Turner, John & Pat Amway

As a priest with the Maryknoll Fathers in Bolivia, John Turner understood what it needed to instil hope in people for a brighter tomorrow. After 16 years in the priesthood, he was granted permission to transfer into the secular world, and he was in the process of making the shift when he was invited to a business meeting in Florida by a friend. There, he met Pat Rogan, whose husband had served as a major in the armed services and had been killed in action during the Vietnam War. In order to make ends meet, she was raising her two teenage sons on a widow's pension. She decided to start her own business because she "needed $200 a month more to make ends meet." By the time she met John, she had established a thriving organisation. The answer to Pat's question about whether or not John desired financial gain was, "No, I don't." He responded affirmatively when she inquired as to his desire in assisting others, and this time his response was unequivocal. They got married a few months later and have been working together ever since to build their business. "I found a spouse, a family, and a business in this place," John explains. His worldwide experience enabled him to gain a better understanding of the way the firm operates. According to him, "it's unlike any other business in the world." "Individuals labour for themselves. Rick and Sue Lynn Setzer are well-known business leaders in the Amway organization. They are noted for their accomplishments and their commitment to assisting others in achieving their objectives. The Setzers have established a sizable and prosperous Amway company by placing an emphasis on the importance of personal growth, collaboration, and mentoring.

After being told about the opportunity by a mutual acquaintance, Rick and Sue Lynn Setzer became Amway distributors in the year 1983. They began constructing their organization almost immediately after rapidly recognizing the potential for success in the Amway business model. They have had a tremendous deal of success over the course of their history, earning the Diamond rank in 1991 and the Crown rank in 1995. They have since gained a reputation as one of the most successful leaders in the Amway business.

The Setzers' approach to running their Amway firm places a strong focus on collaboration, which is another critical component of their strategy. The Freedom to Live Our Lives How We Want

After completing his final year of medical school, Greg and Laurie decided to establish their own business. However, they had dreams of something bigger than themselves: “The real appeal of being Independent Business Owners was the opportunity it offered for freedom—a life on our terms, rather than one dictated by unbending schedules and impersonal routines.” They were determined to make their dreams a reality. In Laurie's words, "people are so preoccupied with getting a living that they don't have time to make a life."

Greg considered his life objectives: "We were seeking for a means to live a really free and independent lifestyle." The time of a doctor is never his own. If I had chosen medicine, I would have envisaged myself working up to 100 hours per week only to get out of debt, only to pass away from stress and weariness at the end of it.”

There are no regrets.

Despite significant peer pressure and the reservations of many close friends, the Duncans made the decision to leave the pressures of medicine for the challenges of starting their own firm. Greg and Laurie had achieved financial independence three years after quitting the medical profession, and after six years, they had become Double Diamonds with no regrets: "Today, one of the greatest thrills for us is to witness so many others achieve their goals and ambitions," Greg says. It has allowed us to make a greater impact on more people in more meaningful ways than we ever could have done in a fast-paced medical practise.”

Montana, where I grew up.

The family of four relocated from the Seattle area to their home state of Montana several years ago. A isolated lake with rising fish and eagles soaring in the distance surrounds their rustic alpine house, Dayspring Lodge, which is situated on the southern shore of the lake. Thousands of tamarack and birch trees sway in the breeze as Greg and Laurie take in the breathtaking view from a ski slope on one of the several surrounding mountain ranges, which they have just discovered.

Taking pleasure in life and family

The ability to spend quality time with family is the most highly cherished. We have a son and a daughter who have the opportunity to grow up knowing both their father and their mother, according to Laurie. In Greg's words, "our business allows us to define our lives in terms of our family rather than our money."

Routes to Higher Education

The addition of two full-time private teachers enabled the family to pursue educational opportunities that were both thrilling and unique for them. It was located in one of their several lake properties and was known as "Dayspring Academy." All of the fundamental subjects were covered, however the manner through which they were taught were different from the norm.

