Dinner with Ambots?

 This year's Spring Leadership nonsense is finished!

Let's jump in the car and get the hell out of here as quickly as possible! We have a long travel ahead of us, and there are only around 3 hours of daylight remaining. The roadway is going to be jam-packed with IBOs who are desperate to get the hell out of Dodge very quickly. The goal is to go as far ahead of as many of those brainwashed morons as possible while driving till dusk and then finding a place to stop for a bite to eat.

Even though Ambot was able to flee the stadium in record time, the filthy Eagle and a handful of his underlings are closing in on him. To avoid paying for parking, I waited in a 5-minute passenger pick-up/drop-off zone alongside a handful of cabs in front of the arena, where I could pick up passengers for free. Ambot arrives with his entourage in tow, and he informs us that the others have decided to go to Red Lobster for dinner, and he would like us to accompany them.

No way in hell! No way in hell am I going to eat dinner with those cretins!

In spite of the fact that I enjoy eating at Red Lobster, I have no interest in dining with a lot of kids, one of them was the young lady who came down to the hotel dining room in her pyjamas. I just want to get moving and put some kilometres behind us while there is still daylight left on the clock. Even though I had no idea where the Red Lobster was in this town, it only took me about 15 minutes to figure it out, when my previous eating trips there had taken at least an hour. We'd be scorching the daylights out of our eyes. No, I don't believe so. I'm just as happy stopping at Denny's for a burger at the end of the night. Additionally, it is less expensive. It's important to remember that we're not like the rest of those tax cheating IBOs. On our tax return, we make no mention of Amway or any of its affiliates.

Ambot appears to be disappointed, but he climbs inside the automobile.

Career Choice: Cult Leader!

Just to let you know, none of you have a life to waste trashing on individuals who are trying to build an asset, who want to be full-time parents, and who actually HAVE a life instead of chasing a job for the rest of our lives, as you claim. When people are attempting to accomplish something that would benefit their future, why would you take the time out of your day to criticise something that could potentially benefit someone?

What do you mean, serisouly? lol This makes me sad. Porn and gossip are the most profitable industries in the planet right now. And that's all because of the negative, overweight folks who stay at home all day online and dump on others because no one cares about them and it makes them feel better about themselves.

This is the kind of thing that only someone with a really low self-esteem would think they have the authority to say. I wish each and every one of you the very best in your lives, despite the fact that you are all going nowhere. I still care about people, so please know that I appreciate you and wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart.

I decided this Amway speech deserved its own reaction post, so here it is! In classic chickenshit manner, I doubt Anonymous will return to my site in the near future, but I always love dissecting Amway talk, as do some of my other readers.

After conducting a search for Spring Leadership, I receive a large number of IBOs who come to this site. What can I say? I'm stumped. WWDB and Amway don't seem to give a damn about the fact that I'm at the top of the search engines; otherwise, they'd offer me a substantial sum of money in exchange for taking my blog and disappearing.

Most IBOs can read the tagline at the top of the site and understand that this is a blogger who is set on showing the world that her upline is a bunch of dicks, and that they are unlikely to find the information they want here, so they go. Few visitors stay long enough to post a comment that is replete with Amway jargon. They act as if they're completely unique and that we haven't heard anything like it before!

I understand why they choose to remain nameless. Having to admit that you're involved with Amway can be really embarrassing. Additionally, if their upline discovered that they were speaking (writing) negatively, they would ride them to the ground. When you're an IBO, this is a huge no-no.

I have nothing against those who are attempting to build a business or become full-time parents. My upline is a bunch of fucking assholes, which is something I despise. These guys lie, they treat people like trash, they take advantage of their downline, and so on. If you want to know more about those jerks, check out some of my other posts. There are different methods of increasing one's assets. Getting involved with Amway is a nearly 100 percent surefire way to fail. The decision to become a full-time parent should be discussed by both partners prior to the birth of any children. This is an issue that I have already discussed in another post. A couple should be financially and emotionally prepared before deciding to start a family. Do not include Amway in your plans, especially if you believe that it is the only way that you will ever be able to become a parent. This isn't the path to take.

