Then he moved to Australia, where he rose to the position of chief. Following that, he joined Amway, where he rose to the position of first Asian Diamond in Australia (1989).
More than 100 people followed him back to China in 1995, when the market reopened for business there.
He now has more than 400 Diamonds, as well as seven Crown Ambassadors and members of the Founders Council, in his group.
