Mike and Bridget are an example of an ordinary, fun-loving couple that seized the opportunity to start their own business with both hands.
Mike was employed in the shearing industry at the time of the plan's discovery, while Bridget was employed as a secondary school teacher.
They had no prior business or management experience. According to Mike Hoffman, "I've discovered that there are two things you need to be successful in life."
First and foremost, establish clear objectives.
In the second place, a means of achieving them. If you want to accelerate the process of attaining your objectives, this firm is an excellent choice.
We discovered that the company provides considerably more.
It's all about people coming together to help one another.
We get a great deal of satisfaction from assisting others in achieving their objectives.
They are now in their early thirties and have started their own company venture.
It is their decision whether or not to work, whether or not to go snow skiing during the week when there are no lines, and whether or not to go trout fishing when there is no one else on the river.
"When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is set up my diary," Mike explains.
"I don't have somebody telling me what to do or dictating my timetable or goals for me."
Mike and Bridget have attained the highest levels of success and live a life that allows them to spend as much time as they want with their two young children, which they cherish.
"When we first saw the proposal, we were enthused by the possibilities of the business," Mike explains. But, I have to say, there were times when we worried if we would be able to pull it off.
Fortunately, there is a great deal of support available in this business from the top down, as well as a comprehensive training structure.
We're not afraid of hard labour, but we're looking forward to having the opportunity to reap the rewards of our efforts."
"We could see the business assisting us in achieving our goals far more swiftly than simply continuing our careers," Mike explains.
Even better, we were able to maintain our professional careers as we created our company, resulting in less risk.
"There is nothing to lose, and everything to gain." Business ownership has taught us to be dedicated, self-assured, have a positive attitude, and care for others, all of which are values that are important to us.
The use of these concepts had a significant role in our achievement.
"There are significant financial incentives in this business. Yes, in terms of money.
The most significant benefits, however, are the freedom of time and the freedom of choice.”