I believe that the majority of people who become involved in Amway do so under the false impression that they will be able to make a positive difference in their lives. There is absolutely nothing wrong with attempting to improve your situation and that of your family. Unfortunately, the upline fails to inform prospects that less than one percent of IBOs will actually make money from this mediocre opportunity, which is unfortunate. rather than letting them be carried away by the hype of numbers and millionaire lifestyles, they lure them into retirement after 2 to 5 years while residual income and plenty of it pours in for the rest of their lives.

Isn't it true that porn and gossip are the most profitable industries on the planet right now? I was under the impression that it was the illegal drug industry.

Are you referring to me as a negative, overweight person who spends his or her day on the internet? Someone who can pull off a mini skirt in a size 5 and still look good? Someone who is very active and very aware of how to keep my body in shape through exercise and eating well? Someone who swims several times a week and has no problem putting on a swimsuit? Its people like you who look at small women who wear clothes in the single digits and call them “fat” that are the problem. You undeservedly call people fat and are responsible for creating self image problems and creating eating disorders. I criticise my upline for their demeanour and abuse of authority. I don't make light of their physical appearance. Many people in my upline have tried Nutrilite's Trim and have found that the only thing they have lost is their money, not any pounds. Some of them have skin that is a different shade from the others. They all look like they could be cast in a horror film only on the basis of their physical appearance. I'm not criticising anyone for the way they appear, including yourself. Negative, negative, negative!

Finally, to my anonymous friend from my home state, I would like to say that you would make an outstanding Amway cult leader one day. Check out what you have to say about persons who are overweight or obese, which is perhaps a bigger issue in our state than anywhere else in the world when it comes to self-esteem and fat acceptance. Despite all of Amway's bogus marketing about "don't say anything negative," you came here to express your displeasure and then remark, "but I still love everyone." That was something our upline used to do as well. They'd be extremely critical of any minor triumphs and completely deflate your spirits when you were feeling good about a sale, just to say, "But we still love you," in the following breath.

The deception and control strategies that are utilized by cult leaders have the potential to have devastating long-term repercussions on the mental and physical health of their members. In addition, the leaders of cults frequently demand undivided allegiance and dedication from their followers, which can result in a loss of one's individual identity as well as their freedom.

In addition, the leaders of cults frequently partake in illicit acts, such as theft, evasion of taxes, and even physical violence. Participating in illegal actions of this nature can result in severe repercussions, such as time spent behind bars and irreparable harm to one's image.

Aren't you just fascinated by the fact that these ambots believe that everyone on the planet who isn't a member of Amway does not own a business? For them, it is simply an incomprehensible and foreign notion to consider that there are legitimate business owners walking the face of the globe who have nothing to do with the Amway organisation. Many of the visitors to my site have remarked that they are the owner of their own business, either as a lone proprietor or as part of a family-run enterprise. My own name is on the list. Many of us, I believe, are already aware of the importance of having our own business. We have also experienced the stress of "owning" an Amway firm.

I disagree with the statement that employees never earn more than their boss. Note that the boss and the owner aren't often the same person, but a clueless IBO would be completely unaware of this due to the information control exercised by their upline in this situation. A boss could also be a salaried employee in some cases. In most circumstances, it would appear that the owner earns more money than his or her employees, however this is not always the case. It is customary for the owner to retain the majority of the profits after paying the bills and salaries. If the owner has a terrible month with unanticipated expenses after the bills have been paid, he or she may receive nothing. (It's the same as running an Amway business!) If a company's operations are severely hampered and it closes its doors, the employees are likely to be eligible for unemployment benefits, whilst the owner is not, resulting in employees earning more money than the owner even while they are unemployed.

