 A paediatrician by training, and Dr Ruth Greeff, a well-known nutritional specialist by profession, led highly busy lives in the bustling metropolis of Johannesburg, South Africa. 

Mike's time was taken up by a big private paediatric practise, while Ruth ran her own publishing company that specialised in Nutritional Education publications - spare time was a rare luxury for the couple, and they were frequently exhausted by their combined efforts.

Greeff, Michael, and Ruth Amway are two notable people in the network marketing sector, often known as multi-level marketing (MLM). They are famous for their accomplishments in developing the Amway business into one of the most successful multi-level marketing firms in the world.

Both Michael and Ruth Amway have their roots in the state of Michigan, which is located in the United States. Both Michael and Ruth were born in the 1920s, in 1926 and 1929 respectively. Nutrilite was one of the first firms to employ the multi-level marketing (MLM) business model, which involves recruiting a network of independent distributors to sell products and recruit new distributors. Nutrilite was also one of the first companies to use the MLM business model.

Michael and Ruth were both prosperous Nutrilite distributors, and they eventually rose to the ranks of the company's highest earners. However, they found that Nutrilite's product line did not meet their needs, and as a result, they chose to launch their own business. In 1959, they established what would become known as the American Way Association, which would later be renamed Amway.

In the beginning, the primary emphasis of Amway's product line was placed on personal care items and household cleaners. The business model of the company was quite similar to that of Nutrilite, in which independent distributors were responsible for both the sale of products and the recruitment of new distributors. However, Amway was also the first company to introduce the idea of a "upline," which referred to the chain of distributors that stood above a specific distributor in the network. The upline would offer their downline distributors training and support as part of their responsibilities.

During the 1960s and 1970s, Amway experienced rapid expansion, which allowed the company to expand its product line to include a wider variety of health and wellness products, in addition to home goods and beauty items. Because of their achievements in the Amway business, Michael and Ruth were extremely wealthy, and they gained a reputation for living an extravagant lifestyle while also contributing much to charitable causes.

However, Amway and the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry as a whole have been the focus of debate and criticism in recent years. Distributors are frequently put under pressure to purchase large amounts of inventory in order to qualify for bonuses and promotions, which is one of the main criticisms leveled against multi-level marketing companies (MLMs). Some people say that MLMs are pyramid scams that rely on recruiting rather than the actual sales of items. As a result, we have fallen in love with the entire process and everything that goes together with it." The Scilipoti's are Paolo and Pauline.

They were already active in their own factory, which produced shoe components, when Paolo and Pauline were approached about joining this company. It had been many, many years of hard work with little opportunity to pursue the interests that were truly important to them. It was through the Amway business that they were able to realise their desire of spending more time with their family and with each other. As soon as they met Basil and Leonie Harris, the Harris Diamonds from Australia, they became certain that they could develop a successful business while living a life of purpose and independence. They became members of the Amway family on August 19, 1997, the same day that Amway South Africa officially opened its doors, and with the assistance of Basil and Leonie, they began to establish their Amway business.

Paolo and Pauline were able to achieve Emerald status within 21 months as a result of their drive, attention, and hard work. Going Diamond was never an option for them; rather, it was a deeply held ambition. In addition, they felt a strong sense of responsibility to the group, their upline, and their family; they had made a promise to their children that their children would become Diamonds, and they were not prepared to break that commitment. From Emerald to Diamond, the road was not without its bumps, and there were numerous ones on this stretch of road. There were a number of incidents that could have wrecked their plans, but their integrity, dream, and commitment to their families would not allow them to give up on their goal of being Diamonds. When they made the non-negotiable choice to become Diamonds by August 2007, it was in June 2005.

Despite numerous hurdles, Paolo and Pauline maintained their focus and commitment and completed their goal by June 2007, with two months left to spare.

Meeting this pair reveals that they are not only a couple that has the recipe for success, but they are also a couple who is living proof of the perseverance and dedication required to achieve success in any endeavour. They are fortunate to have a large and diversified group of people in their downline, people who have been loyal and determined throughout the process, placing their faith in Paolo and Pauline at every turn.

Martin and Tracy were in the process of selling their manufacturing company, which they had owned and operated for more than 15 years, when they came across the Amway opportunity. Ownership of their own firm provided them with a comfortable lifestyle, but they wished for an even better one. What they discovered was that hard labour alone would not provide them with the lifestyle they desired for themselves and their children. It was their belief that Amway would be a vehicle for transformation and long-term dedication, as well as an opportunity to generate a worldwide income. Because she used to be one of South Africa's upcoming young designers, Tamsine can attest to the fact that she enjoys both the style and the creative process that goes into fashion and creating. She quickly discovered that it would never be able to provide her with the lifestyle and independence she desires as a by-product of her long-term career, which she hopes to achieve.

