Fabian was able to develop a profitable Amway business despite the fact that he lacked a high school diploma, no business experience, and no ability to read. He was also able to overcome his illiteracy.
He attributes a significant part of his success to the mentorship provided by his upline, who spent time with him to help him grow his confidence.
