Do You Know Any Amway Diamonds Who Quit?

You might have heard about Amway Diamonds Who Quit. But have you ever seen anyone in reality quitting Amway business? I have done a case study of few diamonds who are out of Amway business. I figured out that one way or the other, they did not obey the rules and regulations laid down by Amway corporation. When they talk to public about why I left Amway, they will always blame the corporate and they will never accept the mistake on their part.

I saw one of the posts in reddit.com where one of the persons who quit Amway has expressed his/her concerns. The statement mentioned is:

I started back in March of 2012 and it actually took the 3 times before someone convinced me to get started with my own Amway business. 9 months later, tonight, I watched the Dateline NBC special on Quixtar/Amway and I am shocked that they suckered me into such a huge scam. I guess this could be a AMA but more importantly, I want people to know how seriously deceptive Amway, Quixtar, Alticor, LTD, or any other names they use.
Even though the above experience is negative, every individual has their own perceptions and we must always value their opinion.

Former Amway Diamonds

Amway is a multi-level marketing company that offers a variety of products, including health and beauty items, home care products, and dietary supplements. One of the goals of Amway is to create a business opportunity for people who want to build their own network marketing business. To achieve this, Amway offers its representatives, or Independent Business Owners (IBOs), the chance to earn commission on the products they sell and on the sales made by the people they recruit.

One of the highest levels that an Amway IBO can achieve is that of a Diamond. Becoming a Diamond in Amway requires a significant amount of effort, dedication, and time. It involves building a large and successful business network of IBOs, as well as consistently meeting sales targets.

Former Amway Diamonds are individuals who have achieved the rank of Diamond in Amway, but have since left the company. These individuals are often referred to as "Former Diamonds" or "Ex-Diamonds." There are a variety of reasons why someone might leave Amway after achieving the rank of Diamond. Some may feel that they have achieved their goals and no longer need to be a part of the business, while others may have had a negative experience with the company or may have found a better opportunity elsewhere.

Despite leaving the company, many former Amway Diamonds continue to have a significant impact on the MLM industry. They often use their experience and knowledge to create their own businesses or to help others build successful network marketing businesses. Some former Diamonds have even gone on to become industry leaders in their own right.

One of the most well-known former Amway Diamonds is Orrin Woodward. Woodward was a Diamond in Amway for several years before leaving the company in 2007 to start his own network marketing company, LIFE Leadership. Woodward has since become a highly respected figure in the industry, and his company has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing network marketing businesses in North America.

Another notable former Amway Diamond is Dexter Yager. Yager was a Diamond in Amway for over 40 years before retiring from the company in 2004. During his time with Amway, Yager was one of the company's top earners and helped to build a large and successful network of IBOs. After leaving Amway, Yager continued to be involved in the MLM industry and became a sought-after speaker and trainer.

Other former Amway Diamonds include Ron Puryear, who left the company in the early 1990s to start his own network marketing company, and Randy Haugen, who left Amway in 2005 to start his own online business.

In conclusion, former Amway Diamonds are individuals who have achieved a high level of success in the MLM industry but have since moved on from the company. These individuals often continue to be involved in the industry and use their experience and knowledge to help others build successful network marketing businesses. While they may no longer be a part of Amway, their impact on the MLM industry continues to be felt today.

List of Resigned or Amway Diamonds Who Quit

Here is the collection (database) of amway diamonds and above who are currently inactive in Amway business (amway diamonds terminated). Let's not make it too complicated and think in the normal layman's terms. If the business is not good or not working well, why the current leaders with diamonds above did not quit and they still continue. The list of active leaders are very high compared to the list of leaders who are inactive.

You can look at the list of diamonds here: Amway Diamonds

The average income of a diamond per year is $590,928. If I am given an opportunity to quit a business with $590,928 income a year, I will decline the offer. Because, the diamond's income is residual in nature and it is a royalty income. I will always maintain the income and start a new venture. I will not quit instantly and start another business from scratch.

Let Us See What is Amway Diamonds Income ?

A diamond in Amway is a qualified platinum with 6 platinum legs. It means, as per the royalty income structure, every platinum must have done minimum of 10 Lakhs of business (10,000 PV). Hence, the total turnover of the team would have been 10 L x 6 teams. So, 60 L is the monthly turnover of the team. 20 percent of 60 L is the royalty income for the diamond. The royalty income is 20 thousand from each platinum. Hence, the monthly income is 20 x 6 = 120,000.

The above mentioned is only performance incentive. There are few more incomes. They are:

1. Amway Growth Incentive
2. Diamond Incentive
3. Retail profit if any.
4. Differential Commission.

Amway Diamonds Where are They Now?

Many former Amway Diamonds have continued to be successful and influential in the network marketing industry, even after leaving Amway. Here are a few examples of where some former Amway Diamonds are now:

1. Orrin Woodward - Woodward left Amway in 2007 and went on to found his own network marketing company, LIFE Leadership. He has since become a highly respected figure in the industry and has authored several books on leadership and personal development.