Put another way, in a way that no ambot will be able to comprehend. Amway owns the products, and Amway owns their commissioned salespeople, often known as Independent Business Owners (IBOs). No other IBO will ever be able to compete with Amway in terms of earnings. The Amway owners currently occupy the apex of the pyramid, and they will remain there until some unusual lawsuit occurs that causes them to be thrown from their perch and force them to close their doors for good.

What is the job pyramid? I'm not sure where I first heard that one, but it's a good one. Oh, I see what you mean! Almost every Amway meeting includes a speaker who tries to convince the audience that Amway is not a pyramid scheme. When someone has to spend a significant amount of time disputing anything, this is a solid signal that there is a problem. Isn't it true that an attorney general in Michigan had already classified Amway as a pyramid scheme approximately 30 years prior? Even after that, IBOs have had to deal with the fallout, and the best they can come up with is a fucking employment pyramid as a last resort. What a wretched bunch of fucking imbecile!

Let's look at numbers 19 and 23. They are just about the appropriate age for Amway cultists to entice them into their system. This year, are they on their way to retirement? Then, in order to emphasise the fact that everyone who is not affiliated with Amway has no idea what year it is, the year 2011 is placed between brackets in the sentence.

If they were genuinely learning anything from their upline about operating a business, they would have learnt that the things you can't do yourself, you should outsource to a professional to complete for you. For this reason, we employ professionals such as accountants, attorneys, computer experts, and so on.

These know-it-alls need to employ a computer expert since they are going through life seemingly oblivious that their caps lock button has become stuck on their computer and they lack the skills to figure out how to turn it off on their computer. However, the majority of IBOs seem to drift through life, seemingly oblivious to all that is going on around them.

Their writing abilities are lacking, and they are unsure of how to properly explain themselves in order to avoid appearing foolish. They have the option of hiring someone to write for them. What do you think about hiring an image consultant? Another blog mentioned that IBOFB is offering a service to help people improve their online pictures. Perhaps these ambots should seek advice from him in this matter.

As if we needed any more evidence that Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs) are a bunch of judgmental bastards who look down their noses at anyone who works.

As if we needed any more evidence that when ambots turn up with these comments - and they all sound precisely the same - that they've all been listening to the same sermon from their cult leaders and parroting it back to us, we're in the right place.

Yes, you are a member of a cult, and you are being defrauded at the same time as you are scamming others. That is exactly what Amway is all about.

And posting comments on blogs like these only adds to the negative image that Amway has gained in recent years.

You’re a Server!

 By referring to Ambot as a "server," our Platinum sack of sh*t would attempt to massage Ambot's ego. And then he'd start spewing nonsense about how God had placed Ambot on this planet with a mission to serve others.

And when the sack of shit pointed him out at an Amway meeting to commend this excellent waiter, Ambot would just burst into tears of joy with pride.

I mean, what the fuck is going on!?

Me, alone, should be the only one Ambot should be worried with serving!

Just another piece of the nonsense that would spew forth from the Platinum's lips about how IBOs were here this planet to "assist" others, "bless others," or "serve" others was to be expected. Perhaps it is to bolster their confidence and make them believe they are carrying out some great mission by using those phrases to explain their continued participation in Amway and clinging on to an unreachable dream even while they are losing money. Contributing to the betterment of humanity. Yes, that's correct. It's more like assisting them in getting to the poor house and divorce court!

Ambot's regular method of "serving" his Platinum was to purchase him a cup of coffee if they happened to meet at a coffee shop. The shop was full of "sharp businesspeople," all dressed in their business suits and clutching their cell phones, and none of them offered to buy the sack of sh*t a cup of coffee because none of them had the means to do so themselves. Their wallets were completely depleted.