One spring, I spent five weeks learning Spanish in a Costa Rican language immersion school. The next spring, I spent five weeks in a French language immersion course at several sites throughout France. In addition to clambering through an ancient Roman aqueduct, the journey included viewing a super-yacht show in Nice, ascents of the peaks surrounding Mont Blanc in the French Alps, and attendance at the opening of the World's Fair in Lisbon, Portugal.

A realistic re-enactment of Custer's Last Stand at the actual historic site on the Little Bighorn River helped them to have a better knowledge of American frontier history. Devin and Whitney's study of Shakespeare was enriched by their family's annual trip to a Shakespeare festival in Oregon, which they attended with their teachers.

When the classroom travelled between Boston, Virginia, Washington, D.C., London, Paris, and a slew of other exciting locations, history and geography were brought to life. Devin and Whitney are incorporating internships and international immersion programmes into their university experience today, demonstrating that real-world application of learning is still possible.

Having the ability to be free and fulfilled

The Duncans agree that they have a wonderful existence. “We are confident that anyone may find the same sense of freedom and pleasure that we have discovered through this business. If you keep your eyes on the prize, this business is a truly amazing opportunity. There is no other business that provides such a tolerant environment. It is impossible to achieve success in any undertaking unless one is willing to fail numerous times first. We are obviously not without flaws, but we have never given up. Story

When one of Bob's coworkers casually said, "Hey Bob, are you making as much money as you want?" Bob responded affirmatively. "Are you kidding me?" Bob exclaimed in response. The coworker said that he would be hosting a gathering at his home for all of his "success-minded" buddies. To satisfy their curiosity, the Doan's went to observe what people who were successful looked like.

The Doans, who were surrounded by nine other couples, spotted an opportunity that they found difficult to believe but impossible to pass up. For the first few minutes, I didn't trust anything he told me, but I was also terrified that it might actually be true and that if I missed out, I'd regret it for the rest of my life, Jody recounted. Bob saw an opportunity to realise a lifelong dream of owning his own business, and Jody saw a method to support their three children's college tuition without having to take out a second mortgage.

A dismal start was followed by family tragedy and illness, which forced them to restart their efforts and set a deadline for themselves. Their first milestone was platinum in seven months, then ruby in nine months, and then double diamond in five years. In the end, it was only a short distance to the Triple Diamond pin, which is where they are now.

"I believe you will be able to reach Platinum or Ruby by simply putting in the effort. However, in order to make it to Diamond, you must have a strategy in place. HINT: People who are busy have a plethora of opportunities."

Delisle, Dennis & Sharon Amway

 Coming to Morgan Hill - a brief introduction In July of 1976, my wife Sharon and I relocated to Morgan Hill, California. We've been watching the city grow for the past 30 years. Our daughter Annette was two years old when we relocated to this area, and our son Dennis Jr. was born two weeks after we did. Annette currently resides in Tampa, Florida. Her academic background is in Christian Ministries, and she is currently employed as a personal trainer. Dennis Jr. and his wife Lori reside in Morgan Hill, California, with their three children. Dennis is the owner of "Whole People Inc.", and Lori runs an image consulting firm in addition to her full-time job as a mother of three sons under the age of five. We are proud of our children and grateful for the people and community activities that were available to them when they were growing up in Morgan Hill. My parents, Frank and Rita Delisle, also lived in Morgan Hill for a few years until a few of years ago. My brother Frank and his wife Barbara Delisle also lived in Morgan Hill and raised their four children there. As you can see, Morgan Hill has meant a great deal to our families and will continue to mean a great deal to our future family as it grows here.

In terms of education, Sharon and I were high school sweethearts and graduated from Cupertino High School in 1966, respectively. After that, I went on to De Anza Jr. College, where I graduated with an A.A. Degree in business administration in 1968. I then attended San Jose State University, where I earned a B.S. in Accounting, graduating with the class of 1971. After graduation, I feel that education doesn't come to an end. It is actually the beginning. You must continue to educate yourself through seminars, books, and audios, particularly in the area of financial intelligence, because it is so important in all you do in business.

