Diamond Plus Bonus Amway
Qualified Diamonds and above who personally or foster 7 or more in-market groups, each qualifying at the highest performance bonus level for at least 6 months of a fiscal year, receive a Diamond Plus Bonus at the conclusion of each fiscal year. Diamond Plus Bonus Fund disbursements are made under the Diamond Plus Bonus Schedule.
Should disbursements based on the schedule leave a surplus in the fund – or exceed the sum available in the fund – all payments would be increased or decreased on a pro-rate basis until the total disbursement equalled the available money.
