The Chis are the world's second-highest ranking Double Crown Ambassadors.
Liu Te Pei, their eldest son, founded his company in 1991. In the year 2000, he became a Diamond, then an EDC in 2004, and then a Double Diamond in 2008. In the United States, he was Diamond qualified as of 2011. In addition, he works in China as an Elite Sales Director (the equivalent of a Crown Ambassador).
Holly was up in a low-income household and lost her father when she was a child. She was eager to earn more money for her mother to live a better life since she was raised in an atmosphere low in financial means. She worked as an elementary school teacher for 11 years after graduation, yet she did not compromise her integrity for the rest of her life. She chose to leave her work and concentrate on Amway after realising that it was a viable business opportunity.
Barry Chi was a cadet in the military who had previously worked in a variety of fields. He had previously worked for a trade firm, where he rose through the ranks from junior officer to Deputy General Manager. However, he was shocked to learn that his boss had gone missing with the company's funds, and he recognised that his future should not be in the hands of others. Following that, he discovered about Amway and jumped at the possibility to establish a legitimate company.
Amway has been ingrained in their daily routines. They are really appreciative for the ability to assist themselves and others while operating their company. They think that “success is defined not by time but by assisting in the smoothing out of people's lives.”
Liu Ding Yu and Chao Chun-Pu, their eldest son, just earned the title of Diamond in Singapore (2010).
In their organisation, there are more than 20 Crown Ambassadors and over 2000 Diamonds.
They are members of the TOP4 worldwide network of organisations, which was founded by them.
She and her husband have built the world's biggest Amway Corp. distributorship over three decades, driving a commission-based army of 300,000 salespeople.
Since 2009, it has increased by more than 30% per year. Ms. Chen now supervises one out of every ten Amway representatives, earning a commission along the way. According to one direct-sales publication, her annual income is over $8 million. "I have no idea how much money I earn," she tells a gathering of Ultra Global employees assembled in Las Vegas. In others, she organises large protests around Asia, like one in Taiwan last year that drew 21,000 people.
On the Business for Home's list of MLM Top Earners in 2015, Barry Chi and Holly Chen were ranked #5 out of 200 people. In 2016, this incredible duo was pushed back a couple of notches to #7.
By far, the best place to be is still here. The couple continues to make $500,000 a month. Although the revenue is lower than last year's $650,000, it is still a good one.

While little is known about Barry Chi and Holly Chen, they are well-known Amway cosmetics top sellers who have progressively risen to become one of the world's most recognised couples in the history of multi-level marketing.

Traveling to Amway
In 1982, the couple moved to Taiwan and began selling Amway goods. Holly Chen began by chatting to friends on a one-on-one basis. She was dedicated and never gave up hope.

When the United States opened its doors to her in 1986, she began to witness the true results of her labour.

When she first appeared on Chinese language television in Houston, these were her introductory lines. She was recognised by one of her former pupils, and then BOOM! She had a place to reside in the United States of America, where she could promote her items to Chinese nationals. She met the student and they became fast friends.
The establishment of the Chao Fao (extraordinary) Amway branch in the United States resulted from this.
Holly Chen and Barry Chi have built a multi-level marketing network that spans the globe since its founding in 1982. From an undiscovered town in Taiwan to Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, this network has grown.
The Chinese immigrants in the United States, Spain, Russia, and France were never spared from the movement.
