For both of us, it was a humble beginning to our careers. The only alternative we had at the time was to work hard in school in the hope that education would provide us with the means to break free from our shackles of poverty. We did not have any lofty aspirations in life; instead, we intended to live a simple and unexceptional existence. We were not expected to dream big, establish goals, or live a luxurious lifestyle. We were simply taught, or as some would say, "programmed," to work hard in school in order to obtain a nice job and live a basic, average life.
Pharmacist training was completed by me (Ganason). When I first started working, life consisted of a typical 9 – 5 job followed by family, home, television, and friends, and that was it! Despite the fact that I was able to advance in my profession from an executive to a senior manager level, life was much the same as it was for the majority of salary earners: there were more days than money, and more bills to pay than income.
When we decided to start the AMWAY business, it marked a watershed moment in our lives. We refused to participate in the business at its inception because we did not comprehend the worth of the enterprise and, in fact, had no intention of establishing any kind of enterprise. Our sponsor persevered, and we were eventually persuaded to "sign up." In appreciation of the opportunity and direction, we would like to express our gratitude to our sponsor, Munusamy & Santhi, our upline Founders Platinum, Joe and Lenny, and our Founders Diamond, Gladstone & Violet for their assistance. A special thank you goes out to many of my family members and our children (Agilan, Reygana and Agilesh) for their support, sacrifices, and understanding throughout this difficult time. We would also like to express our gratitude to ALL of the leaders in our organisation. We are sending a message to our leaders that they can achieve their goals if they believe in them and work hard for them - Dream 21, Go Diamond. Millions THANK YOU to Rich and Jay for providing us with this wonderful AMWAY opportunity.
Actually, we were just about to tie the knot when we decided to establish the firm. We did not take a honeymoon vacation. Our first outing together following our wedding was to an Amway gathering, which was also Panja's first introduction to the Amway brand. This particular occasion served as a watershed moment for Panja, and as a result, both of us made a significant commitment to growing the company following the event. After that, there were no more excuses, no more going back; we had made our decision, and we were committed to continuing to expand the company. We are confronted with a great deal of difficulties, rejection, disappointment, and failure. As an Amway employee, I would prefer to refer to the failure as a temporary setback because there are no failures, only obstacles, which we use as opportunities to further better ourselves. Only those who give up will fail in Amway, therefore never, never, never give up!! ). We were highly self-sufficient from the outset, and we recognised that we were in charge of our own firm.
It was not an easy road to success; we faced numerous obstacles along the way to reaching the Platinum and eventually Diamond levels. Moving from Platinum to Emerald took around ten years, whereas the transition from Emerald to Diamond level was completed in less than one year. Every hardship helped us become wiser and more resilient. We always viewed obstacles as stepping stones on the path to success rather than as stumbling blocks to overcome. We have chosen to be the thermostat that controls the environment rather than the thermometer, which will allow the environment to control us instead. There is no such thing as tremendous achievement without excitement, and we were quite enthusiastic about the firm once we realised its potential value. In addition to financial stability, Amway may provide us with a luxurious lifestyle, freedom, a healthy lifestyle, free 5-star travel opportunities, personality development, positive friends and more. In a few nations, we even have international enterprises of our own. ‘YOU CAN DO IT, DREAM 21, VETRI NITCHIYAM, GO DIAMOND' is our motivational phrase in its most basic form.
