 Bobby Britt is the younger brother of Britt World Wide founder Bill Britt, who founded the company in 1982.

When visitors arrive at Bobby and Jean Britt's nice, conventional house in Raleigh, North Carolina, Bobby loves to keep them entertained by playing music from their personal collection. Bobby, a former keyboard player who has performed with such well-known recording artists as B.B. King and Aretha Franklin, has put his musical career on hold in order to concentrate on growing his company.

Now that he has achieved some kind of personal and financial success, Bobby has more time to devote to writing lyrics, recording music, and listening to the music of his favourite artists. Two Shades of Soul was the South's first integrated soul band, and Bobby spent his high school and college years touring the Southeast with them, recalls Bobby. 

"In 1967, we had two singles that reached the top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100. Due to a car accident that forced me to miss my examinations during my sophomore year of college, I decided to drop out and enlist in the Marine Corps instead. Even though I had volunteered for Vietnam, I ended myself stationed in Japan working as a cryptoanalyst for military intelligence." After serving his country in the Marine Corps, Bobby chose to return to his musical roots.

After returning to Florida, I proceeded to work as a private detective during the day and as a musician in the evenings. Bobby's brother, Bill Britt, presented him with a business concept for a marketing company at that time. Bobby was impressed. When it came to getting started, Bobby says, "the timing wasn't perfect." "I was confident that my song had the potential to go viral. After a few years, I made the decision to return to my marketing business full time."

After a few years of courtship and marriage to Jean, Bobby found himself in a position to make a positive difference in both his personal and professional life. Bobby is a happy man these days, thanks to his new wife, Jamie, and the success of his growing business.

As Bobby explains, "My life has been much richer and fuller as a result of my business. Not only am I debt-free, but I've also formed long-lasting friendships and experienced the gratification that comes from assisting others in realising their full potential."

Bobby and Jean now have enterprises in Japan, Korea, Canada, Argentina, Italy, Spain, England, Germany, and Mexico, in addition to their home country of the United States. Eventually, they hope to have operations in any country in which this possibility is available.

Both Bobby and Jean Britt are notable figures in the world of business and entrepreneurship due to the tremendous contributions that they have made to these fields. Britt WorldWide is a training and support group that assists individuals in developing successful businesses through the Amway network. The organization was established by Bobby Britt, who also serves as its creator. The success of the Britt WorldWide organization can be directly attributed, in large part, to the contributions that Jean Britt has made as an entrepreneur in her own right.

In the early 1970s, Bobby Britt launched his professional life in the direct sales industry by joining Amway. He moved up the ranks quite fast and is now considered to be one of the most successful Amway distributors in the entire world. In 1980, he established Britt WorldWide with the intention of supplying other Amway salespeople with training and support. Today, Britt WorldWide is present in over 80 countries and has assisted thousands of individuals in establishing profitable businesses.

The success of Britt WorldWide may largely be attributed to the contributions that Jean Britt has made. She has already built a successful business for herself, and she now uses her knowledge, experience, and connections within the Amway network to assist others in building profitable businesses. In addition to her work with Britt WorldWide, Jean has been involved in a number of philanthropic organizations and has done extensive work to advance educational opportunities and business ventures on a global scale.

"During high school and college, I toured the Southeast with the South's first integrated soul band, Two Shades of Soul," adds Bobby. "In 1967 we had two singles on the top 50 Song Chart. I dropped out of college during my sophomore year after an automobile accident led me to miss my examinations, and enlisted in the Marines. I volunteered for Vietnam, but was stationed in Japan as a crypto-analyst in military intelligence." After active duty in the Marines, Bobby chose to get back to his music.

"I returned to my home in Florida and proceeded to work as a private investigator during the day and a musician at night." It was at that time, Bobby's brother, Bill Britt, showed him the notion for a marketing business. "I got started, but the timing wasn't perfect," Bobby explains. "I was confident I could make it huge with my songs. A few years later I decided to get back to my marketing business."

A couple of years ago, Bobby met and married his wife, Jean, who has made a tremendous impact on his life and his business. Bobby is a happy man these days, thanks to his new wife, Jamie, and the success of his growing business.

On stage, it was remarked that it was a good thing "he never stepped foot" in India because he earned Founders Double Diamond rank without putting in any effort, and travelling there would just exacerbate the situation (he has since visited India). Because of a disagreement with BWW India, Kanti and Hemi Gala created their own system, Winners International, to conduct their company. The matter has been resolved in recent months, and as a result, Britt India and Winners International will work together in the future.
