Amway Cuts 900 Jobs, Mostly from Ada Headquarters

We begin this afternoon with breaking news Amway is laying off 900 people the majority at its world headquarters in Ada. In a memo to employees, Amway called the decision a painful and difficult part of a massive organizational restructuring that's been in the works for at least seven months in addition to the layoffs of more than one thousand employees many of whom we're considering leaving anyway will be offered a voluntary separation program.

The majority of the job cuts will take place between July and the end of the year 2021.

Hello and welcome to all of you. Today I came in front of you taking a new topic. Today I will share with you how we can share a business plan in just 5 minutes with our new prospects and with our team. 

I do not take long to share business plans with you. I request you to subscribe to my channel and press the bell icon so that you keep getting new updates. So let's start. In the traditional market, there is a manufacturer, there is a consumer. Any item is made here at 40% price and reaches 100% of the consumer.

60% of the middle money goes to the distributor retailer Whole seller and the Advertisement.  

These people distribute 60% of the money among themselves. 

Amway company says we are manufacturers, you are the customer. We will also make any goods in 40% price and will give you 100% price.

What will happen now?

60% of the middle money will be removed from these people and give to you. You just start two jobs. Use and share our products.

So you can earn this 60% money. Now, this was 60% of the money, we will get it in three ways:

12-15% Retail Margin. Other than this, we will start getting a 3% to 21% Performance Bonus, and other than this, we will start getting the Leadership Commission of 6%.

As soon as we joined by giving KYC documents, We will first start getting a margin of 12-15%. Apart from this, we will get quality products and we will also get a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If we do not like the product, then we can use it for 30 days and return it. The company made a slab to give bonus: 

The company gave a point value

1 point is equal to 80 Rs. + GST i.e. 105 Rs. approx.

If we buy goods worth 105 rupees then we get one point. The point values are given below:

200 PV - 3% Bonus

600 PV - 6%

1200 PV - 9%

2400 PV - 12%

4000 PV - 15%

7000 PV - 18%

at 10000 PV  we get a bonus of 21%

here we become silver and our income is around one lakh Rs.

Now let's understand with an example. Suppose this is us and we started doing a turnover of 100 point value and we shared this business plan with 6 people. 

All these teammates also have a business of 100 and 100 points.

So our team has a business of 700 points. We have reached 6%

Here we earn from 3 to 5 thousand Suppose every team also shared this business plan with 4 people and then our group became a group of 31 people and our turn over was 3100 points and we reached 12% level at this stage our income is 10 to 12 thousand and suppose they also increased the turnover and together with the team, showed the plan to 3 -3 people. 

Now our group has reached a total of 102 people.

It became a team of 17 people, we multiplied it by 6 plus yourself. 

Now our group has reached a total of 103 people.

Now our turnover reached 10000 points and we reached at 21% level.

We become silver.

Silver's income is 1 lakh rupees.

As soon as we help one of our team reach 21%

so we start getting a leadership bonus of 6%

Like all businesses, this business also rests on four pillars.

There is a Company another one is Education System.

There is a team and this is us this is our AMWAY.

It started in 1959 in ADA Michigan. Came in India in 1998.

It has 1152 patents it gives us distribution rights of 450 products.

It has its own State of the Art plant in Madurai and after hearing all these things, more than 6000 Indians came to India when it started in 1998 in India and here they started the business.

This is Network 21 which teaches us how to do this business. This is our team that helps us all the time and this is we are.

Now let us know which six steps formula Network 21 gave us

The first step is

We have to make a dream. One reason is to make us know why we have to do this business

Second, we have to make a list of people we know and those who are in our phone book

Third, we have to invite them with the help of the system and team

Fourth, we have to show them the business plan with the help of the team and system

5th, Be a 100% User. Whatever we were bringing from another shop, we have to take from Amway and share with people

6th is Education System. In this, there are three steps

1st is Media: we have to listen to the media at least 30 minutes

2nd we have to read all recommended books.

and 3rd, we have to attend all functions.

So, friends, you saw how you can share the plan in just 5 minutes. 

with your prospects with new people and with your business partners.

No one can make you succeed all you got is an opportunity an equal opportunity to be unable. I think going way back in his personal family life he was one of eight children and he had to take on responsibilities at a very early age and I think it was out of necessity that he drew from his inner being to rise to the occasion.

I look at myself in the marrow each day. I realize I've got the most handsome guy on earth but that doesn't make any difference. I think that's where it really started and he always had to work hard for anything he ever got he worked to succeed in life you've got a row bigger than the problems that you must overcome.

Thank God I got a dream, thank God I'm a warrior, thank God I'm a fighter, I think he was always a leader. I think he was a born leader. 

Surely but prayers. I just thank God that I'm met and ran into rich and Jay and the people showed me the plan Dex and Bertie Jaeger with all my heart. I believe that the Amway business is the best business opportunity that's ever existed in the free world. Because they changed our lives.

He had no problem in creating a lot of activity. Berg is a most special place in the world and it's fun because we the people make it that way. 

You talk to everybody and told them what they could do don't have to have any special talent. You don't have to have any special. I do is keep on keeping on and learn from your experiment.

The dream of anybody that comes I think shorter dreams come true if we the people stand up and stand together and do what we're supposed to do. 

You participated to be apart mm-hm you're not working for money what you do is what and you got what it takes that you how please. It was in a spotlight and that was fine with me personality-wise then and Peggy air lady opposite Peggy in as much it seems quiet.

She's a very strong lady he helped me along encouraged me you can do this and you can do it just excited about the growth here they will tell you every time he gets up on stage that she is a strength and a reason why she's as strong as she is and reason she does and she does for bill because he respects her so much.

Together they were just the blended couple they meshed together. You see them on stage and her one grand mom great grandma dollie folks here sure makes me feel young. I put the responsibility on him willingly because I thought that that was his part in our family to provide.

I expected him to be a good provider you think they're working for money you're not working for money. What your dealers working for happen people were told it ever had a chance and then someone comes around say hey you do have a chance one thing those always said that leaders aren't born they're developed. 

Bill bred showed me how to be a leader. You've got what it takes let me show you how to use what you got. Find them by looking at them closely you've already got it all you got to do is learn how to use.

Great unit is the one that creates other leaders get out there and share your freedom with other people. He absolutely dragged the best out of me the amount of things that he taught me we're just unbelievable. 

I can do it, you can do it, all of life is relational and he's taught us that I can be a diamond you can do it not just about the business it's about late. I can overcome you can overcome. 

He always say no matter who you are as long as you have a big dream you can do anything you want. He was a leader he was a leader of leaders think of the difference a dream could make to somebody that won't have it. 

Because somebody failed to be there at the critical time. Success really is how many people are better off cuz you the reason that most of us still refer to Bill Britt in the present tense is because maybe we still feel his presence oh yeah he's still here. 

We still believe that he's here because his legacy is going on from door this is a eulogy that's not going to enter continue their messes and do their teaching his organization transcends. 

His life he is a great leader because he helps others to have confidence in themselves to be how many people are there up because bill and Peggy. I knew that he had a lot of potential. I would not have married him if I had not see that I've done the best.

I can do and I didn't back off and he proved to be that I'm proud, confident, I'm bold and I'll get the job done that's it period how many people are better off because you live you.