As soon as we exited Amway, Ambot informed me that the Platinum would frequently go into the coffee shop and announce that he was hungry, prompting someone - usually Ambot because he'd be the most likely to have money on him - to purchase him a sandwich for him. Even if the Platinum simply said, "Can someone buy me a sandwich?" I'm confident that Ambot would rush at the opportunity. After all, it is precisely this characteristic that distinguishes him as an excellent "server." In comparison to the rest of the “sharp businessmen” present, he was only distinguished by the fact that he had the financial means to purchase a cup of coffee and a sandwich for himself.

Ambot continued to serve, assist, or bless the Platinum whenever he was instructed to do so by the Platinum. Coffee, sandwiches, errands, and general household assistance are all available. He was there in the middle of everything so that he wouldn't lose his extremely crucial position as "the server."

Certainly, it is not wrong to provide a helping hand to those in need, and many individuals "bless" others with presents given out of the goodness of their hearts and without any intention of receiving something in return. And, without a doubt, there are people who are called to serve others, such as our military, police, firefighters, clergy, nurses, doctors, and other professionals. People who feel called to serve others in some capacity are in the thousands.

It's the messed up way in which our Platinum refers to people as "servers" and implies that they have a calling to "serve," "bless," or "assist" others that really gets under my skin. One of the few people the sack of shit desires his subordinates to serve is himself. To his knowledge, he does not want anyone else in his downline to assist him. Contribute to his financial success by purchasing additional products and tools.

Greedy son of a b*tch, to be sure. Is it possible to blame him? Being driven by greed is a prerequisite for becoming a successful Amway Independent Business Owner (IBO). IBOs with a conscience will never be able to join the top 1 percent of Amway distributors that make a profit.

And it is for this reason that Ambot, no matter how good a server he is, would never be able to achieve success at Amway. He can't possibly rip off other people and make their life miserable while maintaining his morals.

Anna Banana works as a server as well. My site is intended to let other ladies realise that they are not alone in their struggles. There are more women out there who are married to Ambots who have survived the Amway storm, and they should be heard from. My blog is intended to inform readers about the antics of our upline and to demonstrate that our situation is not unusual in this regard. There are several stories like mine regarding upline abuse and brainwashing that can be seen all over the Internet.

Ha! That pile of shite is a jerk. Platinum had no idea that I would end up working as a server.

Triggers

 How does it feel when you run into someone you used to know from your Amway days, or when something brings up a memory of your Amway days, or when an Amway product makes its way into the hands of one of your friends?

We were engrossed in the television show Undercover Boss. One of the employees who was chosen to demonstrate to the supervisor how to function in his department resembled our sack of poo Platinum in appearance. Even though we knew it wasn't him - different state, different line of work, nicer person, etc. - Ambot was a little spooked out a little. He hasn't seen or spoken to the piece of shit in a long time, and he would be affected in a different way than I would be because he worshipped the man and I didn't.

The Amway brand will always be connected with things that evoke negative memories or that reveal a worrisome part of the experience of being a member of this cult. I no longer come into contact with the folks. They don't live in my neighbourhood. No way am I going to see them in Wal-Mart purchasing fairly priced items! Occasionally, I'll come upon an Amway product that has been discarded. Only a sigh escapes my lips when I recall the post I published on how IBOs are notorious litterbugs. As if I needed any more convincing!

Any reminders of my previous plunge into hell are insignificant to me, and they only serve to irritate me further, prompting me to write another blog about how my upline were a bunch of bastards, which makes me feel better and allows me to go on.

My anger is usually short-lived and is a reaction to how poorly I have been handled by my upline or how severely Ambot has been treated by his upline. IBOs have lied to us and conned money from us, and they have informed Ambot that if he leaves Amway, he will be a loser. The genuine losers, the ones who still submit to their upline, took him longer to find out than I did, and he was more patient than I.

I've discovered that the most effective thing to do is to make better memories. For example, we may go on that trip that our upline wouldn't allow us to go on. Getting away for a few days to rest and enjoy yourself is a fantastic remedy for whatever ails you. Because we are no longer contributing to the cult's revenue stream, we have more money in our bank account and have been able to take numerous nice trips since leaving the cult's control. The beaches of the globe, which I would never have been able to walk on if we hadn't managed to get away from the Amway money sucking system, are some of my fondest recollections of travelling.

