The Blanchard's were Crown's located in Montreal Canada. They were one of the fastest North American IBO's to go into Diamond qualifying.
In October 67 they proceeded through Diamond qualification and finished qualification in April 68 (16 months) (16 months).
They broke a flurry of frontline silvers and went Crown in March 1980.
(Note: In 1980, a Crown required just be a Diamond with an additional 14 frontline silvers.
Today a Crown IBO demands 18 platinums or 22 FAA points.)
This was at a period when the Amway literature was only in English & the Blanchard's spoke French only. Andre also only has an elementary level education.
Today he is fluent in English and can speak Spanish, Italian and Portugese.
There was no structure for the Blanchard's back when they were developing the business, They eventually connected in with the BWW organisation, yet in 2000 they quit Amway and are now pushing Morinda Bioactives (previously Tahatian Noni) (formerly Tahatian Noni)

Three well-known personalities in the field of business and entrepreneurship are Blanchard Amway, Andre Amway, and Francoise Amway.
They have significantly advanced the industry with their forward-thinking concepts, strong leadership abilities, and fruitful business endeavors. In the following paragraphs, we will take a more in-depth look at each of them as well as the contributions that each of them made.
Blanchard is an American management expert and author who is noted for his work on leadership, motivation, and performance management. Blanchard comes from the state of Texas in the United States. The Ken Blanchard Companies is a management training and consulting firm with its headquarters in San Diego, California.
He is a co-founder of the company as well as its Chief Spiritual Officer. The book "The One Minute Manager," which Blanchard authored and which has been translated into 37 different languages, is the primary reason for the author's widespread recognition.
The primary objective of Blanchard's work is to cultivate leaders who are able to build organizations and teams that are highly effective. He is of the opinion that leadership is a service, and that in order to achieve success, leaders must center their attention on the requirements of the people they are responsible for leading.
It is a paradigm of leadership that he has devised that he calls "Situational Leadership," and it is predicated on the concept that leaders need to adapt the manner in which they lead to the stage of growth that their people are at.
Blanchard's contributions to the field of management have earned him a number of accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Talent Development as well as the Thought Leader Award from the Best Practice Institute. He continues to publish articles and give talks on topics related to management and leadership all around the world.
Andre Amway is a French entrepreneur who is also one of the co-founders of Amway. Amway is a multi-level marketing organization that distributes products related to personal hygiene, personal appearance, and home care.
Amway is one of the most successful direct selling organizations in the world, and the company now has operations in more than a hundred different nations and territories. The company was established in 1959.
Amway's success can be attributed, at least in part, to the singularity of its business model, which calls for the company's products to be sold to end users through the efforts of independent distributors. These distributors have the opportunity to earn commissions not only on the sales they personally generate for the company but also on the sales generated by other distributors they bring into the fold.
Some people have referred to this business model as a pyramid scam, however Amway has defended its business practices and has established that they are within the law in the majority of the nations in which they operate.
Amway has also been renowned for its charitable work, including the creation of the Amway One by One Campaign for Children, which offers assistance to disadvantaged children located all over the world. Amway has also been a significant patron of the arts for many years, and the company has sponsored events and exhibitions all over the world.
Francoise Amway is Andre Amway's wife, and in addition to being involved in the management of the company, she is also involved in the business. She is well-known for her work in charitable organizations and for her efforts to encourage business ownership and education all around the world. Francoise is the person responsible for the creation of the French American Entrepreneurship Award, which honors young business owners and provides assistance to those individuals as they launch their own enterprises.
In addition to this, Francoise is a co-founder of the Amway Parenting Institute, which is an organization that offers guidance and assistance to parents all around the world. She has received accolades for the services that she has made to the field of education, and in 2011, the French government presented her with the Order of Academic Palms.
To summarize, Blanchard, Andre, and Francoise Amway are three people who have significantly impacted the world of business and entrepreneurship throughout their careers.
Their forward-thinking concepts, leadership abilities, and charitable actions have all contributed to the evolution of the industry and to the general improvement of people's lives all around the world. Their legacies will continue to serve as sources of motivation for future generations of businesspeople and political leaders.
