Pyne, Lindsay & Pam
In 2005, farmers Lindsay and Pam Pyne were awarded the Diamond status by the USDA.
They were first recognised as silvers in the July 1999 issue of Amagram, following a period of time that began in mid 1998. (7 years to reach Diamond).
Lindsay has openly confessed that she began her Amway career with a very minimal level of literacy, according to media reports.
They reside in New South Wales and are a member of the McKenna Landing System.
AN INSPIRING SUCCESS STORY
Lindsay and Pam were well-versed in the nuances of running a traditional business, having worked in a variety of industries such as farming, shipping, and owning an equestrian centre, among others.
As Pam puts it, "We were sick and tired of going backwards in terms of financial stability while working awful hours in order to get there."
Both Lindsay and Pam felt that they were fortunate enough to be at the appropriate location and at the appropriate time.
When they were provided with this business opportunity, they had been looking for a vehicle that would assist them in achieving their goals.
Very early on, Lindsay recognised that their independent firm would provide them with the ability to double their time, and that the financial gains that resulted would allow them to live a more liberated life.
We were separated by a great deal of distance, as Lindsay describes it:
"We were so far away from everyone and everything!"
Even though it was difficult at times, the travel time turned out to be a blessing in disguise since it allowed us to absorb the motivational messages offered to us by our support staff and the system.”
Lindsay concludes with the following statement. “This isn't something we do; it's something we are.
