Inquire of Bob about what the company has done for him, and he responds emphatically: "I'm still alive!" While Bob was at the height of NASA's space programme, he worked long hours seven days a week, under immense pressure. "People have crumbled under such pressure, and I would have done the same if it had been my situation. This company came to be as a result of a prayer."
However, even though Bob was not allowed to have another career, Betty was able to run the firm on their behalf, and Bob assisted her as much as he could when needed. "We received a huge amount of assistance from our upline," says the couple, who attained Platinum status in 14 months.
Betty saw it as an opportunity to stay at home with their five children while also contributing to the additional income needed for things like college funding. In addition to themselves, three of their children have joined them in their business.
Since adopting the Diamond way of life, Bob and Betty have gone 26 years without having to report to an office. They take pleasure in debt-free life, having fun with their five children and fourteen grandchildren, and having the opportunity to travel the world. They have no regrets.
However, as Bob recounts, "It's a fact that I would not have survived if I had continued at my previous work. Above all else, this company has provided me with the gift of life."
