The UR Association is a new group led by John Crowe, who was previously connected with the Britt World Wide organisation. UR teaches IBOs how to construct organisations that can not only generate financial riches, but also assist other people in taking charge of their financial future through financial education. The mentorship approach, as well as their principles and ideals, will enable UR Association to serve as a model for what Quixtar can accomplish for people, families, and the greater good in the world.
There are more than a dozen examples of leaders who have or will have achieved financial independence in the future. These leaders, as well as future leaders, will all have one thing in common: they are all visionaries. They will be aware of, comprehend, and demonstrate the unwritten law that the business works if you put in the effort to make it work. Something that a lot of people do not realise is that in order to be successful at something, you must be driven, enthusiastic, and even obsessive with it.
Dave Dussault, President of UR Association, indicated that the organisation will break four diamonds, twenty-five emeralds, one hundred Q-12 platiums, and five thousand new IBOs in 2008-2009 as a result of the new Mentorship Program and organisational structure.
