As the first Diamond-level distributor for Amway in Venezuela, he has become a trailblazer, inspiring countless individuals to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. This article delves into Félix Hernández’s journey, his contributions to Amway, and his broader impact on the network marketing industry, including his association with other companies like Kyäni.

The Journey to Diamond-Level Success in Amway

Félix Hernández’s rise to prominence in Amway began with his unwavering commitment to the principles of network marketing. The Diamond pin, one of Amway’s most prestigious awards, is reserved for those who have built substantial and effective organizations within the company. Achieving Diamond-level status signifies exceptional leadership, significant sales achievements, and the ability to mentor and grow a successful team.

Hernández’s accomplishment as the first Venezuelan to reach this milestone is a testament to his dedication and ability to navigate the unique challenges of the Venezuelan market. His leadership style emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and resilience, qualities that have earned him widespread respect within the Amway community.

Leadership and Mentorship

A cornerstone of Félix Hernández’s success is his ability to inspire and mentor others. In the competitive world of network marketing, leadership is about more than personal achievements; it’s about empowering others to succeed. Hernández has consistently demonstrated this through his dedication to his team members, providing them with the tools, training, and motivation needed to reach their goals.

His approach to mentorship involves:

  1. Personalized Training: Tailoring strategies to fit the individual strengths and circumstances of his team members.
  2. Consistent Motivation: Encouraging perseverance, even in challenging economic climates like those in Venezuela.
  3. Community Building: Fostering a sense of belonging and teamwork, which are essential for long-term success in network marketing.

These principles have not only helped him reach Diamond status but also enabled countless others to achieve financial independence and personal growth.

Expanding Influence: Involvement with Kyäni

Beyond his achievements with Amway, Félix Hernández has also made a mark in other network marketing ventures, most notably with Kyäni. Known for its health and wellness products, Kyäni has attracted top leaders from the network marketing world, and Hernández is no exception.

While both share the same name and Venezuelan heritage, their careers are in entirely different domains. One has excelled in the realm of professional sports, while the other has made a lasting impact in network marketing.

Conclusion: A Legacy of Leadership and Inspiration

Félix Hernández’s contributions to Amway and the broader network marketing industry serve as an inspiration for entrepreneurs worldwide. His journey from a determined individual to a celebrated leader demonstrates the power of mentorship, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. Whether through Amway, Kyäni, or his broader influence in the network marketing world, Hernández continues to empower others to achieve their dreams, leaving a legacy that extends far beyond his personal achievements.

Aspiring network marketers can learn much from his story, using his example as a blueprint for building sustainable success in this dynamic industry. Soraya

Soraya Raquel Lamilla Cuevas (March 11, 1969 – May 10, 2006) was an American-Colombian singer/songwriter, guitarist, arranger, record producer.

A successful Colombian music star, on Billboard's Latin Pop Airplay charts, she has two number-one songs. She earned a 2004 Latin Grammy Award for "Best Album by Songwriter" for the self-titled Soraya album she produced and was nominated for "Female Pop Vocal Album" for her album El Otro Lado de Mi in 2005. (literally "The Other Side of Me").

She was the 2005 Billboard Latin Music Awards opening act. Her career spanned ten years, recording five albums.

Soraya died May 10, 2006 after a protracted struggle against breast cancer.

Biography

Early life

Soraya Raquel Lamilla Cuevas was born a year after her father, mother, and brother relocated from their native Colombia to the United States. The family travelled back to Colombia as a newborn, but when Soraya was eight, they returned to New Jersey. "Soraya," a common name in the Middle East, can be interpreted as "Pleiades."  Maternal relatives of Soraya were Christians from Lebanon to Colombia.  Colombia's mother, Yamila Cuevas Gharib, was a housewife. Soraya's father, Gregorio Lamilla, worked for Colombia's exporting corporation. In the U.S., family life was stressful, so he worked three or four jobs to meet ends.

At age 5, Soraya grew interested in music when she heard her uncle playing music in Colombia. He played "Pueblito Viejo," a traditional Colombian folk song utilising an instrument called the tiple, a triple string guitar. Her parents got her a guitar she taught to play. Her first public performance was at Carnegie Hall in New York City as a member of the N.Y.C. Youth Philharmonic. She was a valedictorian at Point Pleasant Boro High School, when she began writing her own music.

Soraya was 12 when she was first diagnosed with breast cancer, 18 when she had a recurrence, and 22 when she died in 1992. Soraya stated her sense of responsibility rose because she needed to look after her mother and handle all household tasks. She would also join her mother to the doctor's office, researching breast cancer together and participating in the Cure Race.

Soraya attended New Jersey's Rutgers University, studying English literature, French philosophy, and women's studies. She initially thought that she might be too bashful to play before larger crowds, but she soon won over her nervousness and found her enormous potential as a live musician when she played at coffee houses and rallies throughout the enormous Rutgers campus to rapt audiences. She began her music career as a flight attendant.

