Amway ranked 2nd in Cosmetics & Toiletries in South Korea
Global giants such as Unilever and Proctor & Gamble were outsold by Amway, which was the second best-selling cosmetics and toiletries firm in the South Korean market in 2003, according to Euromonitor.
Amorepacific, a Korean manufacturer, was the market leader. The top five were as follows:
- Amorepacific is the first of these.
- Amway (no. 2)
- LG Household & Care Services
- Procter & Gamble (No. 4)
- The Aekyung Group is number five.
Interestingly, Unilever, the only other international business in the top 10, came in at number seven.
Amway Korea is one of Alticor's best-performing markets on a worldwide scale, ranking third in the world.