We are members of Morgan Hill Bible Church, which is our religious home. It is a Christian church that is not affiliated with any particular denomination. We have been members of the church since its inception in the early 1980s. Believe in the existence of God, that every life is precious and unique, and that God has a specific plan for your life, and that God has a special purpose for your life. I think that the Bible is the inspired word of God, and that by following it, your life will be made more meaningful and fulfilling.

Sharon and I are celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary this year. Sharon was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease three weeks after we exchanged wedding vows. We didn't know how long she had left to live at the time. Throughout our lives, we've had a slew of physicians, hospitals, and obstacles to overcome. Because of our faith, our lives have been blessed despite these difficulties, and we look forward to 38+ more years of marriage together in the future.

Victor, Joe & Helyne Amway

 Joe Victor collaborated directly with the other founding members of the AWA on the development of the original Sales and Marketing Strategy. He has grown his company into one of the largest and most successful independent enterprises in the world, earning the status of Crown Direct Distributor in the United Kingdom. The Association's early years were marked by his dedication to its Board of Directors, which set an example for others who followed him in setting a high bar for themselves.

When Joe and Helen were married in 1961, they were awarded the Emerald pin and the Diamond pin, respectively. The firm was united with Joe and Helyne's to form Amway Crowns in 1979, with the help of their son and Direct Distributor, Ron Victor and his wife Carol. Having worked closely together for some time, the two couples were delighted to form a new collaboration that allowed the elder Victors to spend more time at their vacation condominium in Florida.

During the time of the merger, the other son, Jody, had already achieved the status of Double Diamond. He becomes a Crown Direct Distributor two years later, in August 1981, after earning his certification.

Joe died in 1998 at the age of 79, leaving behind a wife and three children. Helyne died in 2007 at the age of 87. They had four Diamond legs, all of which were Triple Diamonds or higher. She amalgamated (integrated) her business with that of her son Jody after Joe's death, and he was in charge of both businesses until she passed away.

Sallee, Beverly Amway

 Beverly Sallee of the United States

Beverly Sallee is a successful businesswoman, motivational speaker, musician, and philanthropist who is well-known throughout the world.

Beverly possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in piano performance as well as a Master of Arts degree in choral conducting from the University of Southern California. She found herself at a crossroads in her life when she was in 1978. In her ten years as a university professor, she struggled to balance her obligations as a wife and mother while also juggling her roles as a piano instructor and choral conductor while also serving as a volunteer. She felt she had reached a stalemate in terms of finances. She started a part-time direct-marketing business out of a strong desire to provide a better living for her children as well as a great education for them. By 1985, she had grown her entrepreneurial enterprise to such a profitable level that she was able to resign her academic post and devote her entire time to the operation of her company.

Since then, her company has extended to forty-nine different countries. She continues to share her love of music by providing music scholarships to deserving students all over the world through the Oregon Bach Festival and the Stuttgart Bachakademie in Germany, among other organisations. She continues to work with Easter Seals on a national level. She is married and has two children. She is assisting in the construction of a hospital in Calcutta, India, and is involved in the Network of Caring, which was founded in partnership with World Vision.

According to Beverly, "the world is my home, and the sky is my limit." She extends an invitation to you to join her in ascending to the first-class echelon, both professionally and personally. She looks forward to seeing you.

Members of BWW's Crowns and North American Founders Council, Paul & Leslie Miller are from North Carolina and are involved with the organisation. Paul and his ex-wife Debbie qualified for Diamond in 1979, Double Diamond in 1987, Triple Diamond in 1992, and Crown in 1993, all with the help of their children. They were among the initial members of the Diamond Club, which was founded in the 1970s by John & Jennie Belle Crowe. As a result of their FAA Personal Perks qualification in 1999, Paul and Debbie have now split, and he is now married to Leslie, a former secretary. Bill Britt is the Diamond in their upline. Paul is also a member of the IBOAI President's Cabinet, which he joined in 2015.