Kevin and Tamsine make a powerful team as a pair, and it is evident that they have the same vision and belief in their personal lives as they do in their corporate purpose, which is commendable. When Sean and Miranda first became interested in the Amway Business Opportunity, the personal benefits were the most appealing. They were very frustrated in their sporting careers as Professional Showjumpers due to the limitations of the sport in South Africa. Sean and Miranda saw the Amway Business as the vehicle to create financial options for themselves so that they could compete at a better level.

Their first goal was to replace Miranda's income from her regular job, which they did in nine months. From then on, their goal was to replace Sean's income which they achieved within three years when they went Emerald. Sean and Miranda are lucky that their sport is so expensive as this gave them the drive to get to Diamond which would give them true financial freedom, meaning they no longer had to rely on sponsorship for support in order to compete at top level. 

One of Sean's main sporting goals is to compete in the Olympics, not just as a competitor but as someone who has a real chance of being in the top ten in the world. Sean and Miranda love sport and spend their mornings either on their horses or mountain biking together. 

Their other main hobby is snowboarding which they enjoy when they go to the snow for about four weeks a year. Sean and Miranda initially saw this business as a means to benefit personally by becoming financially independent, but since qualifying Diamond, their main goal and driving factor is to help as many other people as possible benefit in the same way by guiding them to Emerald and Diamond levels. 

They believe that everyone is put on earth and has the potential to impact lives some people through music, others through business, some people may be through charity work. Sean and Miranda believe this business is their life purpose and by working towards their dreams and goals, they are able to help so many other people live a very different life. Every day they realise how blessed they are. A Case Study in Success (Diamond)

"Our background is in the sporting world as professional showjumpers, which has been our life and passion since a young age and which we hope to continue.

Because we were professionals, we had to rely on sponsorship to help us fund our sport and, ultimately, our careers. Despite the fact that we believed it was a wonderful concept at the time, it had never been a major priority in our lives due to the fact that our sporting careers were our love and desire.

 This dream was dashed when we both qualified for the World Championships in 1998, but were forced to attend as spectators rather than athletes due to the inability of our sponsors to provide financial support. 

While on this tour, we were approached by sponsors who offered us the opportunity to live and compete in Europe, which is the pinnacle of a showjumper's professional career. We travelled over Europe with our horses for 18 months, competing in various events.

The reality of being sponsored quickly dawned on us: no matter how amazing an opportunity appeared to be, being sponsored still meant that our lives were in the hands of someone else. We realised at that point that, in order to compete on a global scale, we would have to take responsibility for our own financial future.

This is when we took the choice to relocate back to South Africa and devote our efforts to growing the company. In total, it took us two and a half years to replace both of our earnings, and since then we have had the freedom to design our lives, which means that every morning when we get out of bed, we can choose whether or not we want to go to work. We initially regarded this as a means of providing us with the financial independence we needed to pursue our dream of competing without the help of sponsors.

This firm has provided us with the time, money, and transportation to assist other individuals in making positive changes in their life, while also allowing us to pursue our sporting endeavours."

Ding Yu is the youngest son of Barry Chi and Holly Chen, who served as FAA70 Double Crown Ambassadors. While living in Singapore, he earned his Diamond pin in 2010 and went on to become the country's first ever Executive Diamond in 2012.

Liu Ding Yu was an entrepreneur who achieved moderate success as a traditional business owner while assisting other entrepreneurs in the development of profitable information technology firms and franchises. Chao Chun-corporate Pu's career was equally successful, and he rose through the ranks to a top position as a deputy in-flight supervisor for a high-end international airline. After being influenced by his mother's success in the AMWAY business, the globetrotting couple made the decision to concentrate on and expand the AMWAY enterprise. They began operating their AMWAY Singapore business in 2003 and haven't looked back since that time. Despite numerous obstacles, they were successful in obtaining their Diamond Direct Distributorship in July of 2010. They progressively progressed through the AMWAY organisation, and in July 2012, they were recognised as Singapore's FIRST Executive Diamond Direct Distributors and the current highest pin in the company. Apart from developing a successful AMWAY business and expanding their professional network, this successful couple has also established friends from many walks of life. Their hope is that their AMWAY business will continue to be in their family for many generations to follow.
