As a priest with the Maryknoll Fathers in Bolivia, John Turner understood what it needed to instil hope in people for a brighter tomorrow. 

After 16 years in the priesthood, he was granted permission to transfer into the secular world, and he was in the process of making the shift when he was invited to a business meeting in Florida by a friend. 

There, he met Pat Rogan, whose husband had served as a major in the armed services and had been killed in action during the Vietnam War. 

In order to make ends meet, she was raising her two teenage sons on a widow's pension. She decided to start her own business because she "needed $200 a month more to make ends meet." 

By the time she met John, she had established a thriving organisation. 

The answer to Pat's question about whether or not John desired financial gain was, "No, I don't." 

He responded affirmatively when she inquired as to his desire in assisting others, and this time his response was unequivocal. 

They got married a few months later and have been working together ever since to build their business. 

"I found a spouse, a family, and a business in this place," John explains. His worldwide experience enabled him to gain a better understanding of the way the firm operates. According to him, "it's unlike any other business in the world."

 In our lifetime, we shall never forget FED 2006. As the track, “Rocky,” began playing, we were invited to come up onstage. We can definitely remember the moment of truth - our hands being raised by our upline, Kulin and Mina; Kanti and Lata; and Bill and Peggy. We visualised this moment for many years. Even today, we can close our eyes and still picture the thousands and thousands of joyful IBOs roaring for us that night.

Our upline mentors, Diamonds Kulin and Mina Desai, helped us through a wonderful trip. We want to thank them for their great assistance and mentorship. What we have accomplished so far in our business is because of their assistance. We also wish to congratulate our employees for their friendship and devotion, and for an extraordinary year of tremendous progress. Just a couple of years ago, we were at 4000 PV, wondering if we would ever go Diamond. To advance from 4000 PV to Emerald last year, then to Diamond this year, was a true test of belief and faith. We surely could not have done this alone.

It was also great to have our two children, Vijay and Pooja on stage with us at the Philadelphia FED. It was a proud time for us as parents to witness our children earn the acknowledgment, as they had paid the price for us to achieve.

Sringari, Nanda & Sangeetha Amway

 Our incredible adventure in this incredible business began with just me. As a single person, I was able to reach Ruby level in the business. The best business opportunity on the planet was introduced to me by my upline, who also introduced me to my wife, Sangeetha, who has become my best friend and business partner.

Originally from India, Nanda came to the United States with a Mechanical Engineering degree in order to pursue his Master's degree in Computer Science at Villanova University. Sangeetha travelled to the United States to work as a computer consultant. She holds a business degree from Bangalore University in India as well as a diploma in computer applications.

Having spent a few years as a computer consultant in corporate America, Nanda was introduced to the business world by a mutual friend. Despite his initial scepticism, he took the choice to start the company while attending a large conference. He realised that he could not only generate money, but he could also make a difference in the lives of other people.

They became dedicated to making the firm succeed after realising that a career in corporate America meant having little time for family, being dominated by a boss, and forty years of alarm clocks and traffic jams on the way to and from work. Despite the fact that they had excellent careers and earned a large income from their computer consulting professions, they never saw a means to achieve their goals and fulfil their aspirations through their work.

Sangeetha explains that by working together, she and her colleagues found each other's talents and how to complement them. Both believe they have been given an exceptional opportunity to realise their full potential. According to Nanda, "we've uncovered our inner resources," which include "the power to teach, inspire, and support." Our business and our family will benefit greatly as a result of this newfound wealth.

Our mentors and the Britt Worldwide system have been crucial in assisting us in realising our potential, bringing out the best in us, and teaching us the fundamentals of successful living. 'Success measures how many people are better off as a result of your existence!'

These days, they have the option of spending a significant amount of time with their three children, Dhruv, Tara, and Dev, while also running a large, successful global business. They choose the latter option. According to Sangeetha, she has always respected her father's economic acumen and her mother's ability to take care of the family. The ability to combine the finest of both worlds was a dream come true for me.

Nanda has a clear grasp of the situation. It is important to him that his firm honours his marriage as well as his family and his own strengths. 'It is definitely a gift,' said the recipient.

Kakani, Chak & Uma Amway

 In spite of the fact that Chak and Uma Kakani did not know each other when they first arrived in the United States to pursue their master's degrees, they shared a common opinion that "this truly is the country of opportunity," according to Chak.

According to Uma, when she and her husband were introduced to the Independent Business Ownership Plan, "those chances turned out to be far better than we had anticipated."

Following graduation, the two began working as engineers in the telecommunications business, where they met while still in school. “However, we were aware that we intended to start our own firm someday,” adds Chak. Quixtar outperformed every other business we considered when we compared it to what we were searching for. Nothing even comes close when it comes to the inexpensive entrance cost, the assistance you receive from your upline, and the endless potential.”