Musical career

Soraya got a record contract with Polygram Records/Island Records in 1994. Her first album, released in English and Spanish two years later, was titled On nights like this/En esta noche. Both versions gained significant critical praise and allowed her to tour the U.S., Latin America and Europe as a guest performer for bands including Natalie Merchant, Zucchero, Sting, Michael Bolton and Alanis Morissette.

Her songs soared to the top of Latin American, European, and U.S. Hispanic charts. Her first hit, "Suddenly/De Repente," reached #1 in Billboard Latin Pop charts, with some mainstream adult contemporary radio in the English version. Her second album, Torre de marfil/Wall of smiles, was released in late 1997 and helped her achieve worldwide notoriety after a song co-written with her idol Carole King.

Soraya was diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer in 200, shortly after releasing her third album, Cuerpo y alma / I'm yours, only days before she was going to tour and promote it. She spent time off fighting illness.

Soraya returned to the music industry in 2003 with the release of her fourth and self-titled album, Soraya. Songs highlighted her challenges, views and life love. She authored, produced and arranged the Latin Grammy CD for "Best Album by a Singer-Songwriter."

She created another hit album, El otro lado de mí, before she died in 2006.

Death

On May 10, 2006, 37, Soraya died of breast cancer in Miami, Florida. She was originally diagnosed at age 31 in 2000 after noticing a lump during a routine self-examination. At stage III, she was diagnosed with double mastectomy and breast reconstruction, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Soraya lost her mother, grandmother, and maternal aunt to breast cancer.

Breast cancer advocate

Soraya supported and educated breast cancer, especially for Hispanic women. She became the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation's first Latin spokeswoman, touring the Americas to promote awareness. She took her music career sabbatical throughout September and October to focus on awareness of breast cancer.

Soraya penned and released "No one else/Por ser quien yo," a song that recounts her struggle in combating breast cancer. Both tracks can be downloaded on her website. All profits help Susan G. Komen Foundation.

"I know there are many unanswered questions that hope doesn't leave with me, and above all that my mission doesn't finish with my physical tale," were Soraya's last comments to her admirers and media before her death.

Lucich, Walter & Encarnación Amway

Encarnacion and Walter always looked for different ways forward in the traditional setting. And although they knew nothing about network marketing, they decided to take the opportunity with AMWAY: "We wanted something of the situation we were in, but we never imagined that there could be new ways to develop companies."

Everyone remembers their first meeting with Amway Business in 1996 with great happiness: "with a late night call, a meeting in a restaurant at 10 pm, and you will know the business plan on a plaque.

" But they found something so simple, simultaneously, an opportunity that they could not pass up, so they decided to start their business. From that moment on, nothing could stop the couple and when they went to a convention they knew what they could get:

Lucich, Walter & Encarnación
"more than paying our debts, it gave us the freedom and quality of life that we began to enjoy in 2000, when we qualified. for the Diamond level. "

"We were accredited as Founders of Diamonds in 2006, with a consolidated economic reality, profitable investments, enjoying that our partners reach their qualifications at all levels, our six children and many nephews".

At the end of that year, they decided to take a break from AMWAY activities to nurture their spiritual side through a Christian association of which they are a part.

They became Venezuela's first executive diamond in 2012 and reached the double diamond in May 2013.

Plot

See: Diriliş: Ertuğrul (season 1)
Süleyman Sah, Bey of the Kayi sends his son, Ertuğrul, to ask Aleppo's Emir for land. This is made practically difficult by putting the Kayi in a series of conflicts with the Templars after saving Šehzade Numan, Halime Sultan, and Šehzade Yiğit because of the Emir's palace traitor, Nasir, who works for the Templars but is later slain by Ertuğrul and the Emir shows the truth. There is also an issue with Kurdoğlu Bey, Süleyman Sah's adoptive brother, who seeks Beylik with the help of Selcan Hatun, Ertuğrul's adopted sister and sister-in-law, who wants retribution from Süleyman Sah after he killed her deceitful father, Alptekin Bey. Ertuğrul, who loves Halime, marries after hardship. Selcan's spouse, Gündoğdu, is outraged with Ertuğrul's behaviour but later calms down, supporting his brother. Kurdoğlu is beheaded by the season's finale, Ertuğrul successfully fights the Templars and captures their citadel, and Selcan repents. This follows Süleyman Sah's death and the tribe's migration to Erzurum as part of the will of Süleyman Sah before he died.

