Story

Marianne and Max Schwarz began their Amway business in 1977 in Germany, qualifying for Platinum in 1978, Ruby in 1979, Pearl and Emerald in 1980, Diamond and Double Diamond simultaneously in 1981, Triple Diamond and Crown simultaneously in 1981, Crown Ambassador in 1982, and the Founders Distinguished Service Award in 1996. Marianne and Max Schwarz have been married since 1977.

Marianne passed away in 1997 due to leukaemia. Anja Schwarz (born 1977) and her husband Oliver Viereck took over the family firm in Austria in the late 1990s, and they are currently the company's Crown. Andreas, who was born in 1976, is also involved in the business. Max and his wife, Mona May, have two children: Maximilian (born in 2004) and Marilena (born in 2005). (born 2006). He qualified as Founders Crown Ambassador in 2002, Ultimate Crown Ambassador with 25 Q12-Legs in 2003, Founders Crown Ambassador 50 FAA in 2006, and Founders Crown Ambassador 60 FAA in 2007. He has also qualified as Ultimate Crown Ambassador with 25 Q12-Legs in 2003.

He qualified for Founders Executive Diamond (2007) and Double Diamond in Italy, Executive Diamond in Poland, Executive Diamond in the Czech Republic, Executive Diamond in Hungary, and the new Founders Executive Diamond (2007) in Russia. He also qualified for Founders Executive Diamond (2007) in the United Kingdom. The number of Diamonds and Executive Diamonds in his downline in 2006 was around 80, with one Founders' Crown Ambassador, two Crown Ambassadors, two Crowns, three Triple Diamonds, three Double Diamonds, and one Founders' Crown Ambassador in his downline.

And that is the slogan of Max Schwarz, who has been awarded the greatest honour in Europe to date: the Founders Crown Ambassador 50 designation.. With these six words, he not only means to get things done, but he also means to accomplish it quickly and efficiently. Because he believes that one does not need much in order to be successful, but that one can overcome barriers and achieve anything if one has strong inner belief. As a result, it should come as no surprise that, throughout his business career as an Amway business partner, Max himself consistently believed in his visions and looked ahead. Possibly, that is the underlying secret to his success: he always sets a positive example to his business partners, using his persuasive skills and zeal for action - truly a visionary in every sense of the word. Even in his current position as Founders Crown Ambassador 50, he has not lost sight of his origins. In addition to managing his Diamonds, he has retained many of the responsibilities that he had when he was first established as an EDC-Diamond in Russia. Even today, he continues to personally serve some of his most loyal customers.

Max Schwarz and his wife Marianne started their Amway business in November 1977, and the rest is history. They qualified as Crown Ambassadors in 1982, and in 1996, they received the Founders Distinguished Award, which marked the pinnacle of their joint career. They credited their success to their optimism, determination, and discipline. Marianne Schwarz died of leukaemia a few years later, in 1997, which was a devastating loss not only for Max Schwarz, but also for all of his business partners and the Amway team as a whole. Despite this devastating setback, Max Schwarz continued to assume responsibility for his own company as well as for his worldwide business partners.

Max Schwarz has obtained numerous certifications around Europe, including being the Founders Crown Ambassador in one nation, the Crown in another two countries, the Double Diamond in three countries, the EDC-Diamond in seven countries, and the Diamond in one country. Max Schwarz has to travel a lot in order to keep an eye on every area of this large firm. The weekends at home in Langenmosen with his partner, Mona May, and their two younger children, Maximilian  and Marilena , make him even more grateful (2 months). His ambition is to cut down on the amount of time he spends travelling in the future and to organise a number of modest events in the nearby town of Winkelhausen, or even in his own home, to accomplish this.

In 2001, his daughter Anja took over the family business in Austria, while his son Andreas, who has his father's passion for horses, is in charge of the stud farm. In 2003, Max Schwarz also established his ”Max Club,” which was created specifically for the aim of teaching and motivating leaders on their road to achieving diamond status.
