Amway describes stages of performance as recognition levels or pin levels.
AMWAY offers an extensive award and bonus program for IBOs. Business achievement pins and plaques are awarded. People provide monetary and other rewards in abundance. To be eligible for these bonuses and rewards, an IBO must follow all of the AMWAY Rules of Conduct. Any award recognition is subject to prior verification and approval and does not hinge on technical merits alone.