Journey

When I first met Bill Britt in May 1971, I was staying at his home in Carrboro, North Carolina, which was known as Emerald Direct. At the meeting, I learned that the company, which had been in operation for twelve years, had about 100 distinct products, was present in three countries, and had generated approximately $100 million in sales! I signed up, spoke with one person, and then dropped out. The timing was simply inconvenient, as I needed to wrap up my football... baseball career as a University of North Carolina Tar Heel. It includes appearances in the Peach Bowl and Gator Bowl, selection as the A1I-ACC quarterback, the Coaches All-American game, and being named the first recipient of the Brian Piccolo Award, which was given to the ACC for excellence in coaching.

I'm originally from Ayden, North Carolina, a little town that is well-known for producing numerous state championship teams and individuals. The fact that I was able to survive the rigours of competition at Chapel Hill was largely due to the supportive environment. After being named to the All-ACC Academic Team in 1973, I decided to pursue a legal profession and enrolled in the University of North Carolina's MBA-Law programme in August 1974. During my time in law school, I was invited to participate in a couple of meetings. My response was the same both times: "Thank you, but no thanks. I'm well-versed in this field of work. I was previously a passenger in it. My long-term ambition is to work as an attorney."

'I went to a formal business presentation one day with trepidation,' I recall. At the presentation, I ran into several old acquaintances who I hadn't seen in a long time. They were really enthusiastic about the company, but they were unable to describe how it operated. All they could explain was that the business had something to do with 100 PV, that there would be no door-to-door selling, and that there was the potential to make a lot of money. In reality, I attended four meetings as well as a Free Enterprise weekend before deciding to join the organisation in September of 1974. The first two years were characterised by "internal growth." Financial difficulties, concerns to conquer, bar tests to pass, strangers to meet, and items to sell were all part of the picture. I realised that I needed to maintain my composure, remain positive, and be kind to everyone; and that I shouldn't give up. I'm relieved that I didn't give up. I became Pearl in 1977, Diamond in 1979, Double Diamond in 1987, and now, Crown. In 1978, I was laid off from my previous position. Bill and Peggy were good friends and counsellors to me throughout my life. Friends in the profession, such as the Renfrows, Crowes, Zeenders, Martins, Puryears, and a host of others, served as sources of inspiration.

My three children, Lindsey, Johnny, and Nancy, are delightful to be around, and I am grateful that I was able to witness their development as they grew up. On Ponte Vedta Beach, Florida, my family and I now live in a wonderful home that overlooks a championship golf course and is surrounded by water. We also own a 17-acre estate in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a mansion that is approximately 7200 square feet in size and has a pool, tennis courts and a basketball court. We also own a cottage on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, as well as an ocean front condominium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Luxury sedans from Rolls Royce to Lexus are among the vehicles on display, as are antique automobiles, a Harley motorcycle, a Humvee Hummer, a 25-foot fishing boat, and a variety of other vehicles. I give all of the credit to the Almighty. I am grateful for my children, for my health, for this country, for the DeVos and Van Andel families, and for our company.

Success Story

The opportunity to start his own firm first presented itself to Paul Miller during the final year of college, but the timing was simply not right. With his football and baseball careers at the University of North Carolina coming to a close, Paul had already achieved a number of notable accomplishments, including appearances in both the Peach Bowl and Gator Bowl; selection as All-ACC Quarterback; participation in the Coaches' All-American Game; and selection as the ACC's first recipient of its Brian Piccolo Award. Following his selection to the All-ACC Academic Team, Paul enrolled in a dual Law/MBA programme at the University of North Carolina, with the goal of pursuing a legal career. Paul was invited to attend an introductory business class on two separate occasions while in law school, but he declined because he was focused on becoming an attorney. Following graduation, Paul went to work for a law firm. The opportunity to attend a formal business presentation by an old friend presented to Paul once more, but he was still doubtful about the whole thing this time. I attended four meetings and a business lecture over the course of a weekend before I was ultimately able to start my own company, Paul recalls. “However, looking back, being free to establish my firm at my own speed proved to be a significant advantage. No one gave me numbers to meet, or deadlines to meet, because I was my own boss. Despite this, the first two years of company were marked by "internal growth."

