Yildiz's husband passed away while she was in her third month of certification for emerald. Her sponsor, Nilüfer, advised her to take advantage of any free time she might have.
She complied, but she returned to the next seminar and told Nilüfer that she needed to be present because she needed to finish her emerald qualification and she needed to be present when her people achieved success. Three months later, she obtains Emerald. Her son is now assisting her in the development of the company.