Main: Diriliş: Ertuğrul (season 2)
After the Mongols, led by Baycu Noyan, the Kayı, settled in Erzurum, are seeking safety with the Dodurga. This leads to Ertuğrul facing Tuğtekin, his cousin, who is jealous of him and Gündoğdu again, who is mislead by the great Dodurga menace; Aytolun and her brother Gümüştekin. Aytolun married Tuğtekin's father, Korkut Bey, to enable Gümüştekin become the margrave of all Turkmen tribes with Emir Sadettin's support after killing Korkut. Only Selcan is aware of this menace and is continually trying to warn Gündoğdu, who ignores her past sins. Along with these plots, Kocabaş, Tuğtekin's alp working for Baycu Noyan, turns Tuğtekin against Ertuğrul, making their relationship worse but subsequently slain by Ertuğrul, and gradually improves his connection with Tuğtekin. Aytolun and Gümüştekin are killed after being caught after Selcan's statements are heard and Korkut is killed. Noyan is purportedly killed by Ertuğrul after Tuğtekin's death, and the tribe is split between 1000 migrating to Ahlat with Gündoğdu and 400 migrating to West Anatolia with Ertuğrul.

See: Diriliş: Ertuğrul (season 3)
Poor Kayı newcomers encounter the affluent Çavdar trading veterans Ural. Although Ural is not his tribe's Bey, he desires more and more authority, growing Kayı envious anytime something good happens to the small group. Meanwhile, the Templars who entered Hanlı Pazar, led by Hancı Simon, want to assassinate Ertuğrul like he did to the Templars years before. Ertuğrul overcomes Hancı Simon and conquers Hanlı Pazar, leaving Ural jealous. When Ural is accused of killing Karacahisar's Tekfur, Andros, and giving Kayı troubles, Ural is sentenced to death, but the crafty Emir Sadettin saves him. After the death of Candar, Çavdar Bey, and Ural's father, Ural seeks help from Karacahisar's new Tekfur, Vasilius, who wishes to clear the Turks of the area but is slain by Ertuğrul in an attempt to become Çavdar's Bey. When Vasilius tries to ambush the Selçuk Sultan, Ertuğrul fails and dies. The Sultan makes Ertuğrul the Uç Bey angering Emir Sadettin, who promises to eliminate Ertuğrul. At season's end, Ertuğrul falls into an ambush arranged by Karacahisar's new Tekfur, Ares.

See: Diriliş: Ertuğrul (season 4)
Ertuğrul is assumed to be dead despite being genuinely taken by several slave dealers. Meanwhile, Emir Sadettin persuades Dündar, Ertuğrul's brother and the new Kayı Bey, to sell Hanlı Pazar and move back to Gündoğdu's tribe but is prevented after Ertuğrul's homecoming and immediately banished. After kidnapping Ertuğrul's son, Gündüz, Ertuğrul launches war on Karacahisar and succeeds in conquering it. After Ares' capture, Ertuğrul takes him before the Sultan, telling him to confess the actions of Sadettin Köpek to the Sultan. The plan works almost, but the Sultan's wife, Mahperi, saves Köpek and leads to an incident changing Ares into a Muslim, later killed by Noyan. Soon after that, the Sultan is poisoned to death, and Köpek's rise in palace power poses problems for the new Sultan, Gıyaseddin. Gıyaseddin allies with Ertuğrul and Hüsamettin Karaca are beheaded. Halime dies in childbirth, giving birth to Ertuğrul's third and youngest son, Osman's predicted. After that, Ertuğrul encounters Noyan's reappearance but succeeds in overcoming him and his deceitful sister, Alangoya, who tried Osman. Noyan prepares for a war, historically known as Köse Dağ's Battle, and Kayı moves to Söğüt.

See: Diriliş: Ertuğrul (season 5)
After 10 years in Söğüt, Ertuğrul faces various Mongolian commanders, notably Alıncak and Subutai, along with the Selçuk assassin working for the Mongols, Beybolat. Beybolat is disguised as the name, Albastı, and he arrives after his father, Umur Bey, Bey of the Umuroğlu tribe, who was ordered to become Söğüt's new tax collector. The disgraced Byzantine commander, Dragos, dressed as Söğüt Zangoç (transl. bellringer), who aims to take over the town, executed Umur Bey. Beybolat, who becomes his father's heir, and Dragos, who takes control of Lefke Castle after killing innocent Tekfur Yannis, cause Ertuğrul numerous issues, including for a short Beybolat's control over Söğüt. Beybolat's sister is the only person in her family who, with her help, Ertuğrul, defeats and kills Beybolat and Dragos. After Beybolat's death, Ertuğrul fights Arikbuka, a feared Mongol spy and Alıncak's biological brother, along with the spy, Qiyat, who works against Berke for Hulagu, Ertuğrul's ally and the Golden Horde Han. The season closes with Arikbuka and Qiyat's death along with Ertuğrul's marriage to Hatun.

Sequel

The series proceeds with Kuruluş: Osman, after Ertuğrul travels to Konya, and Dündar returns to the tribe. The new series begins in November 2019, focusing on Ertuğrul's son, Osman Bey, modelled on Osman I, Ottoman Empire's founder. It presently has one full season, with the second season as of 2021.