"It was a never-ending battle," Paul adds about his experience. "There were financial difficulties, fears to conquer, bar examinations to pass, strangers to meet, and items to sell," says the author.

Paul was able to leave the legal profession and devote his full-time efforts to the development of the company because he maintained a positive attitude, remained stable, and refused to give up on his dreams.

For Paul, the Business Women's World support structure was important in enabling him to overcome his early business challenges. ”The enterprise resource planning system generated a roadmap that was very simple to follow. Whenever I had queries or had difficulties, I had access to business mentors who were available to provide guidance based on their own experiences. People who are just getting their own enterprises off the ground can benefit much from my experience, which I am now able to share with those who are well established. Anyone who puts in the necessary effort and is willing to learn how to develop a business can make it successful.”

Disputes & Controversies are a part of everyday life.

Skaggs is suing the company.

In July 2007, International Business Solutions, Inc., a company operated by Emeralds Henry and Sue Skaggs, filed a lawsuit against Bill and Peggy Britt, Paul and Leslie Miller, Rocky Covington, Kevin and Beth Bell, and Britt WorldWide, among others. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. According to the lawsuit, the Skaggs, having developed a software system to allow for direct order fulfilment of BSM to their downline, received approval from Britt to continue the development of the software programme with the goal of eventually rolling it out to the entire BWW network, according to the lawsuit. During this period, the Skaggs claim that they were responsible for the majority of the development costs. According to the lawsuit, Bill Britt terminated the partnership agreement in 2005. When questioned about their upline, the Skaggs state that they were "de-edified." Breach of contract, racketeering, and intentional interference with commercial relations are among the allegations in the lawsuit.

When the plaintiffs filed their complaint, the defendants claimed that no contract had been entered into and challenged the lawsuit on a variety of legal grounds.

Story

The idea of being the captain of my own ship appealed to me.

"Peter Matz was interested in purchasing an engineering firm. He worked as a nuclear engineer, directing 350 scientific people, and his ultimate goal was to leave his position. We launched this business in order for me to be able to earn enough money to purchase the engineering firm. Barbara, a certified nurse, was in charge of raising their five biological children as well as five adopted children. When our company began to grow, Peter continued to work from home. According to Peter, "I had assumed that obtaining a decent education and finding employment with a huge corporation was the best route to take," but he immediately discovered that he did not want to work for anybody else. I aspired to be the captain of my own vessel. It's a substantial vessel. The Matz organisation now has a global presence. Peter and Barbara are now actively involved in the support of Easter Seals, as well as the sponsorship of several impoverished children in various places across the world. They also have 12 grandchildren of their own.

Dutt, Jere & Eileen Amway

 After starting his Nutrilite Distributorship in 1952, Jere Dutt transformed it into an Amway Distributorship in 1959, and the rest is history. Eileen and he were the first Diamond IBOs in 1964, and in 1966, they became the first Double Diamonds in the company. Later, once Eileen was ill, Jody (Jere Jr.) and Gina Dutt stepped in to assist with the management of the company. They received their Crown Direct qualification in 1979.  The Dutt family has been in the business for three generations and continues to run it.

Jere Dutt serves on the IBOAI President's Cabinet as an advisor.

Evans, Stan & Ruth Amway

"It's nice to live in a place where everyone addresses me by my first name," I say.

The Crown Director, Stan Evans, recalls his childhood fascination with aeroplanes: "I used to sit on a haystack and wonder who got to fly in them."

His father's farm in Nebraska was 30 miles away from any town large enough to have even one stoplight, and Stan and Ruth made their home there with Ruth. Ruth had been working in Denver "until this cowboy arrived to town," as she put it.

