Mr. Chandra Sekharan & C Krishnaveni were born in a very successful business family. Krishnaveni is a house wife. When they initially started and maintained multiple business, they never heard about something like franchise business or about amway business. They were introduced to amway business opportunity by Founders Diamond Kalaivani G & Ganesh Kumar.


Having been brought up from business background, they faced downtrend in their traditional business that was run by his father. It led to huge financial crisis in their family from 1982 to 1992. Founders Diamonds Abdul Aziz and Sleha

Abdul Aziz and Sleha are founders diamonds in Amway Malaysia Market from August 2008. They reached Founder Diamonds on August 2008. On October 1979 they started with Amway Malaysia.

In the year May 1980 they became direct distributor. Abdul aziz and Sleha became ruby in the year December 1980. They reached the Emerald level in the year March 1982. They became diamonds in  August 1984.  They reached Founders Diamond in the year August 2008.


In the field of multi-level marketing (MLM), and more specifically within the Amway community, Abdul Aziz and Sleha are well-known people who have played important roles. They are a husband and couple duo that have reached the renowned Founders Diamond level in the Amway compensation plan. The different Amway recognition levels are as follows:

Founders Crown Ambaasador

A Founders Crown Ambaasador is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored 20 legs, each of which was at the 21% performance bonus level for all 12 months of the performance year or is a Diamond Bonus Recipient who has achieved 30 FAA Points.

Founders Double Diamond

A Founders Double Diamond is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored 12 legs, each of which was at the 21% Performance  Bonus level for all  12  months of the performance year, or is a Diamond Bonus Recipient who has achieved 16 FAA Points.

Crown Ambaasador

A Crown Ambaasador is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored  20  legs,  each  of  which  was  at  the  21% performance bonus  level  for  at least  6  months  of  the performance year or is a Diamond Bonus Recipient who has achieved 27 FAA Points.

Founders Crown

A Founders Crown is  a  qualified  Platinum  who  has sponsored  18  legs,  each  of  which  was  at  the  21% performance  bonus  level  for  all  12  months  of  the performance year or is a Diamond bonus Recipient who has achieved 25 FAA Points.

Crown

A Crown is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored 18 legs, each of which was at the 21% performance bonus level for at least 6 months of the performance year or is a Diamond bonus Recipient who has achieved 22 FAA Points.

Founders Triple Diamond

A Founders Triple Diamond is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored 15 legs, each of which was at the 21% performance  bonus  level  for  all  12  months  of the performance year or is a Diamond bonus Recipient who has achieved 20 FAA Points.

Triple Diamond

Triple  Diamond  is  a  qualified  Platinum  who  has sponsored  15  legs,  each  of  which  was  at  the  21% Performance  bonus  level  for  at  least  6  months  of  the performance year or is a Diamond bonus Recipient who has achieved 18 FAA Points.

Double Diamond

Double  Diamond  is  a  qualified  Platinum  who  has sponsored  12  legs,  each  of  which  was  at  the  21% Performance  Bonus  level  for  at  least  6  months  of  the performance year or is a Diamond Bonus Recipient who has achieved 14 FAA Points.


Founders Executive Diamond

Founders Executive Diamond  is  a  qualified  Platinum who  has  sponsored  9  legs,  each  of  which  was  at  the 21% Performance Bonus level for all 12 months of the performance year or is a Diamond Bonus Recipient who has achieved 12 FAA Points.

Executive Diamond

An Executive Diamond is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored  9  legs,  each  of  which  was  at  the  21% Performance  bonus  level  for  at  least  6  months  of  the performance year or is a Diamond Bonus Recipient who has achieved 10 FAA Points.

Founders Diamond

Founders  Diamond  is  a  qualified  Platinum  who  has sponsored  6  legs,  each  of  which  was  at  the  21% Performance  bonus  level  for  all  12  months  of  the performance year or is a Diamond bonus Recipient who has achieved 8 FAA Points.

Diamond

A Diamond is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored 6 legs, each of which was at the 21% Performance Bonus level for at least 6 months of the performance year.

Founders Emerald

A  Founders  Emerald  is  a  qualified  Platinum  who  has sponsored  3  legs,  each  of  which  was  at  the  21% performance  bonus  level  for  all  12  months  of  the performance year.