In addition, Uma points out, "you get to work from home, which allows families to spend more time together."

Their buddies, on the other hand, were not of the same opinion. People would claim to know more about business opportunities than we did simply because we were immigrants, recalls Uma. 'You two are just getting started in your careers; why would you want to undertake anything like this?' they would say. We, on the other hand, reasoned for ourselves and made our own decisions. We were able to observe something they were unable to.”

And it was that something that had a profound impact on them.

Their firm expanded as a result of the support of their upline, and they were able to leave their engineering positions behind them both. These days, they travel the world with a company that has branches in North America, the United Kingdom, and India. “My parents are members of our group in India, and they are doing exceptionally well,” says Chak with a sense of accomplishment.

Providing a role model

In reality, it was his father's influence that instilled in Chak the desire to one day start his own business. In the words of Chak, "I remember when my father decided to stop working for someone else and start his own firm." “His example served as an inspiration to me.”

Chak and Uma are also firm believers in the importance of providing good examples for others. According to Chak, "We are really loyal to our products and use them all." “I believe that the route Quixtar is taking with cutting-edge health products such as the XSTM Energy Drinks and Bars is the best thing that has happened in recent history.”

In addition, the pair gets a great deal of satisfaction from assisting others. In Uma's opinion, people from all walks of life come into this company, from physicians and engineers to people who may not even be able to communicate in English. "It's amazing to watch them flourish," she says.

Continuing, Chak says, "We encourage them that if they commit themselves to this industry with consistency and perseverance, they will not fail." The author continues, "With all of the shifts taking place in the global economy, there are a lot of people looking for possibilities right now." "I honestly believe that we are only at the beginning of the iceberg."

Aside from that, the pair is overjoyed about the new position they have taken on: that of parents. Sindhu, their daughter, was born in May of this year. “I am overjoyed that Chak is able to be here during this wonderful time,” Uma expresses her delight. It is true that not all fathers have the option to work from home.

“And we aren't going to stop here,” declares Chak emphatically. Despite the fact that diamond is a good checkpoint, we intend to go even higher.

A wonderful aspiration for a couple who has created a nice life in the country of opportunity.

Three successful Amway business owners, Kakani, Chak, and Uma have each achieved a significant deal of success in their own Amway businesses. Kakani, Chak, and Uma are all named Kakani. In this piece, we are going to take a more in-depth look at their path, their accomplishments, as well as the lessons that we can learn from them.

The First Years of Life and Education

The effort that they put in paid off, and they began to see progress in their Amway businesses as a result. They were successful in attaining financial independence and were able to take pleasure in the perks that came along with it. They were also able to assist others in achieving success in their Amway businesses, and as a result, they became recognized within the Amway community as mentors and leaders.

Achievements

In their respective Amway businesses, Kakani, Chak, and Uma have each accomplished a great deal of success. They are all Double Diamonds, which is the level that is considered to be the second highest in Amway's business. In addition to this, they have been honored with a great number of accolades in recognition of their accomplishments and are regarded as some of the most influential members of the Amway community.

Their accomplishments have not been restricted to those in the Amway businesses they own. They have also been successful in starting other enterprises, and they are active in the community service sector. They are very active in a variety of social causes and have established charitable trusts that provide assistance to youngsters from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Lessons Learned

The experiences that Kakani, Chak, and Uma have had with Amway provide us with many important life lessons. The power that comes from consistent effort and steadfastness is one of the most valuable lessons. They were confronted with a great number of difficulties along the way, but they never gave up. They persisted in their laborious efforts day after day, and eventually, all of their toil paid off.

One more valuable thing I've learned is the significance of extending assistance to other people. Because they were able to assist others in accomplishing their goals, Kakani, Chak, and Uma were all able to achieve success in their Amway businesses. They rose to the position of mentor and leader within the Amway community, and they were able to guide others toward the achievement of financial independence.

It was crystal clear to Kakani, Chak, and Uma that they wanted to one day be financially independent and live the life they had always imagined for themselves. They essentially invited themselves to see the business plan and pushed their supporters to register them even before they had a place to live or a car to drive them around in. Kim, Nam-Deuk & Lee, Jung-Yun Amway

 Nam-Deuk Kim and Jung-Yun Lee are Triple Diamonds who are based in the Seattle, Washington area. They started their Amway business in Boston in 2003 on a part-time basis. They received their Diamond qualification in 2005, Executive Diamond qualification in 2006, Double Diamond qualification in 2009, and Triple Diamond qualification in 2010. They have now become linked with the World Wildlife Fund in the United States, participating in incentive trips sponsored by the organisation and speaking at WWDB events.
