Life is a great opportunity and adventure - "I get bored when I sleep," says Elías Serulle - and he is not joking.
"I usually start work around one or two in the morning, answering emails and looking at reports for my security company." At seven or eight in the morning, he goes to the headquarters of his company. "My day is much calmer," responds Lourdes. "If it were up to me, I'd like to sleep until noon!" But unfortunately, she is Elijah's right hand man, woman and partner in all the things we do at our Amway business. And he has her on the fast track.
"Life is a great opportunity and adventure, and everyone is entitled to a great dream," Elías believes. "You don't want to lose your life sleeping, or you will miss something that is going to help you get there."
That is something that Elías did not find out until he started a business at AWMAY. "We had a very good income and comfortable lifestyle from my security business. But I saw something on my sponsor's face that I was missing: peace."
In their AMWAY business, Elías and Lourdes have discovered "how beautiful life can be. We believe that our responsibility is to teach others the value of life that we have found through this business," he says.
That's something that fits perfectly with his love of travel and other cultures, Lourdes believes. "Everywhere we go, there is an Amway family. It's like arriving at a place where they have been waiting for you." So far the Serulles have expanded their businesses to Panama, Colombia, Mexico, Spain and the US.
"Our life before our AMWAY business was small and confined," says Elias. "Now we have a new challenge every day. We are also closer as a couple and as a family (their children are: Elias Ahmed, 24, Sebastián, 17, and Alejandro, 13). Through reaching out to others, we have found a love that empowers and sustains us ”.
