal growth, despite the fact that the multi-level marketing sector as a whole has been the target of criticism over the years. In addition to this, they are interested in charitable activities and have made major contributions to the community in which they live.

45 FAA Credits Amway

In 1998, none of the Amway distributors had attained the level of Founders Crown Ambassador at the 40th degree of advancement. At that time, the sole recognition available for achieving 40 FAA points was the Founders Distinguished Service Award.

However, when Yager, Dexter, and Birdie reached 45 FAA points, the Corporation responded by raising the level to that level. Subsequently, they introduced the levels of 50 FAA Credits for Yager, Dexter & Birdie, and Kaoru Nakajima, and 55 FAA Credits for the rest of the team.

All of this occurred before the release of the Founders Crown Ambassador 40+ pin series in the United States. The team's achievements were acknowledged as 45 FAA Credits, 50 FAA Credits, and 55 FAA Credits, respectively.

Amway is a well-known multi-level marketing company that offers a wide range of products in health, beauty, and home care categories. One of the key features of the Amway business model is the reward system that offers various bonuses and incentives to its distributors. One such incentive is the FAA (Founders Achievement Award) Credits, which are given to distributors who meet certain sales and recruitment goals.

In this article, we will provide a detailed overview of the 45 FAA Credits Amway, covering the following questions: what are FAA Credits, when can you earn them, where can you earn them, which qualifications do you need, why are they important, and how can you earn them.

What are FAA Credits?

FAA Credits in Amway refer to the measurement system used to track the progress of distributors within the Amway sales and marketing program. FAA stands for Functionally Accredited Amway Business Owner, and the FAA Credits are earned based on a distributor's personal sales volume and the sales volume of their downline organization.

Each product sold by an Amway distributor has a point value assigned to it, and these points are used to determine the total sales volume for the distributor and their downline organization. A distributor must meet certain FAA Credit requirements to advance to higher levels within the Amway program and earn additional benefits and rewards.

For example, a distributor must earn 100 FAA Credits to become a Silver Producer, 250 FAA Credits to become a Gold Producer, and 750 FAA Credits to become a Founders Platinum. The highest level in the Amway program is the Founders Crown Ambassador, which requires a minimum of 45 FAA Credits.

Earning FAA Credits is not just about personal sales, but also about developing and mentoring a successful downline organization. Distributors must work closely with their team members to help them achieve their own sales goals and build their own downline organizations.

FAA Credits are an important metric for Amway distributors, as they represent not only their own success but also the success of their entire downline organization. By achieving higher FAA Credit levels, distributors can earn greater rewards and recognition within the Amway program. When can you earn FAA Credits?

FAA Credits are earned in a 12-month period from September 1st to August 31st of the following year. In other words, if you achieve the required targets during this period, you can earn FAA Credits. The credits are then used to calculate bonuses that are paid out in the following year.

Where can you earn FAA Credits?

FAA Credits are an integral part of the Amway business, as they represent a measure of an individual's personal and professional development within the organization. In order to qualify for different levels of recognition, an Amway business owner must earn a certain number of FAA Credits.

But where can you earn FAA Credits? There are several ways to accumulate FAA Credits within the Amway organization. Here are some of the most common methods:

1. Attending events:

Attending Amway events such as seminars, conferences, and rallies can earn an individual FAA Credits. These events are designed to provide business owners with valuable training, networking opportunities, and motivation to help them succeed in their business.

2. Completing online training:

Amway offers a wide range of online training programs designed to help business owners improve their skills and knowledge. Completing these courses can earn an individual FAA Credits, and is a great way to learn at your own pace.

3. Reading books:

Reading Amway-approved books on topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development can also earn an individual FAA Credits. This encourages business owners to continuously learn and grow, both personally and professionally.

4. Mentoring others:

As an Amway business owner, mentoring and helping others grow their business is an important aspect of the job. When a mentor helps their downline achieve specific milestones, such as reaching a certain sales volume or achieving a new pin level, they can earn FAA Credits.

5. Achieving sales milestones:

Selling Amway products is a key component of the business, and achieving specific sales milestones can earn an individual FAA Credits. For example, reaching $500 or $1,000 in sales volume in a single month can earn an individual one or two FAA Credits, respectively.

Overall, earning FAA Credits requires a combination of attending events, completing training programs, reading books, mentoring others, and achieving sales milestones. By doing so, Amway business owners can demonstrate their commitment to personal and professional growth, and work towards achieving higher levels of recognition within the organization.Which qualifications do you need to earn FAA Credits?

To earn FAA Credits, you need to achieve specific sales and recruitment targets during the 12-month period. The requirements may vary depending on your level in the Amway business, ranging from Silver Producer to Crown Ambassador. Typically, the targets are set based on the volume of sales and the number of new distributors you sponsor into the business.

Why are FAA Credits important?

FAA Credits, or "Function Attendance Approval" Credits, are an essential component of the Amway business model. These credits are earned by attending various functions, including seminars, rallies, and other training events. The FAA system was created to promote attendance at these functions, which are designed to help Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs) improve their knowledge, skills, and motivation.

But why are FAA Credits important? There are several reasons why earning FAA Credits is crucial for success in the Amway business.

Firstly, FAA Credits help to keep IBOs motivated and engaged in the Amway business. Attending functions and earning credits provides a sense of accomplishment and progress. It helps IBOs to track their progress towards achieving their goals and aspirations.

Secondly, attending functions is essential for networking and building relationships with other IBOs. Building a supportive community of like-minded individuals can provide valuable support, encouragement, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

Thirdly, attending functions is a crucial component of personal and professional development. These events are designed to provide training, education, and guidance on various aspects of the Amway business, from product knowledge to marketing strategies. By attending these events, IBOs can learn from successful leaders and apply their knowledge and skills to their own businesses.

Fourthly, FAA Credits can help IBOs to achieve higher levels of recognition and advancement within the Amway business. The FAA system is used to determine eligibility for certain awards and bonuses, such as the Founders Crown Ambassador 40+ pin series. These awards not only recognize IBOs' achievements but also provide additional motivation to strive for success.

Finally, FAA Credits are an indication of commitment and dedication to the Amway business. By attending functions and earning credits, IBOs demonstrate that they are invested in their businesses and are willing to put in the effort to succeed. This commitment can inspire confidence in potential customers and team members and lead to long-term success.

In summary, FAA Credits are a crucial part of the Amway business model. They provide motivation, networking opportunities, personal and professional development, recognition, and a sense of commitment and dedication. Attending functions and earning FAA Credits is an essential component of success in the Amway business.

How can you earn FAA Credits?

In the Amway business, FAA (Founders Achievement Award) Credits are a measure of an individual's progress towards achieving the highest levels of success within the company.