Emerald

An Emerald is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored 3 legs, each of which was at the 21% performance bonus level for at least 6 months of the performance year.

Founders Sapphire

A  Founders  Sapphire  is  a  qualified  Platinum  who  has sponsored 2 domestic 21% legs in the same month, for all 12 months in a performance year, whilst maintaining 4000 personal Group PV or has a third 21% leg in the absence of 4000 GPV in any month.

Sapphire

A Sapphire is a qualified Platinum who has sponsored 2 domestic 21% legs in the same month, for 6 months in a performance year, whilst maintaining 4000 personal Group PV or has a third 21% leg in the absence of 4000 GPV in any month.

Founders Ruby

A  Founders  Ruby  is  a  qualified  Platinum  who  has maintained 20,000 Personal Group PV for all 12 months in a performance year in market.


Founders Platinum

A Founders Platinum has attained 12 qualifying months at  the  Silver  Producer  Level  as  defined  in  the  Amway Business manual for all 12 months in a performance year in market.

Ruby

A Ruby is a qualified Platinum who has attained  at least 20,000 Personal Group PV in any one month during the performance year in market.

Platinum

A  Platinum  has  attained  6  qualifying  months  at  that Silver Producer Level as defined in the Amway Business manual, at least 3 of which are consecutive.

Silver Producer

A  Silver  Producer  has  attained  a  qualifying  month  at 21% as defined in the Amway Business Manual.

Gold Producer

A Gold Producer has attained three qualifying months at  the  Silver  Producer  Level  as  defined  in  the  Amway Business Manual.

Amway is recognized as one of the most successful direct selling companies in the world. The company was established in 1959 by Jay Van Andel and Rich DeVos. Distributors of Amway are provided with a number of different degrees of recognition as part of the company's business plan in order to stimulate and incentivize them to expand their businesses.

Personal Volume (PV)

A distributor who has reached this level of recognition is eligible to receive incentives and commissions based on the sales of their downline organization.

Ruby

A distributor needs to have at least 100 PV and 6 qualified legs before they can be promoted to the Ruby tier. A distributor who has reached this level of recognition is eligible to earn additional incentives and commissions based on the sales of their downline organization.

Sapphire

A distributor needs to have at least 100 PV and 9 qualifying legs in order to advance to the Sapphire level. A distributor who has achieved this level of recognition is eligible to earn even more incentives and commissions based on the sales of their downline organization.

Emerald

A distributor needs to have at least 100 PV and 12 qualifying legs in order to advance to the Emerald level. A distributor who has achieved this level of recognition is eligible to receive increased incentives and commissions based on the sales of their downline organization.

Diamond

A distributor needs to have at least 100 PV and 15 qualifying legs in order to get to the Diamond level. A distributor who has reached this level of recognition is eligible to receive the greatest possible bonuses and commissions based on the sales of their downline organization.

Founders Platinum

A specific level of recognition known as Founders Platinum is awarded to Amway distributors who were instrumental in the company's early days and helped launch other distributors' Amway businesses. In order for a distributor to reach this level, they need to have at least 100 PV and 6 legs, each of which needs to have at least 750 PV.

Founders Sapphire Founders The Sapphire level of special recognition is a level of achievement that is awarded to Amway distributors who were instrumental in the company's early days and helped others launch their own Amway businesses. In order for a distributor to reach this level, they need to have at least 100 PV and 9 legs, each of which needs to have at least 750 PV.

Founders Emerald

The Founders Emerald level is the highest possible special recognition level, and it is only given to Amway distributors who were instrumental in the company's early days and helped others launch their own Amway businesses. In order for a distributor to reach this level, they need to have at least 100 PV and 12 legs, each of which needs to have at least 750 PV.

In addition to the recognition levels described above, Amway also provides its distributors with a wide range of other incentives and awards, such as trips, vehicles, and numerous other prizes.

In conclusion, the Amway recognition levels provide as a driver and an incentive for distributors to expand their businesses and achieve greater degrees of success in their endeavors. Although reaching these levels of recognition can be difficult at times, it is not impossible to do so if one is willing to put in a lot of effort, is dedicated to their work, and has a strong desire to be successful.