Despite the fact that there isn't much that brings up memories of Amway for me, when it does, I try to inject some humour into the situation by posting about the assholes in my organization's upline. Ambots who have learnt the truth have unleashed a vengeance like no other!

I've always been a firm believer in the power of signs and the fact that everything in life has already been decided. I believe there was a good purpose for us to become involved with Amway and with this particular set of cult members in the first place. If I write about my experiences to give voice to others who are not yet ready to cuss out their upline, or to let others know that they are not alone in what happened, I have no idea why I do it. I'm not sure what the motivation is. The signs may be visible, yet I may be unable to decipher their meaning! I'm a firm believer in the concept of karma. Despite the fact that I do not wish anyone ill health, accidents, or death, I am certain that something horrible will happen to the people who attempted to destroy our marriage and throw us into financial despair. It's possible that divorce, foreclosure, and bankruptcy are in their near future. It's the old karma that's going to bite you in the rear end. If you do anything awful to someone, it is certain that something bad will happen to you as well.

Triggers. Just make sure they're the kind that exist only in your head and not as a component of a gun. Make no mistake: do not follow in the footsteps of our upline and engage in vigilante justice. To be honest, the only person in our upline that I ever heard threaten bodily violence against anyone was our Platinum. Not everyone has the ability to be a pacifist.....

When it comes to reliving old memories, approach it as if it were a fresh start. It's time to say goodbye to the old and hello to the new. There is so much in my life that makes me happy and brings back pleasant memories that they far surpass the negative recollections from my time at Amway.

Trading Hours for Pennies

 ”What exactly are you doing working a job? ” Essentially, you are exchanging hours for dollars!”

That remark has been hissed at the audience numerous times by presenters in Amway meetings, and it never fails to amuse me. Whether it's Platinum or Diamond, they all disparage anyone who works for another person.

Holding down a job equals exchanging hours for income. Job, according to the cult leaders, is a four-letter word – the bastards can't even count! Three letters, gentlemen. Count 'em up one more. 3!

Whether we like it or not, we all trade hours for bucks in one way or another.

With the exception of Amway, where we swap hours for pennies and still end up in the red.

It is estimated that Ambot spends around 100 hours each month doing Amway-related stuff. Among the tasks would be three or four board plans in living rooms each week, countless hours spent studying Amway literature and products on their website, two or three Amway events per month where a Diamond came to town, and a day-long rally once a month, not to mention all of the time spent trying to recruit new IBOs or finding suckers to buy the overpriced shitty Amway products. For example, what about the innumerable phone calls and text messages he received each day from his upline, when he was expected to drop whatever he was doing in order to give them his complete and undivided attention for an hour or so?

What are my working hours? And it's here that I put in the requisite 10 to 15 hours per week, if not more. As a result, we put in between 140 and 160 hours per month as a group. Those were hours of wasted time that we will never get back.

Let's take my time out of the equation and concentrate on Ambot's time instead, and call it 100 hours a month to make the numbers easier. In exchange, if we completed 100 PV, Amway would issue us a check for approximately $10 for the month. As a result, Ambot is making money. 10 cents an hour is the going rate.

Ambot is willing to exchange hours for pennies.

Not to mention the costs of tools, attending functions, and the associated expenses (flight, hotel, and food), because he is now hundreds of dollars in the hole each month.

So, how does that $10/hour cashier job stack up against an Amway salary of $200,000? Using the same method, a cashier can earn the same amount in one hour doing a job as Ambot does after trading 100 hours on worthless Amway schlock.

It would be more accurate to describe it as "trading dollars for pennies" if the cult leaders were speaking the truth, but that doesn't sound so good when they're denigrating potential recruits.

