Silver Producer Amway
The Silver Producer Qualification Pin is granted to an IBO meeting any of the following standards within the Amway Fiscal Year:
- Generates at least 10,000 PV staff;
- Personally or foster sponsors a 21% group and generate an additional 15% Award Volume that month; or
- Personally sponsors two or more 21 percent groups.
That's the start of Platinum. It still counts as non-leader.
