Yager, Dexter & Birdie Beginnings

Yager, Dexter & Birdie reached Founders Crown Ambassador with 65 FAA (Founders Achievement Award), they were young married couple from Rome, New York. He always adds, “Coming from where we did, there was no way to imagine anything close to what we have today.”

They have their business established in multiple countries like United States, Canada, India, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala


Dexter worked as a Brewery Representative, and dreaming of something more. “All my life, I believed that I was going to succeed and make something of myself,” says Dexter. “I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.”

As they were looking for their next path in life, one of their friends introduced them to the Amway business. After discussing it, Dexter and Birdie decided to give the business one year of total commitment and attention.

Family values

They have seven children, all of them played a role in the family business growing up. “We’re proud of raising our seven kids in and around the business,” says Birdie, “and the tremendous influence it’s been on us and them.”

The biggest secret of their success is always quick to emphasize the importance of knowing what your dream is, and never letting go of it.

“Get a big dream, and don’t let anybody steal it,” says Dexter. “And don’t just read about successful people. Associate with the people you admire most, and stick around.”

Chandra Sekharan & C Krishnaveni - Diamonds

Mr. Chandra Sekharan & C Krishnaveni were born in a very successful business family. Krishnaveni is a house wife. When they initially started and maintained multiple business, they never heard about something like franchise business or about amway business. Having been brought up from business background, they faced downtrend in their traditional business that was run by his father. It led to huge financial crisis in their family from 1982 to 1992. Post 1992, they were finding more money and money was not an issue. However, the problem is he did not have time to spend with family. Due to changes in technology and market, their trading and marketing business was down. He realized that all of his business required his physical presence to have money flowing in. What if something happens to him? Who will take care of family? and his children do not want to go through the same situation.
