Encarnacion and Walter always looked for different ways forward in the traditional setting. And although they knew nothing about network marketing, they decided to take the opportunity with AMWAY: "We wanted something of the situation we were in, but we never imagined that there could be new ways to develop companies."
Everyone remembers their first meeting with Amway Business in 1996 with great happiness: "with a late night call, a meeting in a restaurant at 10 pm, and you will know the business plan on a plaque.
" But they found something so simple, simultaneously, an opportunity that they could not pass up, so they decided to start their business. From that moment on, nothing could stop the couple and when they went to a convention they knew what they could get:
"We were accredited as Founders of Diamonds in 2006, with a consolidated economic reality, profitable investments, enjoying that our partners reach their qualifications at all levels, our six children and many nephews".
At the end of that year, they decided to take a break from AMWAY activities to nurture their spiritual side through a Christian association of which they are a part.
They became Venezuela's first executive diamond in 2012 and reached the double diamond in May 2013.
