 Yildiz's husband passed away while she was in her third month of certification for emerald. Her sponsor, Nilüfer, advised her to take advantage of any free time she might have. 

She complied, but she returned to the next seminar and told Nilüfer that she needed to be present because she needed to finish her emerald qualification and she needed to be present when her people achieved success. Three months later, she obtains Emerald. Her son is now assisting her in the development of the company.

Murat Kurmalı says that thanks to his Amway business, education continues for life. “My pessimism increased as I saw the possibility that the dreams we had for the future during school years might not come true even for years when we entered business life.” He wanted to invest in the textile sector, where he worked for 7 years, but this business would not be possible without capital and this money could not be saved by working.

But the main thing that interrupted his dream of starting a business; His mentor, full of knowledge and experience, was the departure of his father Mehmet Kurmalı in 2003. Life was charting a new course for him at the age of 28. He was inexperienced and it was not the time to take risks against life. But it was a good thing, because when analyzing the past today, it would make him very happy to know that my father's belief in work and his determination to build, his constant support for my mother, even though there was nothing years ago, shaped our lives after him and that he still has his shadow on us.

Seeing that the Amway business, which I grew up with since my university years, shapes our family future, made me realize what kind of future this business is preparing for the next generations when done right. My greatest luck has been to learn under the roof led by our esteemed sponsors, while on the other hand, the experience of my business partner mother has always guided me by my side. Today, I care a lot about the growth of my 7-year-old son, who will be the 3rd generation of our family business, by learning the language of this business, and I am happy.

 Bu iş fırsatıyla tanıştığımda önce beni ürünlerin çevre dostu oluşu etkilemişti‘ diyor Yıldız Kurmalı. Doğaya katkıda bulunmak benim hep prensiplerimden biriydi. Planı vizyon sahibi sponsorlarımızdan dinledikten sonra ailece bu işi hiç düşünmeden yapmaya karar verdik ve hızlı bir şekilde işimizi inşa etmeye başladık . Murat Kurmalı, Amway işi sayesinde eğitimin hayat boyu devam ettiğini söylüyor. “Okul yıllarında gelecek için kurduğumuz hayallerin iş hayatının içine girince yıllar boyu bile gerçekleşmeme ihtimalini gördükçe karamsarlığım artıyordu.” 7 yıl çalıştığı tekstil sektörüne yatırım yapmak istiyordu , ama sermaye olmadan bu iş olamayacaktı ve çalışarak bu para birikmiyordu.

Ama esas onun iş kurma hayalini sekteye uğratan; bilgi ve tecrübe dolu yönlendiricisi, babası Mehmet Kurmalı’nın 2003 yılında aralarından ayrılmasıydı. Hayat 28 yaşında ona yeni bir rota çiziyordu. Tecrübesizdi ve hayata karşı alınacak risklerin zamanı değildi. Ama iyi ki bu iş vardı, çünkü bugün geçmişi analize babamın yıllar önce ortada bir şey yokken de işe inancı v inşa etme kararlılığı, annemi sürekli desteklemesininin ondan sonraki hayatımızı da yön gölge