2. Dexter Yager - Yager retired from Amway in 2004 after more than 40 years with the company. He continued to be involved in the MLM industry and was a sought-after speaker and trainer until his passing in 2019.

3. Ron Puryear - Puryear left Amway in the early 1990s to start his own network marketing company, World Wide Dream Builders. He has since become a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist, and has donated millions of dollars to various charities and causes.

4. Randy Haugen - Haugen left Amway in 2005 to start his own online business, ProJoba International. He has since built a successful network marketing business and is a recognized leader in the industry.

5. Shane and Dana Douglas - The Douglas' were Amway Diamonds before leaving the company to start their own network marketing business, ACN. They have since become some of the top earners in the industry and are known for their philanthropic efforts through their charity organization, the Shane Douglas Foundation.

These are just a few examples of former Amway Diamonds who have continued to be successful and influential in the MLM industry. Despite leaving Amway, many former Diamonds have taken the skills and experience they gained with the company and used them to build their own successful businesses and help others do the same.

Why Some Amway Diamonds Terminated?

Amway is a multi-level marketing company that offers its Independent Business Owners (IBOs) the opportunity to build their own business and earn income through the sale of Amway products. The highest level an IBO can achieve in Amway is that of a Diamond, which requires significant effort, dedication, and sales success. While many Diamonds have achieved great success with Amway, some have been terminated from the company. Here are some reasons why some Amway Diamonds have been terminated:

1. Violation of Policies and Procedures

One of the most common reasons for termination among Amway Diamonds is the violation of the company's policies and procedures. These policies and procedures are put in place to ensure that IBOs conduct their business ethically and in compliance with the law. Some Diamonds have been terminated for engaging in deceptive or illegal practices, such as making false claims about Amway products or using pyramid schemes to recruit new IBOs.

2. Failure to Meet Sales Quotas

Another reason why some Amway Diamonds have been terminated is due to their failure to meet sales quotas. Amway requires its IBOs to meet certain sales targets in order to maintain their status and earn commission. If a Diamond fails to meet these targets for an extended period of time, they may be subject to termination.

3. Disruptive Behavior

Amway expects its IBOs to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Diamonds who engage in disruptive behavior, such as verbal or physical abuse towards other IBOs, may be terminated from the company.

4. Unauthorized Use of Trademarks or Intellectual Property

Amway has strict policies regarding the use of its trademarks and intellectual property. Diamonds who use these materials without permission or in violation of these policies may be terminated from the company.

5. Failure to Adhere to Amway's Code of Conduct

Amway expects its IBOs to adhere to a strict code of conduct that includes ethical behavior, respect for others, and compliance with the law. Diamonds who violate this code of conduct may be terminated from the company.

While many Amway Diamonds have achieved great success with the company, some have been terminated for various reasons. These reasons can range from violating the company's policies and procedures to failing to meet sales quotas or engaging in disruptive behavior. Amway has strict policies in place to ensure that its IBOs conduct their business ethically and in compliance with the law, and Diamonds who fail to adhere to these policies may be subject to termination.

Amway Diamond Divorce

Amway is a multi-level marketing company that offers individuals the opportunity to build their own business and earn income through the sale of Amway products. For many Amway Diamonds, their business is not just a way to earn money, but it is also a significant part of their personal lives. As such, when a Diamond couple goes through a divorce, it can have significant consequences not only for their personal lives but also for their Amway business. Here are some potential issues that can arise when an Amway Diamond couple goes through a divorce:

1. Division of Assets

One of the most significant issues that arise when a Diamond couple goes through a divorce is the division of assets. This can be particularly challenging for Diamonds who have built their Amway business together, as the business may be considered a marital asset. Determining the value of the business and how it will be divided can be a complex process that may require the assistance of legal and financial professionals.

2. Disruption of Business Operations

A divorce can also disrupt the day-to-day operations of an Amway business. If one or both of the Diamond couple is heavily involved in the business, they may need to take time off to deal with the divorce proceedings. This can impact the business's sales and growth and can even cause the loss of downline IBOs.

3. Potential Loss of Downline IBOs

When a Diamond couple goes through a divorce, their downline IBOs may become confused and uncertain about the future of the business. This can lead to a loss of downline IBOs, which can have a significant impact on the business's sales and growth. Maintaining open communication with downline IBOs and addressing their concerns can help mitigate the risk of losing downline IBOs.

4. Emotional Distress

A divorce can be an emotionally challenging time for anyone, and this is no different for Amway Diamonds. The emotional distress that comes with a divorce can impact their ability to focus on their business and may even cause them to temporarily step back from the business altogether.

In conclusion, when an Amway Diamond couple goes through a divorce, there can be significant consequences for both their personal lives and their Amway business. Dividing assets, disruption of business operations, potential loss of downline IBOs, and emotional distress are just a few of the issues that can arise. It is important for Diamonds going through a divorce to seek the advice of legal and financial professionals and to maintain open communication with their downline IBOs to minimize the impact on their business.

