Kisah Kejayaan
Nortini entered into an agreement with Amway on March 10, 1982, with the goal of receiving RM500 per month so that he could use the money to care for his children for the rest of his life. As of now, the perniagaan has provided them with significantly more than they had previously anticipated. Together with their eight children, Nortini Yacob, a setiausaha at a local university, and Ramly Abu Bakar, a setiausaha at a local university who also works as a bekas pengurus and pengacara and a bekas berita bebas, live in a world of adversity, adversity, and adversity.
"Perjalanan beribu batu akan dilaksanakan dengan langkah pertama."
In this episode, Nortini Yacob and Ramly Abu Bakar discuss how they got to where they are now. Pengedar Terus Intan Eksekutif is a permutation of a long-running storyline. As a leader of a single organisation, there are a slew of issues that must be addressed and learned about in order to be effective. However, regardless of how much money and effort you put into your business or how much sukar you put into your cabaran, the ganjarannya is bound to fail. Ia is not only involved in the segi kewangan, but also in the development of one's own personality, relationships with others, and employment opportunities in one's daily life. There are a number of events that are, without a doubt, more important.
Success Story
When Nortini signed up to become an Amway salesman on March 10, 1982, I had no idea what he was getting himself into and had no interest in finding out. Nortini's goal was to earn approximately RM500 per month in order to be able to leave from her employment in order to care for her four children.
When I observed folks who were successful in the company, it piqued my interest even more. People with little or no formal education, as well as professionals, were establishing thriving businesses. As a result, I decided to look into the Sales and Marketing Plan in greater depth.
Once I realised what was going on, we were never the same after that point. We were able to hold on to our dreams because we had self-confidence and faith in Amway and our uplines. We worked hard and stayed focused. Despite our hectic schedules, we persisted in our efforts. Nortini was working as a secretary at a local university at the time, and I was working as a manager in a private company as well as a freelance journalist. Challenges and setbacks only served to strengthen our resolve to achieve success in the future.
"A kite rises against the wind, rather than being guided by it." We are not going to allow anyone to steal our dreams. Our primary incentive for succeeding in this business is to ensure the future of our children. Nortini was able to break free from the chains of the punch card after only three months in the Amway business and devote her time to being a full-time mother. In May of 1984, I followed in their footsteps.
Because of our dedication and effort, we have seen the fruits of our labour, and our aspirations of providing a good life for our family have become a reality. We are grateful to God for this opportunity. Our children's future is secure. We have a comfortable home and car, but the most important thing is that we are a happy and connected family. Every year, we go to exotic locations and enjoy first-class accommodations and service. We've been to a lot of different countries and continents, and we've done the Umrah and Hajj pilgrimages, among other things.
It brings me great satisfaction to assist others in achieving their goals and to witness their success. Working in the community alongside Amway, we volunteer at orphanages and old people's residences.
There aren't any secrets to achieving success. Simply provide yourself and people around you the opportunity to gain an understanding of the genuine nature of the Amway business by keeping an open mind. Have an open mind and a teachable spirit. Life is a never-ending journey of discovery and learning. Last but not least, never give up.
Amway business power couple Nortini Yacob and Ramly Abu Bakar are headquartered in Malaysia and have achieved a lot of success there. They have been with Amway for almost 30 years and have reached the renowned Founders Crown Ambassador level, which is the highest level in the Amway industry. They have also been with Amway since the company's inception. They have also been honored with membership in the prestigious Amway Achievers Club and have won a great deal of the organization's other awards and accolades.
When Nortini and Ramly first began working together to grow their Amway business in 1990, they encountered a great number of obstacles along the road. Despite this, they did not give up and kept putting in long hours of labor while also participating in Amway training events and receiving advice from their mentors. Their perseverance paid off in the end, and they were able to be successful in their Amway business.
Both Nortini and Ramly have built a solid reputation for themselves as hard workers who are dedicated to the success of their fellow Amway associates. They have a sizable team of distributors in Malaysia as well as in other countries, and they make it a point to travel frequently to meet with members of their team in order to offer them with instruction and support. In addition to this, they make use of various online tools and platforms, such as social media, in order to engage with their team and share both their knowledge and their experiences.
In addition to their work for Amway, Nortini and Ramly are actively engaged in a variety of charitable and volunteer activities in the local community. They have been quite kind, donating to a number of different charitable organizations and volunteering their time to assist those who are in need. They operate their Amway business according to this principle, which emphasizes the importance of giving back to the community and lending a helping hand to those in need.
Within the context of the Amway business, Nortini Yacob and Ramly Abu Bakar stand out as an illustrative model of success. They accomplished the greatest level of success in the organization as a result of their tireless efforts, unwavering dedication, and unwavering passion to assisting others. As a result, they have motivated many others to reach the same level of success.
God willing, we will live a long and healthy life and continue to assist others in realising their goals and aspirations. We still have a lot of work to do, and we must do it. Greetings, everyone.