Stan had no illusions about what it would take to achieve success. "I stacked hay in the summer, took it into the barn in the fall, fed it to the cattle in the winter, then after it had been eaten by the cattle, hauled it back out and spread it on the fields in the spring. It was a labor-intensive process.

As a farmer, I've discovered that a great deal is dependent on the weather, the market, and good fortune. The best you can hope for is to work 12 hours a day and hope for the best."

Stan and Ruth are now in charge of a network that spans the entire continent. They now reside in the adjacent town of Wray, Colorado, with their son in charge of the ranch. No one is a stranger in their community of 2,000 inhabitants. It is a way of life that they like. The couple has plenty of free time to spend with their grandchildren and a huge extended network of friends. She and her husband are very interested in their community, and they assisted the town in raising $2 million dollars so that Wray could build its own Physical Rehabilitation and Family Center.

The Evans are currently travelling to assist associates in expanding their enterprises as well as to see the world. Ruth, who used to make everything she wore, is now able to purchase throughout the world. Stan wears a tuxedo on several big occasions and makes a commanding presence in the West.

However, there is no place quite like home. "We don't have to worry about too many stoplights," Stan observes with a chuckle. "It's nice to live in a place where everyone addresses me by my first name," I say.

Ross, Skip & Susan Amway

 "He discovered that the business aligned nicely with his dedication to assisting people. "

"Skip Ross holds a bachelor of arts in social science from Fuller Seminary, as well as a bachelor of divinity and a master's in theology from the same institution. Construction of this type of business, he discovered, aligned nicely with his desire to assist others in some way. Susan's background as a primary education teacher was an excellent match for his, and she had also grown up in a family that was involved in the business world. Skip and Susan were particularly interested in reaching teenagers, and as their company grew in popularity, they purchased a ranch outside Grand Rapids, which they named Circle "A." In the words of Skip, the ranch's primary focus is on educating and inspiring young people to achieve greater levels of performance, contribution and fulfilment by saying 'yes' to their potential and becoming what God made them to be. This firm is a manifestation of the values to which we have dedicated our lives. And it's now taking place on a global scale."

Skip created a series of four cassette tapes titled "You Can Be a Winner." These would have been created at the very latest in the early 1980s, if not even before. This described his formula for success, which was DL=(GGE+PS)*PSI, which stands for Dynamic Living equal to God Given Equipment multiplied by the Principle of Success, which was multiplied by the Proper Self Image. A large amount of time was spent in this audio series on creating a Positive Self Image, which was followed by discussions on God Given Equipment and Success Principles. According to numerous IBOs, these tapes are regarded classic audio recordings.

In addition, he co-authored a book with Carole Carlson entitled Say Yes to Your Potential. This book was first published in 1983, and subsequent editions have been issued on a regular basis since then. It dealt with the same subject matter as the tape series.

Charlton, Art & Ollie Amway

 After enlisting in the United States Marine Corps in 1941, Arthur (Art) Charlton served his country in the South Pacific during the landing on Peleliu in 1944. At the conclusion of World War II, he received an honourable discharge as a Sergeant.

After returning home, Arthur co-founded and operated Comey Oil Co. in Westborough, Massachusetts, which he still owns and operates today. 

His entrepreneurial drive was piqued in 1964 when he became attracted by a developing company prospect. 

The Amway Corporation hired him and his wife Olive (Ollie) to work as distributors. Together, they contributed to the development of strategies that have catapulted Amway to the multi-billion-dollar success that it has become today. 

Being the second pair to attain Amway's then highest achievement level of Crown, as well as sitting on the IBOAI board of directors, was a highlight of their lives. 

Art went on to become a highly sought-after motivational speaker, assisting others in achieving the American Dream.

Ollie Charlton, who died in November 1998 at the age of 73, was an English actor. Art Charlton died in September 2012, at the age of 90, after a long illness. 

