Emerald Bonus Amway
Qualified Emeralds and above who personally or foster 3 or more in-market groups, each qualifying at the highest performance bonus level for at least 6 months of a given fiscal year, receive Emerald Bonus Points and payment on the volume of that market as well as traceable volume from internationally sponsored qualified groups.
At the end of the fiscal year, Amway identifies all internationally sponsored volumes, links them to the appropriate international sponsor and corresponding market (one country removed) and pays the International and Foster Sponsorship Lines an Emerald Bonus. All receivers of Emerald Bonus may benefit from expanded funds. The fund is distributed to qualifying participants as specified in the "Emerald Profit Sharing, Emerald and Diamond Bonus Schedule" table.
