Story
Leity and José Cohen get married.
Florida
When the dream comes true - JJosé (Pepe) Cohen heard about Amway for the first time at the laundromat. Pepe Cohen heard about AMWAY ™ for the first time in the laundry room. He was doing the laundry when the manager - who was also his friend - asked him questions about what he was doing. He also inquired if he would be interested in seeing a business opportunity.
Pepe remembers that he thought: "This looks like he's going to need money or business knowledge and I don't have either of the two."
"You don't lose anything by seeing it" - his friend replied. Pepe decided to join the company after giving some opinion on his friend's proposal.
Making allowances for family and business is a difficult task. Despite the fact that Pepe had been in the sector for a long time, it wasn't until Leity became pregnant that Pepe felt the need to expand it even more. It was the conviction in his voice that he remembers when they discussed the possibility of starting his own business so he could stay home with the children. "We are going to do it seriously, or we will die trying."
In feedback, Pepe believes it was a fundamental decision for the well-being of his growing family. “The truth is, even though we didn't know it at the time, Amway is the best for us. Not only because we are in charge of our own hours and finances, but because of the values on which the corporation and the friendships we have forged around the world were built ”.
When Pepe talks about the company, he emphasizes Amway's core values, Freedom, Family, Hope and Rewards to bring a more complete picture of Amway culture to those who are listening. He removes any doubts about becoming a member of this wonderful family.
We have nothing if we have no objective. Therefore, first of all, there are your dreams and your purpose. Then there are the objectives and the work that must be done to achieve them. - Pepe
The most important thing is to get some sleep. The importance of a dream, according to Pepe, lies in the gifts it gives to the person who has it. “Having dreams motivates all of us to set goals. It is impossible to find meaning in life if we do not have dreams. And if we don't have any goals, we don't have anything to work towards. So, first and foremost, consider your dreams and your purpose. Then come the goals and the work you have to do to achieve them ”.
When it comes to big dreams, Pepe cautions the IBO not to focus too much on them and lose sight of the daily work that needs to be done to achieve them. "We know that having dreams is the vital element to staying motivated: But what keeps you on track is doing that day-to-day job."
Pepe and Leity rely on their daily “to do” list to stay focused on what is truly important - their five children, Yanelis, 26, Yamila, 24, Isaac, 19, Amanda, 5, and Kevin. , 4 - and to keep moving forward.
A step forward towards the next goal One of the things that Pepe and Leity want to mark as “done” on their to-do list is to become a Crown Ambassador; They understand that it is a process and that it takes dedication and effort to achieve that goal. At first, his determination and enthusiasm more than made up for the lack of knowledge he had at the time. Now, as their business continues to develop, they rely on their past experiences, their method, their mindset, and their confidence to guide them.
What happened to us is that as we started to grow internally, we also started to feel more secure. Naturally, we feel more prepared when we focus more on our business, on the next level, on the next goal. And that assurance made us more credible and capable mentors. - Leity
According to Leity, every day something new seems to fall into place: What happened to us is that as we grew internally, we also felt more and more secure. When we focus more on expanding our business, on reaching the next level, the next goal, we naturally feel better prepared. Having that assurance made us more credible and capable mentors. "
Pepe and Leity are looking for people who have a vision, are talented and work hard to join their team. In their own words, they say that the confidence they have in the capabilities of their team has given them enormous confidence and given them hope for the future.
Pepe proudly declares: “We have a fascinating team. . Because they are such wonderful people, we knew it was only a matter of time before this happened. When we say that things are going to happen, we are sure, because the team is there to achieve it ”.
Thanks to the trust they share with their team, Pepe and Leity anticipate and plan for their future growth. “It's just about building the network to develop the business - Dec todas nuestras expectativas”.
Cohen, Jose, and Leity Amway are three people who have distinguished themselves in their respective industries thanks to their singular histories and accomplishments. Even though their lives have taken very different turns, each of them has made important contributions to both the communities in which they live and the wider globe.
Let's begin with Cohen, shall we? Robert Cohen is a veteran of the television industry who also worked in documentary filmmaking and writing. His work on the television series "Real World," which is widely regarded as the forerunner of the reality television genre, has brought him the majority of his notoriety. Cohen was responsible for the production of the show's first three seasons. After that, he went on to produce other reality shows such as "Work Out" and "Project Greenlight."
Cohen is a well-known television personality, and in addition to that, he is also an excellent novelist. He is the author of a number of books, the most notable of which are "The Essential Guide to Telecommunications" and "The Big Book of TV Guide Crosswords." In addition, Cohen has written for a wide variety of magazines, some of which include The New York Times, Rolling Stone, and TV Guide.
The next person is Jose. There are many people with the name Jose, but in this instance, we are referring to Jose Antonio Vargas. He has worked in journalism and filmmaking in addition to advocating for immigration rights. When Vargas was 12 years old, he left the Philippines and traveled to the United States without proper documentation. He is now an undocumented immigrant from the Philippines. He pursued a career in journalism and worked for a number of newspapers, including The Washington Post, where he was recognized with a Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on the tragedy that occurred at Virginia Tech.
In an article that he wrote for the magazine of The New York Times in 2011, Vargas disclosed the fact that he was an unauthorized immigrant. Since that time, he has been a renowned champion for immigration reform and formed the non-profit group Define American. The mission of this organization is to shift the debate surrounding immigration in the United States.
And last but not least, we have Leity Amway. Young fashion designer Leity hails from Zimbabwe, where she has already established a reputation for herself in the industry. Amway is a fashion label that she launched in 2015, and she serves as both the company's founder and creative director. The designs produced by Amway are well-known for the daring prints and vivid colors that they include; as a result, the brand has garnered a following not only in Zimbabwe but also abroad.
Leity is known for her work in the fashion industry, but she is also active in charitable giving. She has collaborated with organizations like as UNICEF in order to provide assistance to those who are in need, and she has made use of her platform in order to raise awareness about issues that are affecting women and girls in Zimbabwe.
Even though Cohen, Jose, and Leity come from different places and have taken different roads in life, they all share the common goal of making the world a better place by utilizing their unique skills and the platforms they have been given. Their lives serve as a model for others to aspire to, encouraging them to make a positive impact not only in their own communities but on a broader scale as well.
