In the Dominican Republic, Executive Diamond's Ral and Nathalie Gonzalez explain that they have distinct personalities that help them achieve the appropriate balance to form a successful professional and personal partnership.

“We have the potential to be decent financial providers and good role models for our children because of our AMWAYTM business.
We feel that having both mom and dad at home every day is the best thing for the children's healthy growth, their safety, and their overall enjoyment.
It is our responsibility as parents to teach our children a great deal!
Their first bonus was given to them.
This modest sum of money totaled 14 dollars, and according to Ral, "that small sum of money gave us optimism and a greater view of the possibilities."
We realised then that if we worked harder and sold more, we would be able to develop even more!”
Today, their key focus is on ensuring that new IBOs receive their first check within the first 20 to 30 days of joining the company.
Nathalie states that "our objective is to assist them in achieving financial rewards as soon as possible."

Providing assistance to others on all levels

Everything was first-class all the way.
Diamond Club in Hawaii was an interesting experience for Ral and Nathalie and their three children: Marjorie, 17, and twin sons Alex and Gabriel, 13; and this was their second time visiting. The entire family was blown away by Amway's attention to detail and meticulous attention to every element. From beginning to end, the experience was nothing short of excellent. It was a period of exquisite relaxation, delectable food, and tropical entertainment.
Whale watching, snorkelling in the water, lounging by the pool, and strolling along the beach were some of the activities they enjoyed as a family. It is wonderful to rest in paradise after a long day of working to expand our company. Even the children contribute. The kids were just as deserving of this as Nathalie and I were. Ral exclaims, "It was fantastic!"
The next generation is now in their twenties and thirties.
On this journey, Marjorie and the twins gained a better understanding of why their parents had such a strong sense of loyalty and commitment to Amway. Despite the fact that we can tell them that this business is fantastic, it is even better when they witness it for themselves. “While in Hawaii, they were able to spend time with some of the most successful people in the business, who are now members of our support team,” Ral explains.
The question, "Who is your hero?" was posed by another IBO to one of their children, and it touched Nathalie's heart. When she received the response, her heart swelled with delight: "MY HERO IS MY DAD!!"
“It just goes to show how much they like and appreciate what we have accomplished in the business,” she says.
Both the Gonzalez children and their parents are extremely enthusiastic about their company and are dedicated to its success.