Any business owner trades hours for dollars, but ideally, the majority of business owners have a legitimate firm that generates actual money, rather than settling for a meagre Amway income that isn't even enough to support a family in a third-world nation. Now there's something to think about. A labourer in a third-world country exchanges hours for dollars and yet earns more than the majority of Amway independent business owners in North America.

If I had to choose between going back to work and returning to Amway, I would choose to trade hours for dollars by working for a genuine company rather than working extra hours as a Scamway IBO and scamming others into losing their money in the pursuit of a dream that will never come true.

Quitting Amway during Spring Leadership?

 Despite the fact that leaving Amway at any time of the year is a smart decision, I'm curious whether it happens more frequently around Spring Leadership time. People who had signed up with Amway over the previous year but had earned nothing were almost certainly encouraged by their upline to renew their membership before the end of the year and were compelled to attend Dream Night the following month. However, it has been several months since I have received any income, despite spending a significant amount of money on Amway items and gear. The disgruntled IBO is pushed by his upline to purchase tickets to Spring Leadership, which he refuses to do. Don't give in to temptation! The cheapest portion of the process is purchasing the tickets. Transportation, a hotel room, and meals are all included as well. Not to mention the value of your time. A further squandered hour at an Amway event. You will never get back the time you have lost.

I believe that the spring season is the most popular time of year for IBOs to quit, but I have no statistics to support this claim. Spring cleaning is in order. Make a point of getting rid of everything that is cluttering your life or making you unhappy. It is likely that Amway is at the top of that list.

My blog allows me to look at statistics that reveal what visitors type into search engines to come up at the Married To An Ambot blog, which I find interesting. Search terms like how to say fuck in Igbo, for example, are ones that I see numerous times a week, which is rather interesting!

At the moment, I receive a large number of hits every day from people who are looking for information about Spring Leadership. It would seem reasonable to assume that the majority of these searchers are independent business owners (IBOs), and that once the unfortunate suckers are here, they will not stay to hear about how we were abused by our upline. Some cities will be entered into the Spring Leadership search criteria, though I can't recall which towns were entered at the time of writing. It's possible that the searcher will enter a specific year, usually 2011, however one searcher was recently looking for material about Spring Leadership 2010.

Let me state unequivocally that I have no idea when the Amway World Wide Dream Builders Spring Leadership Meeting will take place. I'm likewise clueless as to which location or cities will host the convention. I'm not sure who is going to be speaking. I'm not aware of any agenda. I don't know anything at all. And I'm not going to Google Spring Leadership to find out what I need to know! While I believe there are other places across the country and on various dates, I have no proof to support this assumption. It doesn't pique my attention enough to warrant a search. Additionally, it appears that information is tough to find, otherwise I wouldn't have had so many scared queries who ended up here. That's something I've noticed in the past. Amway and WWDB should have this material readily available near the top of the search engines for IBOs looking to learn about Spring Leadership, wouldn't you think?

All I know is that Married To An Ambot is the most popular search result on Google when individuals are looking for information about Spring Leadership opportunities! It's hard not to like it! Even more astonishing is that neither WWDB nor Amway appear to be concerned about it. If that were the case, they'd be negotiating with me about how much money they'd be willing to pay me to shut down my site and disappear.

Every day, I receive a large number of searchers who are looking for information on how to leave Amway. The fact that Spring Leadership is coming up in April means that I'm getting more searches for it than I do for exiting Amway at the moment, but this is only temporary. To summarise, the seminars serve mostly as motivational forums, with little, if any, practical business advice provided. The Internal Revenue Service has already established that Amway functions do not improve the sales of most independent business owners or their ability to attract new business owners. If you believe that attending Spring Leadership will result in a significant tax deduction, think again. If you try to deduct anything related to Amway from your taxes, expect to be audited. It's possible that it won't happen this year or next year. However, if you offend the wrong person, they may contact the cheaters hotline and request that they take a closer look at your files.
