Brady Amway, Chris Amway, and Terri Amway are three people who have been instrumental in advancing the industry of multi-level marketing (MLM) by the contributions that they have made. They are all connected in some way to the Amway Corporation, which is one of the most successful multi-level marketing firms in the entire globe. Jay Van Andel and Richard DeVos established the Amway Corporation in 1959, and it currently maintains its headquarters in Ada, which is located in the state of Michigan.
The DeVos family is the family that owns the majority stake in the Amway Corporation. Brady, Chris, and Terri Amway are all members of the DeVos family. In addition to this, they are actively engaged in a number of charitable activities, notably within their home state of Michigan.
Brady Amway
Brady Amway is a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist who has been associated with the Amway Corporation for a considerable amount of time. He is a co-founder of the corporation together with his father, Richard DeVos, who is also a co-founder of the company. Over the course of his career at Amway, Brady has served in a variety of capacities, including those of Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Vice Chairman. Additionally, he has held a position on the board of directors for the company.
Brady is involved in a number of philanthropic groups in addition to his work for Amway. He is on the Board of Trustees of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation, the Board of Directors of the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, and the Board of Directors of the Grand Rapids Symphony, all of which he chairs. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Grand Rapids Symphony. In addition to that, he is active within the West Michigan Sports Commission as well as the Economic Club of Grand Rapids.
It was Chris Amway.
Amway is currently led by Doug DeVos, whose son Chris Amway serves as the company's President. Chris, much like his cousin Brady, has worked his way up through the ranks at the corporation throughout the course of his career there. He has been serving in his present role as Chief Executive Officer of Amway, which he assumed in the year 2018.
Amway has continued to develop its footprint all over the world thanks to the leadership of Chris. The enterprise is active in more than one hundred nations and territories across the globe at the moment. Chris has also been instrumental in the creation of new product lines for Amway, such as the Legacy of Clean range of plant-based cleaning products.
In addition to his work for Amway, Chris is active in a number of other charitable organizations and causes. Both the Grand Rapids Symphony and the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation have him on their Board of Directors as a member of their executive teams. In addition to this, he is actively associated with the Michigan Education Excellence Foundation, which is an organization that provides financial support for educational programs throughout the state of Michigan.
Terri Amway
In addition to being Doug DeVos's wife, notable philanthropist Terri Amway is also a prominent philanthropist in her own right. She is active in a variety of charity organizations not only in Michigan but also beyond its borders. Terri is the founder of the Inner City Christian Federation in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This organization is responsible for providing low-income families with affordable housing options. In addition to that, she is a member of the Board of Directors at the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.
Terri is interested in the arts in addition to the work she does for nonprofit organizations that benefit the community. She is involved with both the Grand Rapids Symphony and the Grand Rapids Art Museum as a member of the Board of Directors for both organizations. In addition to that, she serves on the Board of Trustees at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, District of Columbia.
Conclusion
All three members of the Amway family—Brady, Chris, and Terri—are well-known figures in the multi-level marketing (MLM) business and have made significant contributions to the success of the Amway Corporation. They also have a strong dedication to philanthropy and have been active participants in a variety of charitable organizations over the course of their respective careers. They are still considered to be industry leaders despite the fact that their work has had a beneficial effect on the communities in which they live and work.
