Prior to joining the Amway business, I was employed as a consultant, but I did not have time to spend with my family or spend time with myself. I didn't feel like I'd accomplished anything. My life has been completely transformed as a result of my involvement with the Amway business. Ila, my wife, works as a beautician. We are both working full-time on the development of this company. We are now able to spend a significant amount of time together and are living a stress-free existence.
As a result of their thorough cooperation offered to us during the course of growing our Amway business, we express our gratitude to our Uplines, Downlines, colleagues, and the management of Amway India. Our organisation has achieved remarkable strides in nearly all areas of its operations during the last five and a half years. Starting with a distributorship drive and progressing to the scale of our SEWA and SANSKAR projects, which have acquired great popularity both within the country and outside, Amway India has established itself in every nook and cranny of the country. It is currently regarded as a household name.
It was only possible because of the honest support and solid partnership of everyone involved. An organisation founded on the ideals of "SEWA and SANSKAR" strives for complete dedication from each and every active distributor leader who participates in its activities.
My evaluation of any organisation is based only on the basis of real accomplishment, rather than the customary limits of position, rankings, and accolades bestowed upon them. Personally, I want to be known for my integrity, honesty, and high standard of conduct, as well as my ability to be totally professional with the utmost dedication in all my actions and decisions that have an impact on my organisation. I also want to be known for my ability to adapt and change in a rapidly changing environment.
Whatever I undertake, I always strive to maintain a clear sense of purpose, goal orientation, a high level of self-control and discipline, effective resource management, and meticulous attention to detail. A part of the future comes into us in order to transform itself within us. It will happen long before it actually does. Each of us has the ability to create a life, even an incredible life.
However, we perceive our anxieties and concerns in a completely new perspective, and as a result, they no longer hinder our ability to perform, but instead serve to encourage us to attain our objectives. As a result of this clarity, a new level of power and speed in delivering particular, quantifiable results has emerged. We have made significant strides forward in terms of improving the overall quality of our lives.
No longer is the past the most essential determinant of our achievement, but rather how we function in the present; the most important determinant of who we are is not the past, but the future. It is only when we are able to leave our history in the past and take a step forward into the future that the possibilities for every element of our lives expand enormously. but