Ledbetter, Suzzane Amway

To inquire of top player Lennon Ledbetter about his goals in his football career, he responds without hesitation: "Recognition, income, a good life-style, and the opportunity to be part of a team."

Lennon had been a fixture in the sporting world since he was a child. He was a member of a junior high football team that went unbeaten. In high school, he set pass-receiving records that earned him All-State and All-American honours, and his team won the regional championship while he was a senior. It should come as no surprise that Lennon was sought after on a national level.

The speedy wide receiver chose to play for Brigham Young University, where he was a four-year starter and helped his team win the conference championship each year. The highlight of his undergraduate years, on the other hand, had little to do with sports. Suzanne, a fashion merchandising major from Canada who graduated with honours, met and married Lennon while studying at BYU.

TeamBuilders reap the benefits of recognition, income, a comfortable lifestyle, and the satisfaction of being a part of a group.

His brother Rob and sister-in-law Katie, as well as his parents Curtis and Virginia (all of whom are also featured in Leadership Profiles), all urged Lennon and Suzanne to consider Private Franchising as a business venture. Despite the expectations of John Lennon, the band continues to perform "My parents persuaded us to attend all of the events since they knew they would broaden our perspective on networking. When we attended our first major gathering, we understood that TeamBuilders could provide us with all of the benefits I had hoped for from sports—recognition, revenue, a better lifestyle, and the opportunity to be a part of a group."

The revelation persuaded young Lennon to forego a football, teaching, and coaching career and instead pursue a career in private franchising. This is a wise decision. Then it was forward to Double Diamond for Lennon and Suzanne, who never seemed to be able to negotiate the price of being victors.

Their Positivity in the Face of Adversity

"Of course, we encountered a number of difficulties," Suzanne recalls. "However, if you keep looking for reasons why you might not achieve, you will not succeed. That is all there is to it."

As a result, Lennon and Suzanne were able to block out all of the negativity and concentrate on the positives. They have developed a remarkable team and achieved enormous success as a result of their winning mindsets, which they combine with their extraordinary work ethic and dedication. He and his wife, Virginia, live a championship lifestyle: they are full-time parents to their three young children; they have time to travel and build the business with Curtis and Virginia and Rob and Katie; they have the financial means to make significant contributions to church and charities; they own a magnificent dream home with luxury automobiles; and they take vacations in Europe, Africa, Israel, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and other exotic locations.

"After taking a spiritually uplifting vacation in Israel, when we travelled some of the same pathways that Jesus did, it became even more apparent to us how amazing this business is," explains Suzanne. It was a period of introspection and thanksgiving. Despite the fact that our team continued to expand while we were abroad, we realised that we had decided to become teachers and coaches after all."

Throughout their lives, Lennon and Suzanne have believed in the success of their company, and they continue to set the tone for the rest of their workforce. According to Lennon, "I can't possibly picture my existence without this company." You would do the same thing as us if you were aware of what we are aware of!

The Separation and Divorce

The Ledbetters have now been split apart. Suzzane, in particular, was not supportive of Lennon's second marriage, which was discouraged by the family. Lennon and Suzzane stayed away from the proceedings until Suzzane was able to bring the case to court. Suzzane was victorious in the courtroom and acquired Lennon's company. Now that Lennon is divorcing his wife, he will have to wait until 2011 before entering another MLM. If he does not comply, Amway will file a lawsuit against him for US$15,000,000.

Amway is a multi-level marketing (MLM) enterprise, and two Korean businesspeople named Jeong Pil Soon and Kim Jong Ho have gained a considerable deal of success working for the corporation. In this piece, we will discuss their anecdotes as well as the life lessons that may be gleaned from their experiences.

Jeong Pil Soon

Over the course of her career with Amway, Jeong Pil Soon has risen through the ranks to become a Diamond distributor for the company. Since he started his Amway business in the early 1990s, he has amassed a sizable network of Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and consumers by virtue of his assiduous labor, dogged persistence, and unwavering dedication to assisting others.
