The lawsuit was unsuccessful, as no other parties joined the claim, and Cheryl Rhodes herself withdrew from the case.
Ultimately, the court concluded that whatever difficulties they had may be resolved through Amway's arbitration process.
Cheryl Rhodes started a website called "Married to an Ambot" in August 2010 under the guise of Anna Banana, which is now defunct.
The site makes extensive use of coarse language and enthusiastically encourages the distribution of death threats against IBOs.
