Bobby and Amy work as accountants in their day jobs. In his previous position as Vice-President for Branch Operations at Citbank, Bobby committed the majority of his working years.
He worked with Citibank for 26 years until he retired in December 1998 at the age of 48, when he was a senior vice president.
Aside from themselves, their daughters and son are also involved in the business, and their entire family has been inspired by the vision and potential of what this business opportunity may do to enhance people's lives.
His ambition was to retire early, wealthy, and "pogi" (beautiful), whereas Alma desired more time with her family.
They are currently engaged in "apostolic" activity (having more time to their grand-sons and grand-daughters).
Their operations extend throughout Europe, North America, Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region.
As of right moment, they are the most successful Amway-Network21 affiliate in the Philippines.