  3. The Scrivens, Gregorys et al did not 'quit', they were sacked by Amway when the govt investigation into tools got too hot. As they had many years at Emerald and Diamond why are they Scrivens and their former senior downlines still scrabbling about with low-rent MLMs? They should have had an absolute fortune stashed away in the Nationwide, surely? I think you'd find that the high incomes 'guaranteed' at Emerald and Diamond aren't nearly as good in reality.

  4. The $590k income you spoke about is for a founder's diamond and not your run of the mill diamonds. I might add that founder's diamonds are very rare and make up only a small percentage of all the diamonds in Amway.

  6. And the income you receive from Amway is not a royalty as if you starred in a movie or TV series and the income is created from future sales of dvds or from syndication of the series. You must generate enough volume on a monthly basis in order to receive your Amway bonuses. If you "walk away" and your volume shrinks, so does your income.

Since many people quit Amway very frequently, your income can shrink up very very fast.

Diamonds who "quit or resign" are not forgoing any income. They quit or resign because they aren't making any money from Amway. Nobody would quit or resign if the big checks were still coming in.

  7. Fake news. Just sat in on a great meeting with John Donovan. He definitely didn't quit.

  8. Two Points:
    (1) Some Amway big pins have facebook accounts; however, if you go on them, the last posts are usually so old (sometimes years old), that you wonder what's up. If there is so much unbelievable success in this business, don't you think they would be posting it on facebook, over and over again to showcase the great success and attract people to them. Well, I guess that is a revealing reality about the low success in the AW business. Not enough to even keep a facebooker posting. But, hey..."Go Diamond! Woohoo!!"
    (2) I was in Amway for quite a few years, actually an embarrassingly long time. In all that time, and up to now, I have never seen an Amway big pin that actually was able to walk away from the daily grind of the Amway business, and have secure freedom (perhaps except for the few that got in in the 1970's and early 1980's). In fact, what I experienced was that the big pins have to keep on hustling the business day in and day out forever in order to not lose what they have, and possibly keep growing. They went from a 8-5 JOB (and time with family and money to do stuff), to a 24-hours-a-day/7-days-a-week constant never ending job of recruiting, selling, and motivating (with very little time for family (quality time anyway) and sometimes money, but not secure without endless great effort to maintain it).
I saw a few go emerald or diamond, but miss out on the best years of their children's lives, because they had to leave the house in the evenings and weekends to "show the plan", make contacts, and hustle the business. Because they were dedicated to the business, with some dream of time in the future with family, which may have come, but far too late to enjoy it with the kids anymore. You know, the kids are at school during the day, and the dad is out building the business at night and on weekends, so where is all that free time with the kids.
I saw very sharp, well spoken Emeralds quit their jobs (dancing on the Board Room table on their "retirement" day)to be full time in Amway, and then, a few years later either go back to a job or start another "regular" business, to make enough money to live again. And face the embarrassment and disappointment of that in front of their children. My gosh. And I've seen Diamonds, move out of the smaller house in a very expensive neighborhood, to a larger house, but way out in an inexpensive suburb, and claim it was the Amway income that let them get this "dream house", which was actually less expensive than the smaller house in the awesome neighborhood.
In Amway, you will be living a "smoke and mirrors" life, with a never ending job of contacting, recruiting, and selling.
There may be money.....maybe. But endless secure freedom, not on your life.

    2. Or....work 40+ years for someone else dreams, not yours, watch a lot of TV, and retire poor or almost poor. I do prefer have the hope and live happy helping others and reading books, and dreaming, and using great products!. But that's just me.

    3. Been thinking about Amway lately, listening to The Drop Out. Im pretty sure Betsy DeVos gave Homes 100 million dollars! That was a scam, Amway was juxt hard work.I was in 30 years ago, worked hard but didnt really get too far. To keep a small income was a lot of effort. I did take the lessons though and turn that into millions. Yes I work long ours and no my income is not royalty but I have reached most of my realistic goals, CARS HOUSE ETC with the lessons I learned. Now the only people living a dream as sold by up line sales people, nowadays, are drug dealers or scammers and Ive met a few.

  10. The Holidays are on the Executive Diamond list (see the MENU option) and Beverly Sallee is listed under Crown. Seems like an old list to me. I know some of those folks are OOB.

  11. Once you reach Diamond its not a 7 day a week job as someone posted above, unless you want it to be. A Diamonds time is motivating those emeralds pearls and directs in his downline to reach the Diamond level too. Occasionally a Diamond probably does scribble the plan out on a napkin to someone they run into that is curious but they aren’t running the streets looking for new contacts like they probably did starting out. Diamonds are attending conventions and having their successful downlines over to enjoy family time at their homes, on their boats or on vacations together.
